 实验测量了波长1 064 nm, 10 kHz高重复频率激光辐照下在白宝石、石英玻璃、K9基片上制备的Ta2O5/SiO2高反膜的温度变化,有限元分析的结果与实验结果相一致。用ANSYS程序计算了不同光斑直径、相同功率激光和相同功率密度激光辐照下薄膜元件温升的变化。结果表明:相同功率激光辐照光学薄膜元件时,光斑大小只影响激光辐照点的温升,对基板温升没有影响。基板温升只与激光功率有关,激光功率越大,基板温升越大。相同功率密度激光辐照光学薄膜元件时,光斑越大,激光辐照点温度及基板温度均越高。从激光损伤的热效应考虑,小光斑激光辐照时,光学薄膜的激光损伤阈值较高。  相似文献

 用有限Hankel变换就常见的环形分布激光束情形,推导得到了激光束辐照透过窗口镜引起热传导温度场和热变形分布的理论解,以此计算结果与实验值相比较,分析了白宝石、石英两种窗口镜在激光辐照下的热变形情况。分析结果表明,在激光束辐照的4s时段内,温升场主要集中在激光束辐照的环形区内,在镜面内远未拉平,由此引起的厚度方向热膨胀变形也很不均匀。材料对激光的吸收系数和热膨胀系数以及热扩散率分别是决定热变形量值大小和空间分布的最主要的物性参数。  相似文献

为了把激光加热静止圆柱壳的实验测量结果应用到旋转圆柱壳的激光参量估计中,研究了旋转圆柱壳的激光加热效率。用积分变换法得到了旋转圆柱壳的温度分布,分析了最大温升点相对激光峰值强度点的滞后现象。基于静止圆柱壳和薄壳假设,导出了旋转圆柱壳激光加热效率及估计辐照时间的表达式。对于旋转金属圆柱壳,最大温升点相对激光峰值强度点的滞后角和激光加热效率取决于无量纲参量DR(柱壳半径R与束斑半径r0之比)、DL(横向热扩散尺度4ατL与束斑半径r0之比)及DM(加热时间τL与柱壳旋转频率fR的乘积)。达到相同的最大温升时,旋转圆柱壳的激光辐照时间和静止圆柱壳的激光辐照时间之间存在与激光功率无关的非线性关系,而激光功率决定了所需的绝对激光辐照时间。  相似文献

 光电探测器吸收激光后的温升以及因温升造成的各种现象,致使探测器遭受到不同程度的损伤。利用热弹性理论对CO2激光器辐照K9玻璃材料进行研究,建立激光辐照材料温升及热应力分布二维平面模型,通过解析计算得到由激光辐照半导体材料引起的温度场和应力场的瞬态分布。研究表明, K9玻璃材料的激光辐照损伤阀值与辐照时间和光斑半径相关。在同一条件下,造成的热应力损伤阀值较熔融损伤的低,故K9玻璃材料的破坏形态为热应力破坏。   相似文献

针对1064nm长脉冲激光辐照硅雪崩光电二极管(Si-APD)过程中所引起的温升变化规律进行了理论与实验研究。在考虑Si-APD多层结构的前提下,建立了二维轴对称热传导模型,据此进行了不同条件下的模拟仿真研究,并开展了长脉冲激光辐照Si-APD的温升实验研究。模拟仿真结果与实验结果相一致,均表明长脉冲激光与Si-APD相互作用引起的温升是由入射激光的能量密度和脉冲宽度共同决定的。  相似文献

采用数值方法,考虑波段内激光的本征载流子带间跃迁吸收和波段外激光的自由载流子带内跃迁吸收的光吸收机制,以及器件温升对载流子寿命、浓度、迁移率和光吸收系数等材料参数的影响,通过求解粒子数平衡方程和热传导方程的联立方程组,研究了PC型HgCdTe光电探测器在波段内和波段外双光束组合激光辐照下的动态响应过程.计算结果证实了探测器对波段内和波段外激光的电压响应方向相反;结果显示探测器对波段外激光的反向电压响应随波段外激光功率升高迅速增大,线性区间的波段内背景光辐照使波段外光响应迅速增大,随波段内激光使探测器趋于饱和,波段外光响应逐渐减小.  相似文献

为了研究脉冲激光辐照GaAs材料的热效应,采用软件COMSOL Multiphysics构建了高斯脉冲激光辐照半导体材料的温升物理模型,分析了1 064nm纳秒级脉冲激光辐照半导体材料GaAs的热效应.通过求解热传导方程计算了不同功率密度激光辐照GaAs材料的径向与纵向温度场分布,讨论了单光子吸收、双光子吸收及自由载流子吸收对辐照材料的温升贡献.计算结果表明:当激光功率密度升至1010 W/cm2,自由载流子对材料的温升贡献已超过单光子吸收对材料温升的贡献而占主导位置;当激光功率密度降至108 W/cm2以下时,两种非线性吸收对材料温升的贡献可以忽略.该结果与相关实验基本相符,表明了构建的物理模型具有科学性.  相似文献

 分析了连续激光辐照ZnSe/MgF2/K9滤光片引起透射特性的变化。在室温条件下,用波长0.632 8μm激光作为探测光束,测量了1.06μm连续激光辐照ZnSe/MgF2/K9滤光片温升引起薄膜折射率的改变,导致探测光束通过干涉滤光片后透过率的热致非线性变化。在光斑直径0.75mm条件下,测量了不同功率激光辐照ZnSe/MgF2/K9滤光片引起温升随时间的变化。在激光功率30W,辐照时间2.52s条件下,实验观测到ZnSe/MgF2/K9滤光片薄膜破坏温度约为90℃,辐照时间10s时干涉滤光片形成的薄膜龟裂形貌。  相似文献

利用飞秒脉冲激光对氮化镓(GaN)功率器件进行单粒子烧毁效应定量评估技术研究,针对器件结构建立脉冲激光有效能量传输模型,理论计算了激光有效能量与重离子线性能量传输(LET)的等效关系并开展了试验验证.考虑器件材料反射率与吸收系数对激光的影响,针对介质层界面间的激光多次反射进行参数修正,减小有源区有效能量计算误差.选择一款氮化镓高电子迁移率晶体管(GaN HEMT)与一款肖特基势垒二极管(SBD)功率器件作为典型案例,分别开展飞秒脉冲激光正面与背部辐照试验,计算诱发单粒子烧毁的有效能量,并得到不同入射激光波长的烧毁等效LET阈值,对比了模型理论计算值与实际测量值.同时,研究结果对材料参数未知的GaN功率器件,提供了正面与背部辐照模型的激光试验波长选择参考.该工作将为激光定量评估空间用GaN等宽禁带半导体器件的单粒子烧毁效应机理研究及加固设计与验证提供技术支撑.  相似文献

利用激光辐照靶目标时,被辐照部位可能是液体贮箱。通过实验测量与数值模拟的紧密结合,揭示了液体处于自然对流状态时激光辐照下贮箱侧壁温升及液体速度场的演化规律。结果表明:激光辐照初期,铝板中心温升率较高;随着壁面附近液体温度的升高,光斑附近速度边界层内的最大流速增大,传热强度亦增大,导致铝板温升率降低;当铝板吸收的激光能量能够基本被水的对流带走时,铝板中心的温升率趋于零。  相似文献

采用蒙特卡罗方法对脉冲光在组织中传播的时域特征作了研究,并把计算结果与漫射理论的解析解作了比较,文中详细分析了组织光学特性参数与组织表面时间分辨的漫反射光分布之间的关系。结果表明:散射系影响着漫反射光强到达峰值的时间,吸收系数影响着漫反射光强在峰值之后随时间下降的速度,而g因子对响应曲线的前沿影响较大,在后沿阶段基本上没有影响。  相似文献

The spectra of the absorption coefficients of external radiation by basic chromophores of human skin, such as melanin, basic tissue, and blood (including oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin), are studied in the wavelength range of 300–1000 nm. For estimates, analytical methods of the theory of light transfer are used, which take into account the multilayer structure of a biological tissue, multiple light scattering in a medium, and multiple rereflections of radiation between layers. The calculated spectra are compared with the wavelength dependences of the absorption indices of these components available from the literature. It is shown that the spectral behaviors of the coefficients and indices of absorption strongly differ, which is related to the selectivity of the optical properties of a biological tissue. The possibilities of predicting the absorption coefficients of the skin components from the absorption coefficient of the entire skin measured under conditions of variation of its biophysical parameters (the volume concentrations of melanin and blood vessels) over a wide range are evaluated.  相似文献

A three-layered skin model (stratum corneum, epidermis, and dermis) and engineering formulas for radiative transfer theory are used to study absorption spectra and light penetration depths of normal and pathologically altered skin. The formulas include small-angle and asymptotic approximations and a layer-addition method. These characteristics are calculated for wavelengths used for low-intensity laser therapy. We examined several pathologies such as vitiligo, edema, erythematosus lupus, and subcutaneous wound, for which the bulk concentrations of melanin and blood vessels or tissue structure (for subcutaneous wound) change compared with normal skin. The penetration depth spectrum is very similar to the inverted blood absorption spectrum. In other words, the depth is minimal at blood absorption maxima. The calculated absorption spectra enable the power and irradiation wavelength providing the required light effect to be selected. Relationships between the penetration depth and the diffuse reflectance coefficient of skin (unambiguously expressed through the absorption coefficient) are analyzed at different wavelengths. 调制激光作用牙齿组织发生散射形成光子密度波, 而由于光热效应产生热波, 基于一维介质辐射传输漫射近似方程与一维热传导方程建立了调制激光作用牙齿组织半透明混合介质的一维热波数学模型. 利用该模型仿真分析了牙齿龋损特性参数(牙釉质龋损层光吸收系数、散射系数、热扩散系数及龋损深度)对光热辐射动态响应特性的影响与规律. 利用红外探测器(HgCdTe, 2–12 μm)记录808 nm半导体激光激发牙齿组织产生的热波信号, 由锁相放大器计算热波信号的幅值与相位. 通过频率扫描试验获得了牙齿组织的光热动态响应, 利用多参数最佳统计拟合方法得到了牙齿组织特性参数. 结果表明光热辐射测量对牙齿组织不均匀性和龋损特性均具有较高敏感性与特异性.  相似文献

基于飞秒激发Z扫描实验技术,研究了氮化镓薄膜和不同铝掺杂含量的掺铝氮化镓(以下简称铝镓氮)薄膜的超快非线性光学响应特性。在开孔Z-scan测试中,纯Ga N晶体薄膜表现出典型的双光子吸收特性,双光子吸收系数为3.5 cm/GW,且随着激发光强的增大而逐渐减小。随后测试了不同铝掺杂含量的Al_xGa_(1-x)N薄膜的非线性吸收系数。结果表明,随着铝掺杂摩尔分数的提高(0,19%,32%,42%),非线性吸收系数逐渐减小(18,10,6,5.6 cm/GW)。结合半导体非线性吸收理论分析,Al_xGa_(1-x)N薄膜材料的非线性过程主要是双光子吸收主导非线性响应物理过程。实验结果与半导体双光子吸收过程Sheik-Bahae理论符合得很好。  相似文献

In this study,the effects of purification,dehydration,and coagulation processes on the absorption and reduced scattering coefficients of chicken liver tissues have been investigated by using a single integrating sphere system.The purification process performed on the tissue samples to remove blood residue has been found to cause a slight change in the optical parameters.Although the dehydration process brings about an increase in the absorption coefficient due to the water loss,no direct relationship has been observed between the reduced scattering coefficient and the dehydration level of the tissue.In addition,it has been observed that there was a relatively small increase in the absorption coefficient and a significant increase in the reduced scattering coefficient after the coagulation process.Therefore,it can be said that the optical penetration depth decreased significantly after dehydration and coagulation processes unlike blood purification.Moreover,fluence rate distributions inside the fresh,blood purified,dehydrated,and coagulated tissue models have been investigated by using the Monte Carlo modeling of photon transport in multilayered tissues simulation code.  相似文献

组织固有荧光光谱定义为未受生物组织吸收、散射作用影响的荧光光谱,能够直接反映组织微观结构和生物化学性质信息。为了减少吸收和散射特性对组织荧光光谱的干扰,从实测的组织荧光光谱中复原更能反映组织荧光特性的组织固有荧光光谱,搭建了基于光纤探头的组织光谱测量系统,实现生物组织相同位置处的荧光光谱和漫反射光谱测量。提出运用扩散理论从实测的漫反射光谱中提取组织生理参数,包括组织中血液体积分数、血氧饱和度、黑色素含量以及波长500 nm处约化散射系数和瑞利散射在总散射中的比例,进而计算可见波段范围内的组织光学参数;然后,根据组织光学参数和实测的漫反射光谱,从实测的荧光光谱中复原得到组织固有荧光光谱。进行临床试验验证,采集受试者皮肤组织荧光光谱与组织漫反射光谱,并复原皮肤固有荧光光谱。通过复原得到的固有荧光光谱反映人体皮肤糖基化终产物积聚量,并最终用于糖尿病无创筛查。结果显示,分别使用实测的荧光光谱和复原得到的固有荧光光谱用于糖尿病筛查时,在特异性水平同为75%时,敏感性分别为69%和90%。  相似文献

The absorption coefficient is usually considered as a constant for certain materials at the given wavelength. However,recent experiments demonstrated that the absorption coefficient could be enhanced a lot by the PN junction. The absorption coefficient varies with the thickness of the intrinsic layer in a PIN structure. Here, we interpret the anomalous absorption coefficient from the competition between recombination and drift for non-equilibrium carriers. Based on the Fokker–Planck theory, a non-equilibrium statistical model that describes the relationship between absorption coefficient and material thickness has been proposed. It could predict the experimental data well. Our results can give new ideas to design photoelectric devices.  相似文献

An automatic measurement system using two-beam interferometer has been used to measure dielectric properties of organic liquids at 890 GHz. The sample cell with fixed length and plane parallel windows was adopted. The influence of phase-shift and absorption coefficient causing by multiple reflection was eliminated by theory. The measuring results of refractive index and absorption coefficient of some kinds of organic liquid are given.Support by the National Natural Science Foundation of PRC.  相似文献
