本文在确定供应商选择的指标体系的基础上,以各指标作为评价的目标,建立评价供应商的改进TOPSIS法,求解各指标对应的客观权重,然后利用权重计算各供应商与理想解的距离,根据各供应商与理想解的距离大小确定优劣排序,实现主观信息与客观信息相结合的合理评价,最后结合案例分析证明了评价体系和评价方法的有效性。  相似文献

在农林多点试验中,为比较各点之间的响应水平差异情况,通常采用多点试验的方差分析;而要对各点的响应水平进行预测,则需进一步对不同地点建立回归方程。本文利用包含伪变量的回归方程分析农林多点试验,既可以检验各点响应水平之间的差异情况,同时又解决了各点响应水平的预测问题。  相似文献

为了从综合评价的角度解决管理中的激励问题,本文提出一种需求导向的双激励临界点型评价方法,其最大的特色在于评价需求者和被评价对象的需求是方法构建的重要导向,并采用对被评价对象的不同指标分别激励的做法。在考虑被评价对象的需求时,通过判断各指标对被评价对象排序的影响情况,确定被评价对象各指标的优劣类型进而确定对应指标的激励方式和激励量。在考虑评价需求者的需求时,首先通过设置各指标的双激励临界点确定被评价对象各指标的激励方式,然后计算各指标的激励系数,进而确定各被评价对象的激励量。最后通过一个算例对方法的应用进行了说明。  相似文献

二维有序样本进行聚类必须满足两个要求:(1)类内各单元的相似性和类间的差异性;(2)各单元在位置上的有序性和类内的连通性。根据这些要求,将各单元观测指标间的距离矩阵作为聚类的指示矩将各单元之间的区位联系矩阵作为聚类的约束矩阵,在约束矩阵给出的约束条件之下,以类间单元指标的最大距离作为类间相似性指标,在指示矩阵中通过逐步聚并而将全部单元合并归类,即可得出满足要求的样本分类。  相似文献

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years (2001-2005). Given the Laplace transform F(s) of a function f(t), we develop a new algorithm to find an approximation to f(t) by the use of the classical Jacobi polynomials. The main contribution of our work is the development of a new and very effective method to determine the coefficients in the finite series expansion that approximation f(t) in terms of Jacobi polynomials. In applications it is useful to compute the local average empirical statistics on u. A very simple relation exists when of a function f(u) of an input u from the local averages are given by a Haar approximation. The question is to know if it holds for higher order approximation methods. To do so, it is necessary to use approximate product operators defined over linear approximation spaces. These products are characterized by a Strang and Fix like condition. An explicit construction of these product operators is exhibited for piecewise polynomial functions, using Hermite interpolation. The averaging relation which holds for the Haar approximation is then recovered when the product is defined by a two point Hermite interpolation.  相似文献
