On Green’s Relations, 2~0-regularity and Quasi-ideals in Γ-semigroups

In this paper, we introduce the definition of ( m, n) 0-regularity in Γ-semigroups. We investigate and characterize the 20-regular class of Γ-semigroups using Green's relations. Extending and generalizing the Croisot's Theory of Decomposition for Γ-semigroups, we introduce and study the absorbent and regular absorbent Γ-semigroups. We approach this problem by examining quasi-ideals using Green's relations.     

Growth of Solutions of Some Linear Difference Equations with Meromorphic Coefficients

In this paper, we investigate the properties of solutions of some linear difference equations with meromorphic coefficients, and obtain some estimates on growth and value distribution of these meromorphic solutions.     

基于Copula函数TVaR和EVaR的风险评估和资金配置

In this paper,the expressions of tail value of risk(TVaR)and exponential tail value of risk(EVaR)for the total risk portfolio are given,which are splitted into two cases: the bivariate case and the multivariate case according to the number of the insurances.Then the risk contributions of the insurances portfolio and the credit portfolio are also obtained. Further more,for clarifying the above results,a numerical example is given.     

On Finite Forms of Certain Bilateral Basic Hypergeometric Series and Their Applications

In this paper we derive finite forms of the summation formulas for bilateral basic hypergeometric series 3ψ3,4ψ4 and 5ψ5.We therefrom obtain the summation formulae obtained recently by Wenchang CHU and Xiaoxia WANG.As applications of these summation formulae,we deduce the well-known Jacobi's two and four square theorems,a formula for the number of representations of an integer n as sum of four triangular numbers and some theta function identities.     

Non-local Boundary Value Problem for the Third Order Mixed Type Equation in Double-connected Domain

In the present paper an existence and uniqueness of solution of the nonlo- cal boundary value problem for the third order loaded elliptic-hyperbolic type equa- tion in double-connected domain have been investigated. At the proof of unequivocal solvability of the investigated problem, the extremum principle for the mixed type equations and method of integral equations have been used.     

The reason of Hopf’s and Oleinik’s proofs for countability of shocks being wrong

For the number of complete shock curves of a conservation law with one space variable,Hopf in 1950 for the Burger equation,and Oleinik in 1956 for the general,stated that it is at most countable.In 1979,the present author published an example to show that the statement of Hopf and Oleinik is wrong.But after so long time,the wrong statement for countability still appeared in some publications,which is at least partly due to that some ones felt difficult to understand Hopf and Oleinik’s proofs being wrong.So,pointing out where they went wrong becomes very necessary.

In this paper, the authors investigate the zeros and growth of solutions of second order linear differential equations with entire coefficients of [p, q]-order and obtain some results which improve and generalize some previous results.     

A NOTE ON MEYER-KONIG AND ZELLER OPERATORS FOR FUNCTIONS OF BOUNDED VARIATION

In the present note we give the correct and improved estimate on the rate of convergence of integratedMeyer-Konig and Zeller operators for function of bounded variation.

Recently Brutman and Passow considered Newman-type rational interpolation to ｜x｜ induced by arbitrary sets of symmetric nodes in [-1,1] and gave the general estimation of the approximation error.By their methods,one could establish the exact order of approximation for some special nodes.In the present note we consider the sets of interpolation nodes obtained by adjusting the Chebyshev roots of the second kind on the interval [0,1] and then extending this set to [-1,1] in a symmetric way.We show that in this case the exact order of approximation is O（ 1 n 2 ）.     

Several Inequalities Involving Two Simplexes and Interior Points

This article establishes several new geometric inequalities, which refer to the lengthes of the edges of a simplex and interior point, height, lateral area, and the circumradius of another simplex.     

半群的(∈,∈ ∨q(λ,μ))-模糊k-理想(英文)

本文研究了半群中的广义模糊k-理想和(∈,∈∨q(λ,μ))-模糊k-理想.利用模糊集的截集及模糊集的性质,获得了(∈,∈∨q(λ,μ))-模糊k-理想的等价刻画,广义模糊特征化及广义模糊k-理想直积的基本性质.最后还给出了半群S是左k-诺特的充要条件是对于S的任意广义模糊左k-理想A,Im(A)是[λ,μ]上的良序子集.这些结果有重要的理论价值.

设X*是字母表X上的自由幺半群,以X*为顶点集构造一个语言图Γ(X*),引入语言图Γ(X*)的横截集的概念,给出了前缀码为极大前缀码的一个刻划,并推广了相关文献的结果.     

On the maximal content of a dam and logarithmic concave renewal functions

For the classical dam model the distribution of the supermum of the dam content between two successive downcrossings of level x>0 by the content process is studied. The result generalizes previous results for the M/G/1 queueing system. The derivation which is rather simple is based on some recent results concerning up- and downcrossings. The resulting distribution is a functional of the solution of a renewal type integral equation occurring frequently in applied probability models. It is shown that this solution is logarithmic concave and that its reciprocal is an infinitely divisible p-function, thus leading to a number of hitherto unknown properties of a certain class of renewal functions.

Asymptotic analysis of a transport model of organic material through a stratified porous medium: Concentration effect

We consider the transport through capillarity of an organic material inside a porous medium, using Leverett’s model. We first prove an existence result for a weak solution of this nonlinear evolution problem, using a regularization process. We then describe the asymptotic behavior of the solution, when the permeability _kε$k_{\epsilon }$ of the porous medium is associated to a scalar function which only depends on the third variable, assuming that _kε$k_{\epsilon }$ (resp. the inverse of _kε$k_{\epsilon }$) converges to some measure _λ∗${\lambda }_{\ast }$ (resp. λ^∗${\lambda }^{\ast }$). We use Γ-convergence arguments in order to describe this asymptotic behavior. We finally characterize the asymptotic behavior of the problem, considering special choices of the permeability _kε$k_{\epsilon }$, which correspond to stratified porous media, and give a numerical test for a 1D model.

Some properties of outer Γ-convex sets and functions are presented, among others a simplex property of outer Γ-convex sets, which is applied for establishing a separation theorem and for proving the existence of modified subgradients of outer Γ-convex functions.     

The characterization of Γ-modules in terms of fuzzy soft Γ-submodules

In this paper, we focus on combining the theories of fuzzy soft sets with Γ-modules, and establishing a new framework for fuzzy soft Γ-submodules. The main contributions of the paper are 3-fold. First, we present the concepts of (R, S)-bi-Γ-submodules, quasi-Γ-submodules and regular Γ-modules. Meanwhile, some illustrative examples are given to show the rationality of the definitions introduced in this paper. Second, several new kinds of generalized fuzzy soft Γ-submodules are proposed, and related properties and mutual relationships are also investigated. Third, we discover some intrinsic connections between the generalized fuzzy soft Γ-submodules presented in this paper and crisp Γ-submodules, and describe the relationships between regular Γ-modules and the generalized fuzzy soft Γ-submodules presented in this paper.
