Let R be a commutative (possibly non-Noetherian) ring (in order to make things less technical) and C a semidualizing R-module. In this article, we introduce and investigate the notion of G C -injective (G C -projective) complexes. This extends Enochs and García Rozas's notion of Gorenstein injective (Gorenstein projective) complexes. We then show that a complex X is G C -injective (G C -projective) if and only if X m is a G C -injective (G C -projective) module for each m ∈ ?.  相似文献

Let C be a semidualizing module for a commutative ring R. In this paper, we study the resulting modules of finite G C -projective dimension in Bass class, showing that they admit G C -projective precover. Over local ring, we prove that dim R (M) ≤ 𝒢? C  ? id R (M) for any nonzero finitely generated R-module M, which generalizes a result due to Bass.  相似文献

For a semidualizing module C over a ring R, we study the following classes modulo exact zero divisors: G C –projectives, 𝒢 C ; the Auslander class 𝒜 C ; the Bass class ? C ; 𝒫 C –projective; ? C –projective; and ? C –injective dimensions.  相似文献

In the last years (Gorenstein) homological dimensions relative to a semidualizing module C have been subject of several works as interesting extensions of (Gorenstein) homological dimensions. In this paper, we extend to the noncommutative case the concepts of G C -projective module and dimension, weakening the condition of C being semidualizing as well. We prove that indeed they share the principal properties of the classical ones and relate this new dimension with the classical Gorenstein projective dimension of a module. The dual concepts of G C -injective modules and dimension are also treated. Finally, we show some interesting interactions between the class of G C -projective modules and the Bass class associated to C on one side, and the class of G\({_{C^{\vee}}}\) -injective modules (C  = Hom R (C, E) where E is an injective cogenerator in R-Mod) and the Auslander class associated to C in the other.  相似文献

Let ${(R,\mathfrak{m})}$ be a local ring, and let C be a semidualizing R-module. In this paper, we are concerned with the C-injective and G C -injective dimensions of certain local cohomology modules of R. Firstly, the injective dimension of C and the above quantities are compared. Secondly, as an application of the above comparisons, a characterization of a dualizing module of R is given. Finally, it is shown that if R is Cohen-Macaulay of dimension d such that ${\rm H}_{\mathfrak{m}}^{d}(C)$ is C-injective, then R is Gorenstein. This is an answer to a question which was recently raised.  相似文献

Let ${(R, \mathfrak{m})}$ be a commutative Noetherian local ring of Krull dimension d, and let C be a semidualizing R-module. In this paper, it is shown that if R is complete, then C is a dualizing module if and only if the top local cohomology module of ${R, H _{\mathfrak{m}} ^{d} (R)}$ , has finite G C -injective dimension. This generalizes a recent result due to Yoshizawa, where the ring is assumed to be complete Cohen-Macaulay.  相似文献

Let d and n be positive integers with n ≥ d + 1 and 𝒫 ? ? d an integral cyclic polytope of dimension d with n vertices, and let K[𝒫] = K[?≥0𝒜𝒫] denote its associated semigroup K-algebra, where 𝒜𝒫 = {(1, α) ∈ ? d+1: α ∈ 𝒫} ∩ ? d+1 and K is a field. In the present paper, we consider the problem when K[𝒫] is Cohen–Macaulay by discussing Serre's condition (R 1), and we give a complete characterization when K[𝒫] is Gorenstein. Moreover, we study the normality of the other semigroup K-algebra K[Q] arising from an integral cyclic polytope, where Q is a semigroup generated by its vertices only.  相似文献

A complex (C, δ) is called strongly Gorenstein flat if C is exact and Ker δ n is Gorenstein flat in R-Mod for all n ∈ ?. Let 𝒮𝒢 stand for the class of strongly Gorenstein flat complexes. We show that a complex C of left R-modules over a right coherent ring R is in the right orthogonal class of 𝒮𝒢 if and only if C n is Gorenstein cotorsion in R-Mod for all n ∈ ? and Hom.(G, C) is exact for any strongly Gorenstein flat complex G. Furthermore, a bounded below complex C over a right coherent ring R is in the right orthogonal class of 𝒮𝒢 if and only if C n is Gorenstein cotorsion in R-Mod for all n ∈ ?. Finally, strongly Gorenstein flat covers and 𝒮𝒢-envelopes of complexes are considered. For a right coherent ring R, we show that every bounded below complex has a 𝒮𝒢-envelope.  相似文献

Let R be a ring. This paper introduces and studies GP-projective and GI-injective left R-modules. Our main goal is to investigate the “global” dimension $GPID(R) = \sup \{ id(M)|M \in _R \mathcal{M},Mis Gorenstein projective\} .$   相似文献

We investigate the properties of categories of G C -flat R-modules where C is a semidualizing module over a commutative noetherian ring R. We prove that the category of all G C -flat R-modules is part of a weak AB-context, in the terminology of Hashimoto. In particular, this allows us to deduce the existence of certain Auslander-Buchweitz approximations for R-modules of finite G C -flat dimension. We also prove that two procedures for building R-modules from complete resolutions by certain subcategories of G C -flat R-modules yield only the modules in the original subcategories.  相似文献

Let 𝒫 be a graph property. A graph G is said to be locally 𝒫 (closed locally 𝒫) if the subgraph induced by the open neighbourhood (closed neighbourhood, respectively) of every vertex in G has property 𝒫. The clustering coefficient of a vertex is the proportion of pairs of its neighbours that are themselves neighbours. The minimum clustering coefficient of G is the smallest clustering coefficient among all vertices of G. Let H be a subgraph of a graph G and let S ? V (H). We say that H is a strongly induced subgraph of G with attachment set S, if H is an induced subgraph of G and the vertices of V (H) ? S are not incident with edges that are not in H. A graph G is fully cycle extendable if every vertex of G lies in a triangle and for every nonhamiltonian cycle C of G, there is a cycle of length |V (C)|?+?1 that contains the vertices of C. A complete characterization, of those locally connected graphs with minimum clustering coefficient 1/2 and maximum degree at most 6 that are fully cycle extendable, is given in terms of forbidden strongly induced subgraphs (with specified attachment sets). Moreover, it is shown that all locally connected graphs with Δ?≤?6 and sufficiently large minimum clustering coefficient are weakly pancylic, thereby proving Ryj´ǎcek’s conjecture for this class of graphs.  相似文献

For certain classes 𝒞 of R-modules, including singular modules or modules with locally Krull dimensions, it is investigated when every module in 𝒞 with a finitely generated essential submodule is finitely generated. In case 𝒞 = Mod-R, this means E(M)/M is Noetherian for any finitely generated module MR. Rings R with latter property are studied and shown that they form a class 𝒬 properly between the class of pure semisimple rings and the class of certain max rings. Duo rings in 𝒬 are precisely Artinian rings. If R is a quasi continuous ring in 𝒬 then R ? A ⊕ T where A is a semisimple Artinian ring and T ∈ 𝒬 with Z(TT) ≤ess TT.  相似文献

We compute the second 𝔬𝔰𝔭(1 | 2) ?relative cohomology space of 𝒦(1) with coefficients in the module of λ-densities 𝔉λ on S 1|1. This result allows us to compute the second 𝔬𝔰𝔭(1 | 2) ?relative cohomology space of 𝒦(1) with coefficients in the Poisson superalgebra 𝒮𝒫. We explicitly give 2-cocycles spanning these cohomology spaces.  相似文献

Let R be a ring and 𝒲 a self-orthogonal class of left R-modules which is closed under finite direct sums and direct summands. A complex C of left R-modules is called a 𝒲-complex if it is exact with each cycle Z n (C) ∈ 𝒲. The class of such complexes is denoted by 𝒞𝒲. A complex C is called completely 𝒲-resolved if there exists an exact sequence of complexes D · = … → D ?1 → D 0 → D 1 → … with each term D i in 𝒞𝒲 such that C = ker(D 0 → D 1) and D · is both Hom(𝒞𝒲, ?) and Hom(?, 𝒞𝒲) exact. In this article, we show that C = … → C ?1 → C 0 → C 1 → … is a completely 𝒲-resolved complex if and only if C n is a completely 𝒲-resolved module for all n ∈ ?. Some known results are obtained as corollaries.  相似文献

Let D be an R-module over an arbitrary ring R of projective dimension at most 1. We construct an R-module G containing D such that Ext(D, G) = 0 = Ext(G, G). Moreover, we show that if D is l\lambda -projective over a hereditary ring R, for some infinite cardinal l\lambda , then G is also l\lambda -projective.  相似文献

Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring and let C be a semidualizing R-module. We prove a result about the covering properties of the class of relative Gorenstein injective modules with respect to C which is a generalization of Theorem 1 by Enochs and Iacob (2015). Specifically, we prove that if for every G C -injective module G, the character module G + is G C -flat, then the class \(\mathcal{GI}_{C}(R)\cap\mathcal{A}_C(R)\) is closed under direct sums and direct limits. Also, it is proved that under the above hypotheses the class \(\mathcal{GI}_{C}(R)\cap\mathcal{A}_C(R)\) is covering.  相似文献

We say that a class 𝒫 of right modules over a fixed ring R is an epic class if it is closed under homomorphic images. For an arbitrary epic class 𝒫, we define a 𝒫-dimension of modules that measures how far modules are from the modules in the class 𝒫. For an epic class 𝒫 consisting of indecomposable modules, first we characterize rings whose modules have 𝒫-dimension. In fact, we show that every right R-module has 𝒫-dimension if and only if R is a semisimple Artinan ring. Then we study fully Hopfian modules with 𝒫-dimension. In particular, we show that a commutative ring R with 𝒫-dimension (resp. finite 𝒫-dimension) is either local or Noetherian (resp. Artinian). Finally, we show that Matm(R) is a right Köthe ring for some m if and only if every (left) right module is a direct sum of modules of 𝒫-dimension at most n for some n, if and only if R is a pure semisimple ring.  相似文献
