This paper deals with the issues of robust stability for uncertain discrete-time switched systems with mode-dependent time delays.Based on a novel difference inequality and a switched Lyapunov function,new delay-dependent stability criteria are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which are not contained in known literature.A numerical example is given to demonstrate that the proposed criteria improves some existing results significantly with much less computational effort.  相似文献

By using the method of coincidence degree and Lyapunov functional, a set of easily applicable criteria are established for the global existence and global asymptotic stability of strictly positive(componentwise)periodic solution of a periodic n-species Lotka-Volterra competition system with feedback controls and several deviating arguments.The problem considered in this paper is in many aspects more general and incorporate as special cases various problems which have been studied extensively in the literature.Moreover,our new criteria,which improve and generalize some well known results, can be easily checked.  相似文献

Using the integral average technique and a new function,some new oscillation criteria related to Euler integral are obtained for second order nonlinear differential equations with damping and forcing. The global exponential stability of the zero solution to a class of differential system with delay is considered.By constructing a suitable type of Lyapunov functional and using some analytical techniques,we derive some criteria to check exponential stability of this system.The results establish a relation between the delay time and the parameters of the system.Two examples are also given to illustrate the validity of the results.  相似文献

A class of generalized Cohen-Grossberg neural networks(CGNNs) with variable de- lays are investigated. By introducing a new type of Lyapunov functional and applying the homeomorphism theory and inequality technique, some new conditions axe derived ensuring the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point and its global exponential stability for CGNNs. These results obtained are independent of delays, develop the existent outcome in the earlier literature and are very easily checked in practice.  相似文献

In this paper, we obtain some stability results for perturbed vector equilibrium problems. Under new assumptions, which are weaker than the assumption of C-strict monotonicity, we provide sufficient conditions for the Painlev~-Kuratowski Convergence of the weak efficient solution sets and efficient solution sets for the perturbed vector equilibrium problems with a sequence of mappings converging in real linear metric spaces. This paper presents the robust stability of genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays and nonlinear disturbance. By choosing an appropriate new Lyapunov functional, a new delay-dependent stability criteria is obtained and formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The resulting criterion has advantages over some previous ones in that it involves fewer matrix variables but has less conservatism. This paper is concerned with the delay-dependent stability and robust stability criteria for linear systems with time-varying delay and norm-bounded uncertainties. Through constructing a general form of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, and using integral inequalities, some slack matrices and newly established convex combination condition in the calculation, the delay-dependent stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. This paper focuses on the stability analysis for uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with interval time-varying delay. The uncertainties of system parameter matrices are assumed to be time-varying and norm-bounded. Some new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals (LKFs) are constructed by nonuniformly dividing the whole delay interval into multiple segments and choosing different Lyapunov functionals to different segments in the LKFs. By employing these LKFs, some new delay-derivative-dependent stability criteria are established for the nominal and uncertain T-S fuzzy systems in a convex way. These stability criteria are derived that depend on both the upper and lower bounds of the time derivative of the delay. By employing the new delay partitioning approach, the obtained stability criteria are stated in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). They are equivalent or less conservative while involving less decision variables than the existing results. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness and reduced conservatism of the proposed results.  相似文献

This paper is a further note on stability criteria for uncertain neutral systems with mixed delays. We firstly employed a new method to estimate the upper bound of the derivative of functional, and novel stability criteria are presented for nominal neutral system, which will obtain less conservatism. Then, several sufficient stability conditions are proposed for neutral systems with polytopic uncertainty and linear fractional norm-bound uncertainty. Lastly, three numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and merit of the proposed results. In Appendix, the stability criteria in Lu et al. [21] are rectified.  相似文献

This paper presents novel stability criteria for neutral systems with time-varying delay. By developing a delayed decomposition approach, information of the delayed plant states can be taken into full consideration, and new delay-dependent sufficient stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then, based on the Lyapunov method, delay-dependent stability criteria are devised by taking the relationship between terms in the Leibniz-Newton formula into account. Criteria are derived in terms of LMIs, which can be easily solved by using various convex optimization algorithms. Three illustrative numerical examples are given to show less conservatism of our obtained results and the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper deals with the robust stability analysis for uncertain systems with time-varying delay. New delay-dependent robust stability criteria of uncertain time-delay systems are proposed by exploiting appropriate Lyapunov functional candidate. These developed results have advantages over some previous ones in that they have fewer matrix variables yet less conservatism, due to the introduction of a method to estimate the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional candidate without ignoring the additional useful terms. This article deals with the problem of robust stochastic asymptotic stability for a class of uncertain stochastic neural networks with distributed delay and multiple time‐varying delays. It is noted that the reciprocally convex approach has been intensively used in stability analysis for time‐delay systems in the past few years. We will extend the approach from deterministic time‐delay systems to stochastic time‐delay systems. And based on the new technique dealing with matrix cross‐product and multiple‐interval‐dependent Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, some novel delay‐dependent stability criteria with less conservatism and less decision variables for the addressed system are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. This paper is concerned with the stability analysis of continuous linear systems with two additive time-varying delays in the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) framework. Two novel delay-product-type terms are introduced into LKF candidate inspired by our previous research. The Wirtinger-based inequality, together with the reciprocally convex combination technique, is applied to estimate the integral terms arising in the derivative of the LKF. As a result, a new delay- and its-change-rate-dependent stability criterion is established. Its advantage of less conservatism than some existing criteria is demonstrated through a numerical example. Finally, the stability criterion is applied to analyze the stability of the load frequency control scheme of power systems.  相似文献

This paper presents a new result of stability analysis for continuous systems with two different time-varying delay components, new delay-dependent asymptotic stability criterion of continuous systems is proposed by exploiting an improved Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional candidate and an improved approximation method without resorting to any model transformation and free weighting matrix technique. This new criteria has advantages over some previous ones in that it involves few matrix variables and has less computational effort and conservatism. This criterion is expressed by a set of linear matrix inequalities, which can be tested by using the LMI toolbox in Matlab.
