功能梯度材料Timoshenko梁的热过屈曲分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
研究了功能梯度材料Timoshenko梁在横向非均匀升温下的热过屈曲.在精确考虑轴线伸长和一阶横向剪切变形的基础上,建立了功能梯度Timoshenko梁在热-机械载荷作用下的几何非线性控制方程,将问题归结为含有7个基本未知函数的非线性常微分方程边值问题A·D2其中,假设功能梯度梁的材料性质为沿厚度方向按照幂函数连续变化的形式.然后采用打靶法数值求解所得强非线性边值问题,获得了横向非均匀升温场内两端固定Timoshenko梁的静态非线性热屈曲和热过屈曲数值解.绘出了梁的变形随温度载荷及材料梯度参数变化的特性曲线,分析和讨论了温度载荷及材料的梯度性质参数对梁变形的影响.结果表明,由于材料在横向的非均匀性,均匀升温时的梁中存在拉-弯耦合变形.  相似文献

研究了上下表面粘贴压电层的功能梯度材料Euler-Bernoulli梁在升温及电场作用下的屈曲和自由振动行为.在精确考虑轴线伸长基础上,建立了压电功能梯度材料层合梁在热-电-机载荷作用下的几何非线性动力学控制方程.其中,假设功能梯度材料性质沿厚度方向按照幂函数连续变化,上下压电层为各向同性均匀材料.在小振幅和谐振动假设下,上述非线性偏微分方程组被转化为两套相互耦合的常微分方程组,即过屈曲问题的控制方程和过屈曲构形附近的线性振动控制方程.采用打靶法数值求解上述两个耦合的常微分方程边值问题,获得了在均匀电场和横向非均匀升温场作用下两端固定压电.功能梯度材料层合梁在屈曲前和过屈曲构型附近的自由振动响应.绘出了梁的过屈曲平衡路径以及前3阶固有频率随热、电载荷及材料梯度参数变化的特性曲线.结果表明,梁的前3阶频率在屈曲前随着温度升高而减小,在进入过屈曲后它们却随着温度升高而增加.通过施加电压在压电层产生拉应力可有效地提高粱的热屈曲临界载荷,从而提高其固有频率.  相似文献

基于轴向可伸长梁的几何非线性理论和打靶法,研究了两端不可移简支弹性梁在横向非均匀分布升温场作用下的热弹性屈曲响应。着重分析了横向升温变化对热过屈曲变形的影响,给出了相应的特性曲线。数值结果表明,由于横向温度改变会产生热弯曲内力,因此过屈曲平衡路径与有初始变形梁的过屈曲平衡路径相似。  相似文献

对两端不可移简支陶瓷-金属功能梯度材料(FGM)杆建立了在热载荷作用下的非线性控制微分方程,采用打靶法分析了由二氧化锆和Ti-6Al-4V两种材料组成的FGM杆的热后屈曲行为.首先给出了在均匀温度场中不同梯度指标的FGM杆的热后屈曲平衡路径,并与二氧化锆和Ti-6Al-4V两种均质材料杆的相应特性进行了比较,同时讨论了不同端部转角下梯度指标对FGM杆稳定性的影响;然后分别研究了在温差一定、下表面温度变化时和在下表面温度一定、温差变化时FGM杆的热后屈曲特性,也与两种均质材料杆的后屈曲特性进行了比较.  相似文献

本文研究了载电流夹紧杆在磁场作用下的非线性稳定性,其磁场由两根无限长相互平行的刚性直导线产生.杆的自然状态在刚性导线所在的平面内,并且与两刚性导线等距.首先,在空间变形的假定下,给出了问题的数学描述,讨论了线性化问题和临界电流.其次,证明了杆的过屈曲状态总是平面的.最后,数值计算了分支解的全局响应,得到了杆过屈曲状态的挠度、内力和弯矩的分布.结果表明,载电流杆既可发生超临界屈曲,又可发生次临屈界曲,其性态依赖于杆与导线间的距离;同时,在超临界的过屈曲状态上还存在极限点型的失稳,这与通常的压杆失稳有着本质的区别.  相似文献

基于经典梁理论,运用虚功原理和变分法推导了均匀变温场与横向均布荷载联合作用的功能梯度梁的几何非线性控制方程.考虑端部不可移夹紧边界条件,运用打靶法求解了该两点边值问题.当横向均布荷载为0时,考察了功能梯度梁的热屈曲临界升温和屈曲平衡路径.当均匀变温与横向均布荷载都不为0时,考察了功能梯度梁的荷载 挠度曲线.数值结果表明:随材料体积分数指数增加,梁的有量纲热屈曲临界升温显著减小,后屈曲变形显著增加;变温对功能梯度梁的荷载 挠度曲线影响非常显著.发现了功能梯度梁的双稳态构形及其转换现象,梁的最终平衡位形不但与变温及荷载参数有关,还与加载历程有关.  相似文献

The boundary value problem of the stability and free vibration of a hydraulic cylinder has been formulated and solved in this paper. The considered hydraulic cylinder has been elastically fixed at both ends and loaded by Euler force. An elastical fixation has been modelled by rotational springs. The mentioned above hydraulic cylinder consists of a piston rod and cylinder replaced by rods. There are conditions of continuity between the rods. The boundary value problem has been formulated on the basis of minimum potential energy (static problem) and on the basis of Hamilton's principle (free vibration problem). In this paper example results of numerical calculations of the stability and free vibration have been presented. Experimental research has been performed in order to verify the correctness of the assumed mathematical model. Professional measuring apparatus and special stand for research into the slender systems have been used in experiment. In the present work, attention is focused on the prediction of thermal buckling and post-buckling behaviors of functionally graded materials (FGM) beams based on Euler–Bernoulli, Timoshenko and various higher-order shear deformation beam theories. Two ends of the beam are assumed to be clamped and in-plane boundary conditions are immovable. The beam is subjected to uniform temperature rise and temperature dependency of the constituents is also taken into account. The governing equations are developed relative to neutral plane and mid-plane of the beam. A two-step perturbation method is employed to determine the critical buckling loads and post-buckling equilibrium paths. New results of thermal buckling and post-buckling analysis of the beams are presented and discussed in details, the numerical analysis shows that, for the case of uniform temperature rise loading, the post-buckling equilibrium path for FGM beam with two clamped ends is also of the bifurcation type for any arbitrary value of the power law index and any various displacement fields.  相似文献

The motion of a ball of constant spherical shape on a grassy lawn represented by a set of deformable rods with one end rigidly attached to a plane, while the other end is free and can contact the ball, is investigated. The contact area on the ball surface is represented by a spherical sector, whose dimensions and location on the ball surface depend on the position of the centre of the ball and its orientation. The projection of the contact area onto the plane is a circle, whose centre and radius vary as the centre of the ball moves. When the rods come into contact with the ball, they experience longitudinal and flexural strains, as well as impact actions on the boundary of the contact area. The translational–rotational motion of a ball on a lawn of rods without friction, as well as motion with viscous friction at the points of contact of the ends of the rods with the ball, is considered.  相似文献

We investigate general Shapiro-Lopatinsky elliptic boundary value problems on manifolds with polycylindrical ends. This is accomplished by compactifying such a manifold to a manifold with corners of in general higher codimension, and we then deal with boundary value problems for cusp differential operators. We introduce an adapted Boutet de Monvel's calculus of pseudodifferential boundary value problems, and construct parametrices for elliptic cusp operators within this calculus. Fredholm solvability and elliptic regularity up to the boundary and up to infinity for boundary value problems on manifolds with polycylindrical ends follows.  相似文献

The equation arising from Prandtl boundary layer theory $$\frac{\partial u}{\partial t} -\frac{\partial }{\partial x_i}\left( a(u,x,t)\frac{\partial u}{\partial x_i}\right)-f_i(x)D_iu+c(x,t)u=g(x,t)$$ is considered. The existence of the entropy solution can be proved by BV estimate method. The interesting problem is that, since $a(\cdot,x,t)$ may be degenerate on the boundary, the usual boundary value condition may be overdetermined. Accordingly, only dependent on a partial boundary value condition, the stability of solutions can be expected. This expectation is turned to reality by Kružkov's bi-variables method, a reasonable partial boundary value condition matching up with the equation is found first time. Moreover, if $a_{x_i}(\cdot,x,t)\mid_{x\in \partial \Omega}=a(\cdot,x,t)\mid_{x\in \partial \Omega}=0$ and $f_i(x)\mid_{x\in \partial \Omega}=0$, the stability can be proved even without any boundary value condition.  相似文献

本文讨论了一类具p-Laplacian算子型奇导方程组边值问题(φp(x'))'+α1(t),f(x(t),y(t))=0,(φp(y'))'+α2(t)g(x(t),y(t))=0,x(0)-β1x'(0)=0,x(1)+δ1x'(1)=0,y(0)-β2Y'(0)=0,y(1)+δ2y'(1)=0正解的存在性,其中φp(x)=|x|p-2x,p>1.通过使用不动点指数定理,在适当的条件下,建立了这类奇异方程组边值问题存在一个或者多个正解的充分条件.这些结果能用来研究椭圆型方程组边值问题径向对称解的存在性.  相似文献

The problem of the uniform heating of a two-layer plate is solved. The transversely isotropic elastic layer (soft plate) investigated is in ideal contact with an absolutely rigid layer, deformable only by thermal expansion. The generalized plane temperature problem reduces to determining the stress-strain state of the soft anisotropic layer investigated using the equations of the mixed problem of elasticity theory. At the ends of the boundary layer of the soft plate (a thin contact layer), no conditions are imposed. On the remaining part of the ends of the soft plate, the boundary conditions correspond to a free boundary. The problem has a bounded smooth solution. Unlike the approach described earlier [1], it is proposed to seek an accurate solution in the form of ordinary Fourier series with respect to a single longitudinal coordinate. Solutions in polynomials are also used. It is shown that the existence of these solutions in polynomials enables the convergence of the Fourier series to be improved considerably.  相似文献
