This article is concerned with the numerical solution of multiobjective control problems associated with nonlinear partial differential equations and more precisely the Burgers equation. For this kind of problems, we look for the Nash equilibrium, which is the solution to a noncooperative game. To compute the solution of the problem, we use a combination of finite-difference methods for the time discretization, finite-element methods for the space discretization, and a quasi-Newton BFGS algorithm for the iterative solution of the discrete control problem. Finally, we apply the above methodology to the solution of several tests problems. To be able to compare our results with existing results in the literature, we discuss first a single-objective control problem, already investigated by other authors. Finally, we discuss the multiobjective case.  相似文献

双层规划在经济、交通、生态、工程等领域有着广泛而重要的应用.目前对双层规划的研究主要是基于强双层规划和弱双层规划.然而,针对弱双层规划的求解方法却鲜有研究.研究求解弱线性双层规划问题的一种全局优化方法,首先给出弱线性双层规划问题与其松弛问题在最优解上的关系,然后利用线性规划的对偶理论和罚函数方法,讨论该松弛问题和它的罚问题之间的关系.进一步设计了一种求解弱线性双层规划问题的全局优化方法,该方法的优势在于它仅仅需要求解若干个线性规划问题就可以获得原问题的全局最优解.最后,用一个简单算例说明了所提出的方法是可行的.  相似文献

In this article, we investigate bilevel programming problems with discrete lower level and continuous upper level problems. We will analyse the structure of these problems and discuss both the optimistic and the pessimistic solution approach. Since neither the optimistic nor the pessimistic solution functions are in general lower semicontinuous, we introduce weak solution function. The study of a vector variational inequality has been advanced because it has many applications in vector optimization problems and vector equilibrium flows. In this paper, we discuss relations between a solution of a vector variational inequality and a Pareto solution or a properly efficient solution of a vector optimization problem. We show that a vector variational inequality is a necessary and sufficient optimality condition for an efficient solution of the vector pseudolinear optimization problem.  相似文献

Recently the authors have proposed a homogeneous and self-dual algorithm for solving the monotone complementarity problem (MCP) [5]. The algorithm is a single phase interior-point type method; nevertheless, it yields either an approximate optimal solution or detects a possible infeasibility of the problem. In this paper we specialize the algorithm to the solution of general smooth convex optimization problems, which also possess nonlinear inequality constraints and free variables. We discuss an implementation of the algorithm for large-scale sparse convex optimization. Moreover, we present computational results for solving quadratically constrained quadratic programming and geometric programming problems, where some of the problems contain more than 100,000 constraints and variables. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm is also practically efficient.  相似文献

Single- and multiple-ratio unconstrained hyperbolic 0-1 programming problems are considered. We prove that checking whether these problems have a unique solution is NP-hard. Furthermore, we show that finding the global maximizer of problems with unique solution remains NP-hard. We study a 2-parameter family of enumerative problems over the reals. Over the complex field, these problems can be solved by Schubert calculus. In the real case the number of solutions can be different on the distinct connected components of the configuration space, resulting in a solution function. The cohomology calculation in the real case only gives the signed sum of the solutions, therefore in general it only gives a lower bound on the range of the solution function. We calculate the solution function for the 2-parameter family and we show that in the even cases the solution function is constant modulo 4. We show how to determine the sign of a solution and describe the connected components of the configuration space. We translate the problem to the language of quivers and also give a geometric interpretation of the sign. Finally, we discuss what aspects might be considered when solving other real enumerative problems.  相似文献
