By asing the nonclassical method of symmetry reductions, the exact solutions for general variable-coefficient KdV equation with dissipative loss and nonuniformity terms are obtained. When the dissipative loss and nonuniformity terms don‘t exist, the multisoliton solutions are found and the corresponding Painleve II type equation for the variable-coefficient KdV equation is given.  相似文献

In this paper the ( G’/G )-expansion method is used to find exact travelling wave solutions for a combined KdV and Schwarzian KdV equation. As a result, multiple travelling wave solutions with arbitrary parameters are obtained, which are expressed by hyperbolic functions, trigonometric functions and rational functions. When the parameters are taken as special values, the solitary waves are derived from the travelling waves. The (G’/G)-expansion method presents a wider applicability for handling nonlinear wave equations.  相似文献

In this article, we construct the exact traveling wave solutions for nonlinear evolution equations in the mathematical physics via the modified Kawahara equation, the nonlinear coupled KdV equations and the classical Boussinesq equations, by using a generalized (G'/G)-expansion method, where G satisfies the Jacobi elliptic equation. Many exact solutions in terms of Jacobi elliptic functions are obtained.  相似文献

In this paper,pseudopotential method is applied to KdV equation and higher degree KdV equation. For KdV equation we find the relative connection between pseudopotential and various travelling wave solutions of KdV equation, i. e. the discontinuous solution, the unbounded periodic solution and the soliton-like solution of KdV equation are determined by zero of pseudopotential function. The pseudopotential and solitary wave solution of the higher degree KdV equation and n-dimension higher degree KdV equation are presented.  相似文献

In this paper, the space-time Riesz fractional partial differential equations with periodic conditions are considered. The equations are obtained from the integral partial differential equation by replacing the time derivative with a Caputo fractional derivative and the space derivative with Riesz potential. The fundamental solutions of the space Riesz fractional partial differential equation (SRFPDE) and the space-time Riesz fractional partial differential equation (STRFPDE) are discussed, respectively. Using methods of Fourier series expansion and Laplace transform, we derive the explicit expressions of the fundamental solutions for the SRFPDE and the STRFPDE, respectively.  相似文献

In this paper, we further develop the local discontinuous Galerkin method to solve three classes of nonlinear wave equations formulated by the general KdV-Burgers type equations, the general fifth-order KdV type equations and the fully nonlinear K(n, n, n) equations, and prove their stability for these general classes of nonlinear equations. The schemes we present extend the previous work of Yan and Shu [30, 31] and of Levy, Shu and Yan [24] on local discontinuous Galerkin method solving partial differential equations with higher spatial derivatives. Numerical examples for nonlinear problems are shown to illustrate the accuracy and capability of the methods. The numerical experiments include stationary solitons, soliton interactions and oscillatory solitary wave solutions.The numerical experiments also include the compacton solutions of a generalized fifthorder KdV equation in which the highest order derivative term is nonlinear and the fully nonlinear K (n, n, n) equations.  相似文献

We study spectral surfaces associated with elliptic two-gap solutions to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLS), the Korteweg-de Vries equation (KdV), and the sine-Gordon equation (SG). It is shown that elliptic solutions to the NLS and SG equations, as well as solutions to the KdV equation elliptic with respect tot, can be assigned to any hyperelliptic surface of genus 2 that forms a covering over an elliptic surface.  相似文献

In this paper, a new method to solve space–time‐dependent non‐linear equations is proposed. After considering the variable coefficient of a non‐linear equation as a new dependent variable, some special types of space–time‐dependent equations can be solved from corresponding space–time‐independent equations by using the general classical Lie approach. The paper deals with the initial-value problems for the Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) equations on the half-line and on the whole-line for complex-valued measurable and exponentially decreasing potentials. The time evolution equation for the reflection coefficient is derived and then a one-to-one correspondence between the scattering data and the solution of the KdV equation is shown. Families of exact solutions of the KdV equation are represented for the class of reflection-free potentials, in which the inverse scattering problem associated with the KdV equation can be solved exactly. The method for constructing first integrals and general solutions of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is presented. The method is based on index accounting of the Fuchs indices, which appeared during the Painlevé test of a nonlinear differential equation. The Fuchs indices indicate us the leading members of the first integrals for the origin differential equation. Taking into account the values of the Fuchs indices, we can construct the auxiliary equation, which allows to look for the first integrals of nonlinear differential equations. The method is used to obtain the first integrals and general solutions of the KdV‐Burgers and the mKdV‐Burgers equations with a source. The nonautonomous first integrals in the polynomials form are found. The general solutions of these nonlinear differential equations under at some additional conditions on the parameters of differential equations are also obtained. Illustrations of some solutions of the KdV‐Burgers and the mKdV‐Burgers are given.  相似文献

In this work, the improved tanh-coth method is used to obtain wave solutions to a Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation with higher-order nonlinearity, from which the standard KdV and the modified Korteweg-de Vries (mKdV) equations with variable coefficients can be derived as particular cases. However, the model studied here include other important equations with applications in several fields of physical and nonlinear sciences.
