研究了一类带有外部输入项的时间周期SIR传染病模型周期行波解的存在性和不存在性.首先,通过构造辅助系统适当的上下解并定义闭凸锥,将周期行波解的存在性转化为定义在这个闭凸锥上的非单调算子的不动点问题,利用Schauder不动点定理建立辅助系统周期解的存在性,并利用Arzela-Ascoli定理证明了原模型周期行波解的存在性.其次,借助分析技术得到了周期行波解的不存在性.  相似文献

In this paper, we focus on a treatment of a linear programming problem with an interval objective function. From the viewpoint of the achievement rate, a new solution concept, the maximin achievement rate solution, is proposed. Nice properties of this solution are shown: a maximin achievement rate solution is necessarily optimal when a necessarily optimal solution exists, and if not, then it is still a possibly optimal solution. An algorithm for a maximin achievement rate solution is proposed based on a relaxation procedure together with a simplex method. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the proposed solution algorithm.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the fourth-order elliptic boundary value problems with nonmonotone nonlinear function. The existence and uniqueness of a solution is proven by the method of upper and lower solutions. A monotone iteration is developed so that the iteration sequence converges monotonically to a maximal solution or a minimal solution, depending on whether the initial iteration is an upper solution or a lower solution.  相似文献

The initial–boundary value problem for the three-dimensional incompressible flow of liquid crystals is considered in a bounded smooth domain. The existence and uniqueness is established for both the local strong solution with large initial data and the global strong solution with small data. Based on the travelling wave method, a(2 + 1)-dimensional AKNS equation is considered. Elliptic solution and soliton solution are presented and it is shown that the soliton solution can be reduced from the elliptic solution. In this study, a new collocation method based on the Bernstein polynomials is introduced for the approximate solution of a class of linear Volterra integro-differential equations with weakly singular kernel. If the exact solution is polynomial, then the exact solution can be obtained. If the exact solution is not a polynomial, then an accurate solution can be obtained with a combination of choice in the number of nodes and the number of digits in the solver. Recently, Ariel (Comput Math Appl, 54 (2007), 1169–1183) explored the axially stretching flow of a viscous fluid in the presence of a velocity slip. He computed the solutions by noniterative technique, the homotopy perturbation method (HPM), and the perturbation and asymptotic methods (for small and large values of the slip parameter, respectively). Through comparison between these solutions, he claimed that HPM solution is the best solution showing close agreement with an exact solution. Here, we recomputed the flow problem considered in Ariel's work for the series solution by homotopy analysis method (HAM). It is found that HAM solution is identical with the presented exact solution in Ariel's work. Furthermore, the HAM solution is better than the HPM solution. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper is concerned with a double fronts free boundary problem for the heat equation with a localized nonlinear reaction term. The local existence and uniqueness of the solution are given by applying the contraction mapping theorem. Then we present some conditions so that the solution blows up in finite time. Finally, the long-time behavior of the global solution is discussed. We show that the solution is global and fast if the initial data is small and that a global slow solution is possible when the initial data is suitably large.  相似文献
