A Local Limit Theorem for Solutions of BSDEs with Mao’s non-Lipschitz Generator

This paper establishes a local limit theorem for solutions of backward stochastic differential equations with Mao＇s non-Lipschitz generator, which is similar to the limit theorem obtained by [3] under the Lipschitz assumption.     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">m</Emphasis> Components-admissible solutions of systems of higher-order partial differential equations on <Emphasis Type="Italic">C</Emphasis><Superscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">n</Emphasis></Superscript>

Using value distribution theory and techniques in several complex variables,we investigate the problem of existence of m components-admissible solutions of a class of systems of higher-order partial differential equations in several complex variables and estimate the number of admissible components of solutions.Some related results will also be obtained.     

A Converse Comparison Theorem for <Emphasis Type="Italic">g</Emphasis>-Expectations

With the help of a limit property of solutions of backward stochastic differential equations(BSDEs),this paper establishes a converse comparison theorem for deterministic generators g of BSDEs under the assumption g(t, y, 0) ≡0.     

Global Entropy Solutions of the Cauchy Problem for Nonhomogeneous Relativistic Euler System

We analyze the 2×2 nonhomogeneous relativistic Euler equations for perfect fluids in special relativity. We impose appropriate conditions on the lower order source terms and establish the existence of global entropy solutions of the Cauchy problem under these conditions.     

The Cauchy Problems and Global Solutions to the Deybe System and Burgers＇ Equations in Pseudomeasure Spaces

In this paper we consider the Cauchy problems of Burgers＇ equations and the Deybe system. Their existence and uniqueness of the time-global solutions for small initial data in some pseudomeasure spaces are obtained. The asymptotic stability of small solutions is proved. As an immediate result the existence and uniqueness of the self-similar solutions are also obtained provided the initial data satisfy the self-similar structures.     

Proof and generalization of Kaplan-Yorke’s conjecture under the condition f ' (0) > 0 on periodic solution of differential delay equations

Using the theory of existence of periodic solutions of Hamiltonian systems, it is shown that many periodic solutions of differential delay equations can be yielded from many families of periodic solutions of the coupled generalized Hamiltonian systems. Some sufficient conditions on the existence of periodic solutions of differential delay equations are obtained. As a corollary of our results, the conjecture of Kaplan-Yorke on the search for periodic solutions for certain special classes of scalar differential delay equations is shown to be true when . Some problems on super-diffusions and one class of nonlinear differential equations

The historical superprocesses are considered on bounded regular domains with a complete branching form, as a probabilistic argument, the limit property of superprocesses is studied when the domains enlarge to the whole space. As an important application of superprocess, the representation of solutions of involved differential equations is used in term of historical superprocesses. The differential equations including the existence of nonnegative solution, the closeness of solutions and probabilistic representations to the maximal and minimal solutions are discussed, which helps develop the well-known results on nonlinear differential equations. A Filtration of Wick Algebra and Its Application to Quantum SDEs

A family of closed snbalgebras, indexed by R(the set of real numbers), of the Wick algebra is constructed. Fundamental properties of tile family are shown including the increasing property and the right-continuity. The notion of adaptedness to the family is defined for quantum stochastic processes in terms of generalized operators. The existence and uniqueness of solutions adapted to the family is established for quantum stochastic differential equations in terms of generalized operators.     

EXISTENCE OF SOLUTIONS OF STURM-LIOUVILLE BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS FOR NONLINEAR SECOND ORDER IMPULSIVE DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS IN BANACH SPACES

In this paper, the fixed point theorem is applied to investigate the existence of solutions of Sturm-Liouville boundary value problems for nonlinear second order impulsive differential equations in Banaeh spaces.     

Existence,orbital stability and instability of solitary waves for coupled BBM equations

This paper is concerned with the orbital stability/instability of solitary waves for coupled BBM equations which have Hamiltonian form. The explicit solitary wave solutions will be worked out first. Then by detailed spectral analysis and decaying estimates of solutions for the initial value problem, we obtain the orbital stability/instability of solitary waves.     

Blow Up of Solutions to Semilinear Wave Equations with Critical Exponent in High Dimensions

In this paper, the author considers the Cauchy problem for semilinear wave equations with critical exponent in n≥4 space dimensions. Under some positivity conditions on the initial data, it is proved that there can be no global solutions no matter how small the initial data are.     

Uniqueness of Periodic Solutions for Certain Second-Order Equations

We establish a criterion for the uniqueness of periodic solutions for a class of second-order equations. We also give an application to a polynomial system and corrections to some known results.     

The existence of positive solution for singular boundary value problems of first order differential equation on unbounded domains

By constructing a special cone and using cone compression and expansion fixed point theorem, this paper presents some existence results of positive solutions of singular boundary value problem on unbounded domains for a class of first order differential equation. As applications of the main results, two examples are given at the end of this paper. ON THE HYPER-ORDER OF MEROMORPHIC SOLUTIONS OF LINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

In this paper the order and the hyper-order of the solutions of higher-order homoge-neous linear differential equations is investigated.     

Applications of Malliavin calculus to stochastis differential equations with time-dependent coefficients

In this paper, we apply Malliavin calculus to discuss when the solutions of stochastic differential equations (SDE's) with time-dependent coefficients have smooth density. Under Hörmander's condition, we conclude that the solutions of the SDE's have smooth density. As a consequence, we get the hypoellipticity for inhomogeneous differential operators.The project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China Crant 18971061.     

Weak and Strong Solutions for the Stokes Approximation of Non-homogeneous Incompressible Navier-Stokes Equations

In this paper,the Dirichlet problem of Stokes approximate of non-homogeneous incompressibleNavier-Stokes equations is studied.It is shown that there exist global weak solutions as well as global andunique strong solution for this problem,under the assumption that initial density ρ_0(x)is bounded away from0 and other appropriate assumptions(see Theorem 1 and Theorem 2).The semi-Galerkin method is applied toconstruct the approximate solutions and a prior estimates are made to elaborate upon the compactness of theapproximate solutions.     

Existence,uniqueness and stability of positive steady states to a prey-predator diffusion system

In the paper, we study the positive solutions of an elliptic system coming from a preypredator model with modified Leslie-Gower and Holling-Type II schemes. We study the existence, non-existence, bifurcation, uniqueness and stability of positive solutions. In particular, we obtain a continuum of positive solutions connecting a semi-trivial solution to the unique positive solution of the limiting system. Some Properties of The Solutions of Higher Analogue of The Painlevé Equation

Abstract In this paper, we investigate the value distribution properties for the solution w(z) of higher-order Painlevé equations. We prove that the Nevanlinna’s second main inequality for w(z) is reduced to an asymptotic equality. Smooth Solution to the 1-Dimensional Spin Equations of Antiferromagnets

In this paper, the global existence and uniqueness of a smooth solution to the periodic initial-value problem of the spin equations of antiferromagnets in 1 dimension are proved.     

On a characteristic equation of well-poised Bailey chains

In this paper, we find by inverse technique two solutions of a system of linear equations which together serve as a sufficient and necessary condition for well-poised Bailey chains. Using these two solutions, we establish a new well-poised Bailey chain, two usual Bailey chains, and a well-poised extension of Bailey’s lemma. Their applications to q-series are also investigated.
