This paper investigates the problem of the growth of the components of meromorphic solutions of a class of a system of complex algebraic differential equations, and generalized some of N. Toda's results concerning the growth of differential equations to the case of systems of differential equations. It is well known that a system of equations of sum of equal powers can be converted to an algebraic equation of higher degree via Newton's identities. This is the Viete-Newton theorem. This work reports the generalizations of the Viete-Newton theorem to a system of equations of algebraic sum of equal powers. By exploiting some facts from algebra and combinatorics, it is shown that a system of equations of algebraic sum of equal powers can be converted in a closed form to two algebraic equations, whose degree sum equals the number of unknowns of the system of equations of algebraic sum of equal powers.  相似文献

Let G be a graph (i.e., a finite one-dimensional polyhedron) and f : G → G be a continuous map. In this paper, we show that every isolated recurrent point of f is an isolated non-wandering point; every accumulation point of the set of non-wandering points of f with infinite orbit is a two-order accumulation point of the set of recurrent points of f; the derived set of an ω-limit set of f is equal to the derived set of an the set of recurrent points of f; and the two-order derived set of non-wandering set of f is equal to the two-order derived set of the set of recurrent points of f.  相似文献

In this paper we investigate the formation of singularities of hyperbolic systems. Employing the method of parametric coordinates and the existence of the solution of the blow-up system, we prove that the blow-up of classic solutions is due to the envelope of characteristics of the same family, analyze the geometric properties of the envelope of characteristics and estimate the blowup rates of the solution precisely.  相似文献

We apply Nevanlinna theory of the value distribution of meromorphic functions to study the properties of Nevanlinna counting function and proximity function of meromorphic solutions of a type of systems of complex difference equations. Our results can give estimates on the proximity function and the counting function of solutions of systems of difference equations. This implies that solutions have a relatively large number of poles. It extend some result concerning difference equations to the systems of difference equations.  相似文献

This article develops some extremes of the ratios of determinants. The results are themultivariate extensions of the extremes of quadratic forms, and can be applied to finding thecanonicai correlation variables of two random vectors. We present an algorithm to decompose a polynomial system into a finite set of normal ascending sets such that the set of the zeros of the polynomial system is the union of the sets of the regular zeros of the normal ascending sets.If the polynomial system is zero dimensional,the set of the zeros of the polynomials is the union of the sets of the zeros of the normal ascending sets.  相似文献

Hypersubstitutions are mappings which map operation symbols to terms of the corresponding arities. They were introduced as a way of making precise the concept of a hyperidentity and generalizations to M-hyperidentities. A variety in which every identity is satisfied as a hyperidentity is called solid. If every identity is an M-hyperidentity for a subset M of the set of all hypersubstitutions, the variety is called M-solid. There is a Galois connection between monoids of hypersubstitutions and sublattices of the lattice of all varieties of algebras of a given type. Therefore, it is interesting and useful to know how semigroup or monoid properties of monoids of hypersubstitutions transfer under this Galois connection to properties of the corresponding lattices of M-solid varieties. In this paper, we study the order of each hypersubstitution of type (2, 2), i.e., the order of the cyclic subsemigroup generated by that hypersubstitution of the monoid of all hypersubstitutions of type (2, 2). The main result is that the order is 1, 2, 3, 4 or infinite.  相似文献

Using the methods of dynamical systems for the (n + 1)-dimensional multiple sine-Gordon equation, the existences of uncountably infinite many periodic wave solutions and breaking bounded wave solutions are obtained. For the double sine-Gordon equation, the exact explicit parametric representations of the bounded traveling solutions are given. To guarantee the existence of the above solutions, all parameter conditions are determined. By the variable transformation and generalized Hirota method, exact homoclinic and heteroclinic solutions for Davey-Stewartson II (DSII) equation are obtained. For perturbed DSII equation, the existence of a global attractor is proved. The persistence of homoclinic and heteroclinic flows is investigated, and the special homoclinic and heteroclinic structure in attractors is shown.  相似文献

This paper considers the problems of determining center or focus and isochronous centers for the planar quasi-analytic systems. Two recursive formulas to determine the focal values and period constants are given. The convergence of first integral near the center is proved. Using the general results to quasi-quadratic systems, the problem of the isochronous center of the origin is completely solved. Using variational analysis, we study vector optimization problems with objectives being closed multifunctions on Banach spaces or in Asplund spaces. In particular, in terms of the coderivatives, we present Fermat’s rules as necessary conditions for an optimal solution of the above problems. We study efficient point sets in terms of extreme points, positive support points and strongly positive exposed points. In the case when the ordering cone has a bounded base, we prove that the efficient point set of a weakly compact convex set is contained in the closed convex hull of its strongly positive exposed points, thereby extending the Phelps theorem.
