1 问题的提出科学地评价数学课堂教学质量 ,是评估教学水平、总结教学经验、促进教学改革、提高教学质量的必要措施 然而 ,数学课堂教学质量是由多种因素构成的质量系统 ,且每一因素给予评课人的感受在许多情况下是一种缺乏明确边界的信息 .那么 ,怎样评价数学课堂教学质量 ?我们认为 ,对数学课堂教学质量进行评价 ,不仅要掌握简明扼要的评价指标体系和评课人客观地摄取隶属于各评价指标的质量信息 ,而且迫切需要借助于合理的数学方法将这些信息进行加工并表达出来 ,从而在总体权衡中作出综合评判 ,才有可能得出较为科学的结论 .2 方法与…  相似文献

为了有效监控和提高课堂教学质量,国内外很多高等院校普遍采用学生评价与督导专家评价相结合的教学评价体系.为克服教学评价的主观性,针对多名学生和多名专家同时对某一名教师的课堂教学进行打分时两组评价数据的一致性问题,提出了一致性非参数分析模型,并基于一致性分析结果给出了课堂教学非参数综合评价方法,最后通过仿真示例,验证了方法的适用性和有效性.  相似文献

针对传统课堂教学质量评价模型的不足,提出了基于变精度粗糙集的高校课堂教学质量评价模型.在构建课堂教学质量评价指标体系的基础上,建立课堂教学质量评价决策信息表,采用基于属性重要度的启发式算法来求解β近似约简,从而获取课堂教学质量的相关评价规则.算例表明,模型能够在一定程度上克服现有方法的不足,为当前课堂教学评价提供了一种新的途径.  相似文献

Teaching and research are widely regarded as the two key activities of academics. We propose a tailored version of the popular Data Envelopment Analysis methodology to evaluate the overall performance of university faculty. The methodology enables accounting for the potential presence of economies of scope between the teaching and research activities. It is illustrated with a dataset of professors working at a Business and Administration department of a university college. The estimation results reveal that overall the performance scores of faculty decrease if we allow for spillovers from research to teaching and vice-versa.  相似文献

This article forms part of an ongoing study of student teachers of secondary mathematics. The aspect reported on in this article is an analysis of the effects of the influences brought to bear upon four individual student teachers of secondary mathematics as they progress through a one-year postgraduate course of teacher training (PGCE) based at a British University. The students have differing initial beliefs about teaching, learning and mathematics. As anticipated in the literature, the student's initial beliefs survive virtually intact throughout the year. However, the study suggests that the link between initial beliefs and teaching approach is not deterministic. The study suggests ways of encouraging student teachers to employ a range of pupil activities in their teaching.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to offer teaching ideas in the treatment of the definite integral concept and the Riemann sums in a technology-supported environment. Specifically, the article offers teaching ideas and activities for classroom for the numerical methods of approximating a definite integral via left- and right-hand Riemann sums, along with midpoint and trapezoidal Riemann sums. The activities demonstrate innovative and creative ways of integrating technology, in particular, GeoGebra dynamic software, into the pedagogy of college-level integral calculus. It also provides, among other things, interesting and original teaching ideas incorporating technology, and an evaluation of these activities by the students themselves who experienced these activities with the GeoGebra dynamic software.  相似文献

According to previous studies, inquiry-based mathematics teaching enhances learning. However, teachers need support in implementing this type of teaching. In this study, a high school teacher was given a short preplanned inquiry-based mathematics teaching unit that included activities with GeoGebra. The teacher was interviewed after every lesson to explore her reflections after teaching. I analyzed how the teacher described the differences between her regular teaching style and the teaching unit and the pros and cons of the teaching unit. The teacher reflected on the roles of the teacher and students, depth of students’ knowledge, her stance toward the teaching unit, constraints for using this type of teaching approach, and challenges in guiding the students. The results give insights to what kind of reflections on technology-enriched inquiry-based mathematics teaching it is possible to initiate with short preplanned teaching units.  相似文献

In each of three consecutive years, 16 teachers were admitted to a program in which they participated in a study group to reform their teaching practices in mathematics. The 48 (total) elementary school teachers in this program were selected to ensure diversity of setting— urban and suburban, as well as public and parochial. Teachers routinely met with the study group for 1 year, engaging in follow‐up activities after that year. Surveys, interviews, and site visits showed that teachers underwent significant changes in their knowledge, beliefs, and teaching practices and were attempting to implement reform consistent with current standards. Teachers with 11 to 25 years of experience demonstrated the greatest changes. Long‐term effects of the program and its impact on colleagues within the building and district have yet to be studied.  相似文献

多媒体技术进入大学课堂推动了教学的改革,也引发了人们的进一步思考:传统粉笔字教学和多媒体教学从哪些方面影响着教学过程和教学质量?本文通过抽样调查,获取有关数据资料,运用因子分析方法对调查数据进行分析,寻找影响教学的因子,然后利用方差分析检验各因素的显著性,最后利用Logistic回归分析方法建立教学方式选择模型,进一步分析影响教学的各因素,为教学方式的选择提供了理论依据。  相似文献
