Let M be aσ-finite von Neumann algebra and let AM be a maximal subdiagonal algebra with respect to a faithful normal conditional expectationΦ.Based on the Haagerup’s noncommutative Lpspace Lp(M)associated with M,we consider Toeplitz operators and the Hilbert transform associated with A.We prove that the commutant of left analytic Toeplitz algebra on noncommutative Hardy space H2(M)is just the right analytic Toeplitz algebra.Furthermore,the Hilbert transform on noncommutative Lp(M)is shown to be bounded for 1p∞.As an application,we consider a noncommutative analog of the space BMO and identify the dual space of noncommutative H1(M)as a concrete space of operators.  相似文献

Let H be a Hilbert space with dim H≥2 and Z∈B(H) be an arbitrary but fixed operator.In this paper we show that an additive map Φ:B(H)→B(H) satisfies Φ(AB)=Φ(A)B=AΦ(B)for any A,B∈B(H) with AB=Z if and only if Φ(AB)=Φ(A)B=AΦ(B),A,B ∈B(H),that is,Φ is a centralizer.Similar results are obtained for Hilbert space nest algebras.In addition,we show that Φ(A~2)=AΦ(A)=Φ(A)A for any A∈B(H) with A~2=0 if and only if Φ(A)=AΦ(I)=Φ(I)A,A∈B(H),and generalize main results in Linear Algebra and its Application,450,243–249(2014) to infinite dimensional case.New equivalent characterization of centralizers on B(H) is obtained.  相似文献

Let E, F be two Banach spaces, and B(E, F), Φ(E, F), SΦ(E, F) and R(E,F) be the bounded linear, Fredholm, semi-Frdholm and finite rank operators from E into F, respectively. In this paper, using the continuity characteristics of generalized inverses of operators under small perturbations, we prove the following result Let ∑ be any one of the following sets {T ∈ Φ(E, F) IndexT =const, and dim N(T) = const.}, {T ∈ SΦ(E, F) either dim N(T) = const. < ∞ or codim R(T) = const.< ∞} and {T ∈ R(E, F) RankT =const.<∞}. Then ∑ is a smooth submanifold of B(E, F) with the tangent space TA∑ = {B ∈ B(E,F) BN(A) (∪) R(A)} for any A ∈ ∑. The result is available for the further application to Thom's famous results on the transversility and the study of the infinite dimensional geometry.  相似文献

Let H be a finite dimensional cocommutative Hopf algebra and A an H-module algebra, ln this paper, we characterize the projectivity (injectivity) of M as a left A#σ H-module when it is projective (injective) as a left A-module. The sufficient and necessary condition for A#σ H, the crossed product, to have finite global homological dimension is given, in terms of the global homological dimension of A and the surjectivity of trace maps, provided that H is cocommutative and A is commutative.  相似文献

Let H be a Hilbert space and A ■ B(H) be a C~*-subalgebra. This paper is devoted to studying the set gP of generalized projections in A from a differential geometric point of view, and mainly focuses on geodesic curves. We prove that the space gP is a C~∞ Banach submanifold of A, and a homogeneous reductive space under the action of Banach Lie group U_A of A. Moreover, we compute the geodesics of gP in a standard fashion, and prove that any generalized projection in a prescribed neighbourhood of p∈gP can be joined with p by a unique geodesic curve in gP.  相似文献

Let Z be a topological space and mapping A2 :Z→B(H) with closed range R(A2 ) be continuous . Some necessary and sufficient conditions of the continuity of M-P inverses A z+ are given in [1], [2]. It is one of them that AZ+ is continuous if ana only if AZ+ is locallybounded. In this paper, we discuss the following problem: if limA n = A0 in B(H) and ||An+||is unbounded (i.e. the above necessary and sufficient condition fails), what h in H will make the equations: limAm+ h = A0+ h or w-limAn+ h= A 0+ h be true. This paper studies the symmetry, with respect to the real axis, of the point spectrum of the upper triangular infinite dimensional Hamiltonian operator H. Note that the point spectrum of H can be described as σp(H) = σp(A) ∪σp1(-A*). Using the characteristic of the set σp1(-A*), we divide the point spectrum σp(A) of A into three disjoint parts. Then, a necessary and sufficient condition is obtained under which σp1(-A*) and one part of σp(A) are symmetric with respect to the real axis each other. Based on this result, the symmetry of σp(H) is completely given. Moreover, the above result is applied to thin plates on elastic foundation, plane elasticity problems and harmonic equations.  相似文献

The restrictively preconditioned conjugate gradient (RPCG) method is further developed to solve large sparse system of linear equations of a block two-by-two structure. The basic idea of this new approach is that we apply the RPCG method to the normal-residual equation of the block two-by-two linear system and construct each required approximate matrix by making use of the incomplete orthogonal factorization of the involved matrix blocks. Numerical experiments show that the new method, called the restrictively preconditioned conjugate gradient on normal residual (RPCGNR), is more robust and effective than either the known RPCG method or the standard conjugate gradient on normal residual (CGNR) method when being used for solving the large sparse saddle point problems.  相似文献

In this paper we prove local well-posedness in critical Besov spaces for the full compressible MHD equations in R^N, N≥ 2, under the assumptions that the initialdensity is bounded away from zero. Let φ be a holomorphic self-map of Bn and ψ ∈ H(Hn). A composition type operator is defined by Tψ,φ(f) = ψf o φ for f ∈ H(Bn), which is a generalization of the multiplication operator and the composition operator. In this article, the necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the composition type operator Tψ,φ to be bounded or compact from Hardy space HP(Bn) to μ-Bloch space Bμ(Bn). The conditions are some supremums concerned with ψ,φ, their derivatives and Bergman metric of Bn. At the same time, two corollaries are obtained.  相似文献

We consider steady compressible Navier-Stokes-Fourier system in a bounded two-dimensional domain with the pressure law p(e,θ) - qθ+eln^α(1+e). For the heat flux q ~ -(1+θ^m) △θwe show the existence of a weak solution provided α〉max{1,1/m}, m 〉0. This improves the recent result from [1].  相似文献

In this paper, we prove some fixed point theorems for generalized contractions in the setting of G-metric spaces. Our results extend a result of Edelstein [M. Edelstein, On fixed and periodic points under contractive mappings, J. London Math. Soc., 37 (1962), 74-79] and a result of Suzuki [T. Suzuki, A new type of fixed point theorem in metric spaces, Nonlinear Anal., 71 (2009), 5313-5317]. We prove, also, a fixed point theorem in the setting of G-cone metric spaces.  相似文献

Let(X, d, μ) be a metric measure space endowed with a metric d and a nonnegative Borel doubling measure μ. Let L be a second order non-negative self-adjoint operator on L2(X). Assume that the semigroup e-tLgenerated by L satisfies the Davies-Gaffney estimates. Also, assume that L satisfies Plancherel type estimate. In this article, the author introduces a class of non-convolution Calder′on-Zygmund operators whose kernels are certain sums involving the products of Meyer wavelets and their convolutions. The boundedness on Besov spaces ■p0 ,q(1 ≤p,q ≤∞) is also obtained. Moreover, as an application, the author gives a brief proof of the known result that Hrmander condition can ensure the boundedness of convolution-type Calder′on-Zygmund operators on Besov spaces ■p0 ,q(1 ≤p,q ≤∞).
