We obtain the analytic expression for the total cross section of the reaction e e +l l + (l=,) taking possible quasianapole interaction effects into account. We find numerical restrictions on the interaction parameter value from data for the reaction e e ++ in the energy domain below the Z 0 peak.  相似文献

Summary Let denote the class of infinite product probability measures = 1× 2× defined on an infinite product of replications of a given measurable space (X, A), and let denote the subset of for which (A) =0 or 1 for each permutation invariant event A. Previous works by Hewitt and Savage, Horn and Schach, Blum and Pathak, and Sendler (referenced in the paper) discuss very restrictive sufficient conditions under which a given member , of belongs to . In the present paper, the class is shown to possess several closure properties. E.g., if and 0 n for some n 1, then 0× 1× 2×.... While the current results do not permit a complete characterization of they demonstrate conclusively that is a much larger subset of than previous results indicated. A poset P is -conditionally complete ( a cardinal) if every set X P all of whose subsets of cardinality < have an upper bound has a least upper bound. For we characterize the subposets of a -complete poset which can occur as the set of fixed points of some montonic function on P. This yields a generalization of Tarski's fixed point theorem. We define a new measure =2·m and we consider the family Ext associated with the measure . We prove that if is associated with a diffusion process, Ext is not empty and its maximum element is also associated with a diffusion process. In the present note we will investigate the problem of the one-sided approximation of functions by n-dimensional subspaces. This paper deals with linear systems of difference equations whose coefficients admit generalized factorial series representations atz=. We are concerned with the behavior of solutions near the pointz= (the only fixed singularity for difference equations). It is important to know whether a system of linear difference equations has a regular singularity or an irregular singularity. To a given system () we can assign a number , called the Moser's invariant of (), so that the system is regular singular if and only if 1. We shall develop an algorithm, implementable in a computer algebra system, which reduces in a finite number of steps the system of difference equations to an irreducible form. The problem of the effect of a uniformly moving local load distributed over circular regions on a slightly curved, isotropic shell of positive Gaussian curvature is solved, where the density of the load distribution is given in the form of a power function with an integer exponent . Two cases are considered: = 0, corresponding to a load distributed uniformly over a circular area, and = –1. The solutions are analyzed as functions of the radius of the circular region over which the load is distributed, the geometry of the shell, and the velocity of motion of the load.  相似文献

There are two known lower bounds for (P, Q) in an EpG, called 1 and 2, see for example [3]. In [4], =1 was studied for the case of triangular EGQs and, in [3], =2 was considered for EpGs in general. Here we extend this to the case =1 for EpGs in general, including non-triangular EGQs, and we give a number of characterizations. For instance a triangular EpG with =1 locally is an EGQ, an extended dual net or a semibiplane; if t>2–1, then an EpG(s, t) with =1 locally is an EGQ. In the present paper we are concerned with convergence in -density and -statistical convergence of sequences of functions defined on a subset D of real numbers, where is a finitely additive measure. In this paper, the generalized Schrödinger equation (–)u=0 on the punctured unit disk of 2 is investigated. Colin de Vedière introduced an interesting linear algebraic invariant (G) of graphs. He proved that (G)2 if and only ifG is outerplanar, and (G)3 if and only ifG is planar. We prove that if the complement of a graphG onn nodes is outerplanar, then (G)n–4, and if it is planar, then (G)n–5. We give a full characterization of maximal planar graphs whose complementsG have (G)=n–5. In the opposite direction we show that ifG does not have twin nodes, then (G)n–3 implies that the complement ofG is outerplanar, and (G)n–4 implies that the complement ofG is planar.Our main tools are a geometric formulation of the invariant, and constructing representations of graphs by spheres, related to the classical result of Koebe about representing planar graphs by touching disks. In particular we show that such sphere representations characterize outerplanar and planar graphs.  相似文献
