协同发展是区域经济得以顺利、快速发展的客观要求和前提条件;是可持续发展基础性、前提性因素和实现手段.系统协同发展不是即生的,它是通过对原有系统不断的诊断、调整、评价,周而复始逐步实现的.对系统协同发展程度的评价是系统实现协同发展的前提、指导和路径.借助于DEA的方法,从系统协同发展的内容上,给出“协同”和“发展”的评价方法;从系统的结构上,给出系统内和系统间的“协同”和“发展”评价方法.  相似文献

现有的竞优评析研究主要以线性加权、数据包络分析等线性模型为基础,缺少普适于非线性效用函数的竞优评析研究,限制了竞优评析理论的适用范围与发展空间。本文以TOPSIS效用函数为例,采用PSO优化算法解决非线性个体优势特征识别问题,实现竞优评析理论的拓展。最后,以人力资源管理中的人员业绩评价问题为例给出具体算例,对比验证了所提拓展方法的正确性与有效性;同时,结合计算结果所具有的“极端价值主张”现象,从评价方法的“后效”引导作用的角度,提出了评价方法的“引导功效”概念及其评判标准,供选择评价方法时参考。  相似文献

随着我国经济社会的发展,为了适应发展上的新要求区域协同发展成为主要趋势.交·通协同发展是区域协同发展中的先行者,机场群的建设对于区域交通协同有着重要意义.提出了机场群协同发展评价的模型,首先利用相关系数法对机场群内的机场进行模糊聚类,选择合适分类数;然后将每一个分类作为一个系统,加入对系统影响程度大的评价指标构成系统指标序列;最后基于灰色关联分析模型计算综合关联度与系统间的协同度.还以京津冀地区为例进行实例分析,评价目前机场群协同发展是否能有效疏解北京非首都职能.  相似文献

考虑汽车行业供应链协同绩效包含协同过程绩效、协同结果绩效和协同支持绩效,并结合客户服务和系统适应性,选择了30个汽车行业供应链协同评价指标,建立协同绩效评价指标体系.然后,选取以国内某汽车制造厂为核心企业的汽车行业供应链为例,运用模糊综合分析法对其供应链进行协同评价,实现了对该指标体系的量化,并对评价结果进行分析.结果表明,企业在过程、结果和支持等方面协同运作,可以提高供应链整体的协同绩效,从而进一步验证了评价指标体系的可行性和模糊综合评价方法的可操作性.  相似文献

针对协同过滤推荐系统具有数据的高稀疏,高维度,数据量大的特点,本文将灰色关联聚类与协同过虑推荐算法相结合,构建了灰色关联聚类的协同过滤推荐算法,将其应用到协同过滤推荐系统中,以解决数据具有高稀疏高维度的特性情况下的个性化推荐质量问题。首先,定义了推荐系统中的用户项目评分矩阵,用户灰色绝对关联度,用户灰色相似度,用户灰色关联聚类。然后,给出了灰色关联聚类的协同过滤推荐算法的计算方法和步骤,同时给出了评价推荐质量方法。最后,将本文算法与基于余弦,相关分析及修正的余弦等协同过滤推荐算法在大小不同的数据集下进行了实验,实验表明灰色关联聚类的协同过滤推荐算法相较于传统的协同过滤推荐方法具有推荐质量高,计算量小,对数据大小要求不高等优点,同时在推荐系统的冷启动,稳定性和计算效率方面也具有一定的优势。  相似文献

针对考虑协同信息的人员与岗位双边匹配问题,提出一种决策分析方法。首先,给出了考虑协同信息的人员与岗位双边匹配问题描述;其次,依据人员和岗位给出的多指标评价信息,计算了人员对岗位的满意度、岗位对人员的个体技能满意度及人员之间的工作协同度;在此基础上,建立了以人员对岗位满意度最大、岗位对人员个体技能满意度最大和人员之间协同度最大为目标的多目标优化模型,该模型是一个具有多目标的0-1型二次整数规划问题,也是一个NP-hard问题,为了求解该多目标优化模型,设计了一个多目标离散差分进化算法;最后,通过一个实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

度量协同度是协同学研究的核心和难点。通过分析现有协同度模型及其使用条件,发现基于协调发展思想的协同度模型在实际应用时有严格的限制条件,极大限制了其适用范围。基于协同效应思想,验证了Kolmogorov熵与系统协同度的关系,并构建了基于k熵的复杂系统协同度模型及量化方法。该方法考虑了序参量在系统某一时刻的发展趋势,能够在更大程度上反映系统的有序程度,弥补了现有研究的不足。最后,以中国2004~2015年各省份的科技金融系统为评价对象,对新的协同度模型与评价方法的应用范围进行了实证研究。分析发现,本模型不仅能够有效找到子系统的序参量,而且可以方便的计算系统协同度并以此描述系统发展对重大事件的反映。  相似文献

企业根据自身特点选择技术合作伙伴,筛选技术来源,通过开展广泛的产学研合作实现多渠道技术获取是企业技术创新活动的重要组成部分,也是企业实现技术创新能力提升和经济效益增长的重要方式。不同技术获取模式对企业创新绩效的影响效果和作用机理差异性受到了诸多学者的重视,但企业技术获取系统是一个复合系统,很少有研究系统地分析企业技术获取系统的协同机理及其与创新绩效的互动关系。文章构建了企业技术获取系统协同发展模型,对我国企业技术获取的协同发展情况进行了实证分析,并进一步讨论了企业不同技术获取协同与不同创新绩效间的因果关系。研究表明:整体上我国企业技术获取系统处于协同演进状态,但国外技术获取子系统在发展过程中存在徘徊与波动;企业在技术获取和技术的消化吸收过程中形成了技术获取协同带动技术累计绩效和经济绩效刺激技术获取系统协同演进这两个简单的价值循联接;我国企业目前仍欠缺通过持续的技术学习实现技术累计绩效的商业化和市场化,使企业经济绩效归因于其内外部技术的研发、吸收和二次创新的能力。  相似文献

京津冀、长三角和珠三角城市群是中国经济高度发达、最具发展潜力的区域,在低碳发展方面起到引领作用.从经济、资源、环境和绩效的角度构建区域低碳协同发展评价指标体系,采用结合逼近理想解的TOPSIS方法、灰色关联理论和距离协同模型,利用2005~2014年三大城市群50个城市数据实证分析了三大城市群的低碳协同发展程度.结果表明,三大城市群低碳协同发展度整体上呈现上升趋势,其低碳协同程度从高到底依次为长三角、珠三角和京津冀城市群.  相似文献

This paper presents the development of a dispatching system for a fleet of automated guided vehicles in a flexible manufacturing environment which is based on a hybrid Fuzzy–Taguchi approach. A fuzzy decision-making system emulates the human behavior necessary for multi-objective directed decision making in a dynamically evolving environment. A statistical approach based on the Taguchi method tunes the fuzzy rules to achieve near optimal performance. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of this marriage of computational tools in dealing with the well-known NP-complete scheduling problem.  相似文献

The main results available on the use of black-and-white Petri nets for modelling, planning and scheduling manufacturing systems are presented. In the first part of the paper, the basics of Petri nets necessary to understand the subsequent presentation are introduced. Particular attention is paid to event graphs, a particular type of Petri nets used for modelling and evaluating ratio-driven systems. The second part of the paper is devoted to ratio-driven systems, their modelling and their scheduling. Job-shops, assembly systems, and KANBAN systems are used to illustrate this section. Finally, the general case is investigated of manufacturing systems subject to changing demands. An approach based on conflict-free Petri nets with input and output transitions is proposed for planning and scheduling this type of system.  相似文献

As the rapid development of economy and society in the world, the situation of ecological security has become more and more severe. The problem on ecological security is concerned with whether the continuous development of economy and society can realize or not, as well as the regional stability and international safety, so ecological security has become the primary measurement of the continuous development. Meanwhile there are a lot of research on ecological security of hometown and abroad, and the research range is becoming wider and in depth. With this background, this paper analyses the meaning of mineral-resource ecological security, sets up ecological security index system of mineral-resource enterprises based on the pressure-state-response (P-S-R) model, then determined the weights of the indices by analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and presents a method to evaluating it. After empirical analysis, the paper pointed out that evaluating the ecological environment security of mineral- resource enterprise is not only necessary but also the base of building ecological security alarming mechanism.  相似文献

The emerging need for societal transitions raises the need for a better understanding of the dynamic nature of large scale societal systems, and therefore the development of an analytical approach for drawing dynamic conclusions based on system’s dynamic mechanisms, feedback relationships and interacting components. The objective of this study is to explore the degree to which System Dynamics as an approach enhances the process of understanding transition dynamics in socio-technical systems. In other words, it is aimed to reveal the type of insights that can be developed about such systems and their dynamic behaviour using the approach, as well as the shortcomings of the approach in this challenging task. In order to do so, a modeling study aiming to understand the underlying mechanisms of the waste management transition in the Netherlands is conducted. The quantitative model developed is based on the historical case of the waste management transition of the Netherlands, and it portrays issues as the dynamics of actors’ preferences, development of infrastructure and environmental consequences of dominant mode of functioning and provides an instance for demonstrating and evaluating the feedback-focused perspective discussed in this paper. Finally, the paper discusses a set of points regarding the utilized approach, System Dynamics, observed during this study both in general and in the specific context of transitions. In short, System Dynamics stands as a promising approach mainly due to its strength in explaining the source of complex dynamics based on interacting feedback loops, but it also has certain drawbacks in the context of transitions.

In this paper, we present a control strategy design technique for an autonomous underwater vehicle based on solutions to the motion planning problem derived from differential geometric methods. The motion planning problem is motivated by the practical application of surveying the hull of a ship for implications of harbor and port security. In recent years, engineers and researchers have been collaborating on automating ship hull inspections by employing autonomous vehicles. Despite the progresses made, human intervention is still necessary at this stage. To increase the functionality of these autonomous systems, we focus on developing model-based control strategies for the survey missions around challenging regions, such as the bulbous bow region of a ship. Recent advances in differential geometry have given rise to the field of geometric control theory. This has proven to be an effective framework for control strategy design for mechanical systems, and has recently been extended to applications for underwater vehicles. Advantages of geometric control theory include the exploitation of symmetries and nonlinearities inherent to the system.  相似文献

Manufacturing companies are increasingly dependent on outsourcing to improve their competitive position. At the same time, the approach to supplier selection has dramatically changed from being price-driven to one based on overall capability of the supplier, very much in evidence in the automobile castings sector facing the challenge of mass customization. In this study, 18 criteria have been identified for casting supplier assessment and segregated in four groups—product development capability, manufacturing capability, quality capability, and cost and delivery. A systematic approach to evaluating casting quality suppliers has been developed using the analytical hierarchy process, which enables the combination of tangible and intangible criteria and checking the consistency of decision-making.
