本首先通过解析推导给出了一个考虑一个供应商和多个不同的订货商,并且允许订货商缺货的易腐商品供应商管理库存VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory)模型;其次通过mathematica4.2软件计算。给出了算例及其最优解,并通过灵敏度分析讨论了单位缺货成本和变质率对库存决策的影响;最后给出了总结,说明了研究的意义。  相似文献

以一个供应商和一个零售商的两阶段供应链为背景,利用报童模型给出了供应商管理库存(VMI)的供应链模型,在需求服从均匀分布的条件下得出解析解,并与传统的零售商管理库存(RMI)系统作了比较,分析了这两种情况下批发价和订货量的变化.数值结果表明VMI导致了批发价的缩减,但提高了订货量,VMI减轻了双重边际效应,系统利润多于传统的RMI系统.  相似文献

供需关系贯穿供应链的整个过程。因此,供需双方订货批量研究是供应链管理的一个最重要也最基本的内容之一。本以订单方式为背景,讨论了供应链环境下一个供应商和一个订货商在非合作情况下的订货模型,并在此基础上引进了一个价格折扣策略,该策略同时考虑了增量折扣和减量折扣两个情况,并给出了供需双方订货的Stackelberg博弈模型和考虑完全合作的Pareto优化模型。最后以算例加以说明。  相似文献

供应商管理用户库存(VMI)作为一种有效的补货机制,能对购买渠道的需求信息做出积极正确的反应.现在对VMI的研究往往集中于单个零售商和单个供应商组成的系统,不考虑VMI系统受市场上其他零售商或供应商的影响.假设市场上多个零售商出售相互之间可替代的产品,某个零售商与其供应商之间应用VMI系统.我们的研究主要有两方面:1)VMI系统是否有助于零售商和供应商组成的供应链在差异产品市场上获得更大的收益;2)供应商和零售商如何决策是否应用VMI系统。  相似文献

考虑提前期内需求为模糊随机变量且提前期为可缩短情形下,建立由购买商和供应商所组成的简单供应链连续库存补货策略优化模型,其中订单量、再订货点和提前期为决策变量.首先推导出模糊随机需求条件下购买商和供应链的成本函数,然后,进一步考虑总需求为三角模糊数,推导出供应商、购买商和供应链的模糊成本函数.在此基础上分别从购买商成本最小和供应链成本最小角度对模型进行求解,结合具体算例对模型进行应用分析和比较分析,结果表明模型具有有效性和实用性,并得出如下结论:从购买商本身角度考虑订购策略所产生的供应链成本总是大于从供应链整体角度考虑订货策略所产生的供应链成本,同时从购买商本身角度考虑订货策略所产生的最优订购量、购买商成本低于从供应链整体角度考虑订货策略所产生的最优订购量、购买商成本.  相似文献

本文针对一个供应商和零售商组成的供应链系统,主要研究零售商如何设计提前订货折扣来吸引顾客提前订货;而供应商如何根据市场需求的不确定性,设计零售商提前订货资金的付款时间等问题。在供应商-Stackelberg框架下,以期望利润为目标,建立了相应的决策模型。通过对模型的分析求解,给出了不同市场环境下供应商要求零售商支付提前订货资金的策略。最后,用算例验证了模型和理论分析的可行性。  相似文献

考虑一个典型的单一产品的二级供应链系统:单供应商对单销售商,假定系统中销售商的需求分布为复合二项分布,未满足的需求机会损失;补货间隔时间为一随机变量.本文采用概率方法对销售商的需求分布、期望缺货、期望库存周期及库存的稳定性分布进行研究的基础上,构建了使单位时间内销售商的期望库存成本费用最小的库存模型,由此模型便可确定VMI模式下供应商对销售商的库存补货参数s和S,并且给出了在补货响应时间为泊松分布的情况下模型的求解算法,还给出了及时补货响应情况下的5个算例.为补货策略的实施提供了一种简单易于控制的思路和方法.  相似文献

The purpose of this research is to solve the mixed integer constrained optimization problem with interval coefficient by a real-coded genetic algorithm (RCGA) with ranking selection, whole arithmetical crossover and non-uniform mutation for non-integer decision variables. In the ranking selection, as well as in finding the best solution in each generation of RCGA, recently developed modified definitions of order relations between interval numbers with respect to decision-making are used. Also, for integer decision variables, new types of crossover and mutation are introduced. This methodology is applied to solve a finite time horizon inventory model with constant lead-time, uniform demand rate and a discount by paying an amount of money in advance. Moreover, different inventory costs are considered to be interval valued. According to the consumption of items during lead-time and reorder level, two cases may arise. For each case, the mathematical model becomes a constrained nonlinear mixed integer problem with interval objective. Our objective is to determine the optimal number of cycles in the finite time horizon, lot-size in each cycle and optimal profit. The model is illustrated with some numerical examples and sensitivity analysis has been done graphically with the variation of different inventory parameters.  相似文献

Commercial cheating, that is, counterfeit products and lower quality products sold as genuine products, exists extensively in many countries of the world, especially in the developing countries. In this paper, we investigate the phenomena of commercial cheating, study the optimal cheating actions of inventory managers under a monitoring and limiting regime from the industrial administration office (IAO for short) and demonstrate the efficiency of monitoring and limiting such cheating activities. A newsvendor model has been considered for the inventory manager to order different quality products with different set-up costs. The model, a kind of extension of the general newsvendor problem, is viewed as a shocked inventory model. We analyse some properties of the optimal cheating policies from the point of view of an inventory manager, and investigate the effectiveness of both the punishment level and the checking rate.  相似文献

Different stock keeping units (SKUs) are associated with different underlying demand structures, which in turn require different methods for forecasting and stock control. Consequently, there is a need to categorize SKUs and apply the most appropriate methods in each category. The way this task is performed has significant implications in terms of stock and customer satisfaction. Therefore, categorization rules constitute a vital element of intelligent inventory management systems. Very little work has been conducted in this area and, from the limited research to date, it is not clear how managers should classify demand patterns for forecasting and inventory management. A previous research project was concerned with the development of a theoretically coherent demand categorization scheme for forecasting only. In this paper, the stock control implications of such an approach are assessed by experimentation on an inventory system developed by a UK-based software manufacturer. The experimental database consists of the individual demand histories of almost 16?000 SKUs. The empirical results from this study demonstrate considerable scope for improving real-world systems.  相似文献

In this research, we consider a retailer selling products from two different generations, both with limited inventory over a predetermined selling horizon. Due to the spatial constraints or the popularity of a given product, the retailer may only display goods from one specific generation. If the transaction of the displayed item cannot be completed, the retailer may provide an alternative from another generation. We analyze two models - posted-pricing-first model and negotiation-first model. The former considers negotiation as being allowed on the price of the second product only and in the latter, only the price of the first product is negotiable. Our results show that the retailer can adopt both models effectively depending on the relative inventory levels of the products. In addition, the retailer is better off compared to the take-it-or-leave-it pricing when the inventory level of the negotiable product is high.  相似文献

为探寻存在搜寻成本情况下消费者购买可替代产品时的定价与库存问题,从消费者效用出发,对厂商收益构建了基于马尔可夫决策过程的优化模型。在消费者方面,分析了其购买与继续搜寻的条件,并分别在搜寻成本不变和搜寻成本边际递减的情况下研究了消费者保留效用的变化情况以及购买相应产品的概率。此外,与很多相关文献不同的是,由于搜寻成本的存在,该情形下的消费者并不一定会在完成购买之前搜寻完所有的产品。在厂商方面,根据实际情况构建不同搜寻顺序下的收益模型并求解出最优定价策略与库存策略,并将定价模型与库存策略扩展到了动态的环境,为厂商制定价格及库存方案提供相应的决策支持。  相似文献

选址库存问题(location inventory problem, LIP)是物流系统集成的经典问题之一,也是企业需要面对的管理决策难题。本文考虑在电子商务环境下无质量缺陷的退货商品可简单再包装后重新进入销售市场这一现实情况,对设施选址和库存控制进行集成优化,构建随机需求下有退货的LIP模型。针对此问题求解的复杂性,设计了改进的自适应混合差分进化算法对模型进行整体求解。最后,通过多组算例验证了模型和算法的实用性和优越性,可为设施选址、库存控制和商品配送回收决策提供重要参考依据。  相似文献

Inventory costs for a fixed time period have traditionally been determined by allocating total costs per cycle uniformly throughout that cycle as well as any partial cycles. This procedure for cost allocation has led to the solution of numerous inventory problems, most notable of which is the anticipated price-increase model. When comparing two out-of-phase inventory models, if costs are accounted for when they occur over a fixed planning horizon, inventory policies should be changed to reflect the impact of this different cost-allocation procedure. For the anticipated price-increase model, the ‘optimal’ order quantity as well as the implied savings in inventory costs will be different when cost models are developed based on these different cost-allocation methods. If the objective is to maximize over a fixed planning horizon the actual savings in inventory costs as they occur, the cost models presented here should be used.  相似文献

In the real world markets, demand is influenced by different parameters. Recently, many researchers have been interested in integrated production and marketing planning strategies in inventory models where demand depends on different parameters such as price and/or marketing expenditure. The quality of services that are offered to customers of a product is one of the most important parameters that affects demand in the real markets and has not been considered in development of inventory models. On the other hand, the cost parameters in real inventory systems and other parameters such as price, marketing and service elasticity to demand are imprecise and uncertain in nature. So, the notion of fuzziness can be applied to cope with this uncertainty. In this paper, a new fuzzy profit maximization inventory model with shortages is proposed. The demand is considered as a power function of price, marketing expenditure and service expenditure. Furthermore, unit cost is determined as a power function of order quantity. Since the proposed model is in a fuzzy environment, a fuzzy decision should be made to meet the decision criteria, and the results should be fuzzy. Therefore, the proposed model is formulated and solved using geometric programming and fuzzy optimization techniques to derive an approximation of the results’ membership functions. The model is illustrated with a numerical example and finally a case study is provided for evaluation and validation of the results of model.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to evaluate the value of integrating tactical warehouse and inventory decisions. Therefore, a global warehouse and inventory model is presented and solved. In order to solve this mathematical model, two solution methodologies are developed which offer different level of integration of warehouse and inventory decisions. Computational tests are performed on a real world database using multiple scenarios differing by the warehouse capacity limits and the warehouse and inventory costs. Our observation is that the total cost of the inventory and warehouse systems can be reduced drastically by taking into account the warehouse capacity restrictions in the inventory planning decisions, in an aggregate way. Moreover additional inventory and warehouse savings can be achieved by using more sophisticated integration methods for inventory and warehouse decisions.  相似文献

The irregular demand and communication network disruption that are characteristics of situations demanding humanitarian logistics, particularly after large-scale earthquakes, present a unique challenge for relief inventory modelling. However, there are few quantitative inventory models in humanitarian logistics, and assumptions inherent in commercial logistics naturally have little applicability to humanitarian logistics. This paper develops a humanitarian disaster relief inventory model that assumes a uniformly distributed function in both lead-time and demand parameters, which is appropriate considering the limited historical data on relief operation. Furthermore, this paper presents different combinations of lead-time and demand scenarios to demonstrate the variability of the model. This is followed by the discussion of a case study wherein the decision variables are evaluated and sensitivity analysis is performed. The results reveal the presence of a unique reorder level in the inventory wherever the order quantity is insensitive to some lead-time demand values, providing valuable direction for humanitarian relief planning efforts and future research.  相似文献
