本文讨论n维复单位球的Harby空间上的复合算子,主要是利用Banach代数和n维单位球上解析函数的理论,给出了这类空间上复合算子的一个特征,证明了复合算子可逆的充要条件是其符号函数属于单位球的自同构群,并且对复合算子的范数作出了估计。  相似文献

作为非齐次结合经典Yang-Baxter 方程的代数抽象,带权无穷小双代数在数学和数学物理领域扮演着重要的角色. 本文引入了带权无穷小Hopf模的概念,证明了带权拟三角无穷小单位双代数上的任意模都有一个自然的带权无穷小单位Hopf模结构.利用一种新的方式装饰平面根森林, 并证明根森林的空间,连同它上边的余乘和一组嫁接算子是集合上权为零的自由多重1-余圈无穷小单位双代数. 给出了余乘的一个组合解释.作为应用, 得到了未装饰的平面根森林上的余圈无穷小单位双代数范畴中的初始对象,它也是(非交换)Connes-Kreimer-Hopf代数中的研究对象. 最后,分别从任意带权无穷小双代数和带权交换无穷小双代数导出了两个预李代数,其中第二个构造推广了Novikov 代数上的Gelfand-Dorfman定理.  相似文献

A ring with identity is said to be clean if every element can be written as a sum of a unit and an idempotent. The study of clean rings has been at the forefront of ring theory over the past decade. The theory of partially-ordered groups has a nice and long history and since there are several ways of relating a ring to a (unital) partially-ordered group it became apparent that there ought to be a notion of a clean partially-ordered group. In this article we define a clean unital lattice-ordered group; we state and prove a theorem which characterizes clean unital ?-groups. We mention the relationship of clean unital ?-groups to algebraic K-theory. In the last section of the article we generalize the notion of clean to the non-unital context and investigate this concept within the framework of W-objects, that is, archimedean ?-groups with distinguished weak order unit.  相似文献

A packing (resp. covering) ? of a normed space X consisting of unit balls is called completely saturated (resp. completely reduced) if no finite set of its members can be replaced by a more numerous (resp. less numerous) set of unit balls of X without losing the packing property (resp. covering property) of ?. We show that a normed space X admits completely saturated packings with disjoint closed unit balls as well as completely reduced coverings with open unit balls, provided that there exists a tiling of X with unit balls. Completely reduced coverings by open balls are of interest in the context of an approximation theory for continuous real‐valued functions that rests on so‐called controllable coverings of compact metric spaces. We study polynomial identities of algebras with adjoined external unit. For a wide class of algebras we prove that adjoining external unit element leads to increasing of PI-exponent precisely to 1. The authors prove a Schwarz lemma for harmonic mappings between the unit balls in real Euclidean spaces. Roughly speaking, this result says that under a harmonic mapping between the unit balls in real Euclidean spaces, the image of a smaller ball centered at origin can be controlled. We study the extremal structure of the dual unit balls of various operator spaces. Mainly, we show that the classes of [w*-] strongly exposed, [w*-] exposed, and denting points in the dual unit balls of spaces of compact operators between Banach spacesX andY are completely — and in a canonical way — determined by the corresponding classes of points in the unit balls of the (bi-)duals of the factor spacesX andY. In spite of the well-know fact that the system of ?-groups with strong unit (unital ?-groups) does not form a variety, there is a categorical connection between the category of unital ?-groups and the variety of generalized MV-algebras which enables us to naturally export equational machinery and terminology like “variety” from the latter category to the former.

Using this categorical equivalence, we study varieties, or equationally defined classes, and top varieties, varieties above the normal valued variety, of both structures. We generalize Chang's Completeness Theorem for generalized MV-algebras, and formulate some open questions for both structures.  相似文献
