This paper deals with the problem of global exponential stability for bidirectional associate memory (BAM) neural networks with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms. By using some inequality techniques, graph theory as well as Lyapunov stability theory, a systematic method of constructing a global Lyapunov function for BAM neural networks with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms is provided. Furthermore, two different kinds of sufficient principles are derived to guarantee the exponential stability of BAM neural networks. Finally, a numerical example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, the global exponential stability of impulsive fuzzy cellular neural networks with mixed delays and reaction-diffusion terms is considered. By establishing an integro-differential inequality with impulsive initial condition and using the properties of M-cone and eigenspace of the spectral radius of nonnegative matrices, several new sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for fuzzy cellular neural networks with delays and reaction-diffusion terms. These results extend and improve the earlier publications. Two examples are given to illustrate the efficiency of the obtained results.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the existence and attractivity of periodic solutions for non-autonomous reaction-diffusion Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with discrete time delays. By combining the Lyapunov functional method with the contraction mapping principle and Poincaré inequality, we establish several criteria for the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solutions. More interestingly, Poincaré inequality is used to handle the reaction-diffusion terms, hence all the criteria depend on reaction-diffusion terms. These criteria are applicable in Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with both the Dirichlet and the Neumann boundary conditions on a general space domain. Several examples with numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the existence and global exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for quaternion-valued high-order Hopfield neural networks with delays by a direct approach. Based on the contraction mapping principle, sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence and uniqueness of almost periodic solutions for the networks under consideration. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, the global exponential stability criterion of the almost periodic solution are derived. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the main results of this paper.  相似文献

This paper investigates the stability of a class of high-order neural networks with time-varying delay, which can be considered as an expansion of Hopfield neural networks and is seldom considered in the literature. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, sufficient conditions guaranteeing the global exponential stability of the equilibrium point are presented. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed conditions. The obtained results are also shown to be different from and more general than existing ones.  相似文献

We investigate stationary oscillation for high-order Hopfield neural networks with time delays and impulses. In a recent paper [J. Zhang, Z. J. Gui, Existence and stability of periodic solutions of high-order Hopfield neural networks with impulses and delays, Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics 224 (2008) 602-613], the authors claim that they obtain a criterion of existence, uniqueness, and global exponential stability of periodic solution (i.e. stationary oscillation) for high-order Hopfield neural networks with time delays and impulses. In this paper, we point out that the main result of the recent paper is unture, and present a new sufficient condition of stationary oscillation for the neural networks. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained result.  相似文献

In this paper, new discrete analogue of high-order Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with varying delay is obtained by analysis and approximation techniques. The existence of periodic solution for discrete high-order Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with varying delay is studied by continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, and sufficient condition is given to guarantee global exponential stability of periodic solution. The authors discuss the existence of the equilibrium point and its global exponential stability of reaction-diffusion cellular neural networks (RDCNNs) with S-type distributed signal transmission delays along the axon of a neuron by means of the topological degree theory and differential inequality technique. A theorem and two corollaries were obtained in which the boundedness, monotonicity and differentiability conditions on the activation functions are not required. The sufficient conditions on global exponential stability established in this paper, which are easily verifiable, have a wider adaptive range.  相似文献
