提出了一个求解非线性半定规划的无罚函数无滤子序列二次半定规划(SSDP)算法. 算法每次迭代只需求解一个二次半定规划子问题确定搜索方向; 非单调线搜索保证目标函数或约束违反度函数的充分下降, 从而产生新的迭代点. 在适当的假设条件下, 证明了算法的全局收敛性. 最后给出了初步的数值实验结果.  相似文献

求解非线性规划问题最有效的方法之一为序列二次规划。但是,由于序列二次规划结合信赖域时,会出现可能无解的情况(即不相容性)。而本文针对不相容性提出了一类序列二次规划结合信赖域的多维相容滤子算法。首先,本文根据一般文献中提及的方法对其约束条件引进参数变量,对其目标函数加以惩罚,即实行了可行化处理(也就是无需可行性恢复阶段),从而克服了不相容性。其次,本文提出了多维滤子条件来对迭代步进行选择性的接受,从而避免了传统二维滤子算法的严格条件,使得对迭代步的接受程度大大的放松。最后针对可能出现的maratos效应,我们通过二阶校正策略提出了一种修改后的多维滤子算法。同时,在一定的假设条件下算法具有全局收敛性。  相似文献

In this paper, we presented a modified SQP-filter method based on the modified quadratic subproblem proposed by Zhou (J. Global Optim. 11, 193–2005, 1997). In contrast with the SQP methods, each iteration this algorithm only needs to solve one quadratic programming subproblems and it is always feasible. Moreover, it has no demand on the initial point. With the filter technique, the algorithm shows good numerical results. Under some conditions, the globally and superlinearly convergent properties are given.  相似文献

The nonlinear complementarity problem can be reformulated as a nonlinear programming. For solving nonlinear programming, sequential quadratic programming (SQP) type method is very effective. Moreover, filter method, for its good numerical results, are extensively studied to handle nonlinear programming problems recently. In this paper, a modified quadratic subproblem is proposed. Based on it, we employ filter technique to tackle nonlinear complementarity problem. This method has no demand on initial point. The restoration phase, which is always used in traditional filter method, is not needed. Global convergence results of the proposed algorithm are established under suitable conditions. Some numerical results are reported in this paper.  相似文献

In this article, an affine scaling interior trust-region algorithm which employs backtracking line search with filter technique is presented for solving nonlinear equality constrained programming with nonnegative constraints on variables. At current iteration, the general full affine scaling trust-region subproblem is decomposed into a pair of trust-region subproblems in vertical and horizontal subspaces, respectively. The trial step is given by the solutions of the pair of trust-region subproblems. Then, the step size is decided by backtracking line search together with filter technique. This is different from traditional trust-region methods and has the advantage of decreasing the number of times that a trust-region subproblem must be resolved in order to determine a new iteration point. Meanwhile, using filter technique instead of merit function to determine a new iteration point can avoid the difficult decisions regarding the choice of penalty parameters. Under some reasonable assumptions, the new method possesses the property of global convergence to the first-order critical point. Preliminary numerical results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper a linear programming-based optimization algorithm called the Sequential Cutting Plane algorithm is presented. The main features of the algorithm are described, convergence to a Karush–Kuhn–Tucker stationary point is proved and numerical experience on some well-known test sets is showed. The algorithm is based on an earlier version for convex inequality constrained problems, but here the algorithm is extended to general continuously differentiable nonlinear programming problems containing both nonlinear inequality and equality constraints. A comparison with some existing solvers shows that the algorithm is competitive with these solvers. Thus, this new method based on solving linear programming subproblems is a good alternative method for solving nonlinear programming problems efficiently. The algorithm has been used as a subsolver in a mixed integer nonlinear programming algorithm where the linear problems provide lower bounds on the optimal solutions of the nonlinear programming subproblems in the branch and bound tree for convex, inequality constrained problems.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a general algorithm for nonlinear programming which uses a slanting filter criterion for accepting the new iterates. Independently of how these iterates are computed, we prove that all accumulation points of the sequence generated by the algorithm are feasible. Computing the new iterates by the inexact restoration method, we prove stationarity of all accumulation points of the sequence.  相似文献

In contrast to methods of parametric linear programming which were developed soon after the invention of the simplex algorithm and are easily included as an extension of that method, techniques for parametric analysis on integer programs are not well known and require considerable effort to append them to an integer programming solution algorithm.The paper reviews some of the theory employed in parametric integer programming, then discusses algorithmic work in this area over the last 15 years when integer programs are solved by different methods. A summary of applications is included and the article concludes that parametric integer programming is a valuable tool of analysis awaiting further popularization.  相似文献

By uncertain programming we mean the optimization theory in generally uncertain (random, fuzzy, fuzzy random, grey, etc.) environments. Three broad classes of uncertain programming are expected value models and chance-constrained programming as well as dependent-chance programming. In order to solve general uncertain programming models, a simulation-based genetic algorithm is also documented. Cross decomposition is a recent method for mixed integer programming problems, exploiting simultaneously both the primal and the dual structure of the problem, thus combining the advantages of Dantzig—Wolfe decomposition and Benders decomposition. Finite convergence of the algorithm equipped with some simple convergence tests has been proved. Stronger convergence tests have been proposed, but not shown to yield finite convergence.In this paper cross decomposition is generalized and applied to linear programming problems, mixed integer programming problems and nonlinear programming problems (with and without linear parts). Using the stronger convergence tests finite exact convergence is shown in the first cases. Unbounded cases are discussed and also included in the convergence tests. The behaviour of the algorithm when parts of the constraint matrix are zero is also discussed. The cross decomposition procedure is generalized (by using generalized Benders decomposition) in order to enable the solution of nonlinear programming problems.  相似文献

In this paper we present a filter-successive linearization method with trust region for solutions of nonlinear semidefinite programming. Such a method is based on the concept of filter for nonlinear programming introduced by Fletcher and Leyffer in 2002. We describe the new algorithm and prove its global convergence under weaker assumptions. Some numerical results are reported and show that the new method is potentially effcient.  相似文献

In this paper, a bicriteria solid transportation problem with stochastic parameters is investigated. Three mathematical models are constructed for the problem, including expected value goal programming model, chance-constrained goal programming model and dependent-chance goal programming model. A hybrid algorithm is also designed based on the random simulation algorithm and tabu search algorithm to solve the models. Recently, Fletcher and Leyffer proposed using filter methods instead of a merit function to control steplengths in a sequential quadratic programming algorithm. In this paper, we analyze possible ways to implement a filter-based approach in an interior-point algorithm. Extensive numerical testing shows that such an approach is more efficient than using a merit function alone.  相似文献

We propose a multidimensional filter SQP algorithm. The multidimensional filter technique proposed by Gould et al. [SIAM J. Optim., 2005] is extended to solve constrained optimization problems. In our proposed algorithm, the constraints are partitioned into several parts, and the entry of our filter consists of these different parts. Not only the criteria for accepting a trial step would be relaxed, but the individual behavior of each part of constraints is considered. One feature is that the undesirable link between the objective function and the constraint violation in the filter acceptance criteria disappears. The other is that feasibility restoration phases are unnecessary because a consistent quadratic programming subproblem is used. We prove that our algorithm is globally convergent to KKT points under the constant positive generators (CPG) condition which is weaker than the well-known Mangasarian-Fromovitz constraint qualification (MFCQ) and the constant positive linear dependence (CPLD). Numerical results are presented to show the efficiency of the algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper, the Iri-Imai algorithm for solving linear and convex quadratic programming is extended to solve some other smooth convex programming problems. The globally linear convergence rate of this extended algorithm is proved, under the condition that the objective and constraint functions satisfy a certain type of convexity, called the harmonic convexity in this paper. A characterization of this convexity condition is given. The same convexity condition was used by Mehrotra and Sun to prove the convergence of a path-following algorithm.The Iri-Imai algorithm is a natural generalization of the original Newton algorithm to constrained convex programming. Other known convergent interior-point algorithms for smooth convex programming are mainly based on the path-following approach.  相似文献

Real engineering design problems are generally characterized by the presence of many often conflicting and incommensurable objectives. Naturally, these objectives involve many parameters whose possible values may be assigned by the experts. The aim of this paper is to introduce a hybrid approach combining three optimization techniques, dynamic programming (DP), genetic algorithms and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Our approach integrates the merits of both DP and artificial optimization techniques and it has two characteristic features. Firstly, the proposed algorithm converts fuzzy multiobjective optimization problem to a sequence of a crisp nonlinear programming problems. Secondly, the proposed algorithm uses H-SOA for solving nonlinear programming problem. In which, any complex problem under certain structure can be solved and there is no need for the existence of some properties rather than traditional methods that need some features of the problem such as differentiability and continuity. Finally, with different degree of α we get different α-Pareto optimal solution of the problem. A numerical example is given to illustrate the results developed in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of general nonlinear programming problems with inequality and equality constraints is discussed. Firstly, the original problem is transformed into an associated simpler equivalent problem with only inequality constraints. Then, inspired by the ideals of the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) method and the method of system of linear equations (SLE), a new type of SQP algorithm for solving the original problem is proposed. At each iteration, the search direction is generated by the combination of two directions, which are obtained by solving an always feasible quadratic programming (QP) subproblem and a SLE, respectively. Moreover, in order to overcome the Maratos effect, the higher-order correction direction is obtained by solving another SLE. The two SLEs have the same coefficient matrices, and we only need to solve the one of them after a finite number of iterations. By a new line search technique, the proposed algorithm possesses global and superlinear convergence under some suitable assumptions without the strict complementarity. Finally, some comparative numerical results are reported to show that the proposed algorithm is effective and promising.  相似文献
