New type of fixed point result of F-contraction with applications

The purpose of this paper is to prove theorem which generalize the corresponding results of Rhoades [B. E. Rhoades, Two New Fixed Point Theorems, Gen. Math. Notes, 2015, 27(2), 123--132]. This paper is to introduce the notion of dynamic process for generalized $F-$contraction mappings and to obtain coincidence and common fixed point results for such process. It is worth mentioning that our results do not rely on the commonly used range inclusion condition. We provide some examples to support our results. As an application of our results, we obtain the existence and uniqueness of solutions of dynamic programming and integral equations. Our results provide extension as well as substantial generalizations and improvements of several well known results in the existing comparable literature.     

Properties of serial kanban systems

In this paper we show some structural results of a kanban system by using results about the underlying GSMP. The main results from this connection are: dominance of allocations, optimal partition, upper and lower bounds on throughput, consistency of the IPA derivative, convexity of throughput as a function of service time parameters and concavity of throughput with respect to number of kanbans. Although the dominance and the partition results were obtained previously by sample path arguments, the proofs here are less cumbersome and generalize the earlier results. The second-order properties for kanban lines are new. These results form a basis for results in multi-product lines where proofs by sample paths require extensive notation.     

Uniqueness of difference polynomials of meromorphic functions

In this article, we investigate the uniqueness problems of difference polynomials of meromorphic functions and obtain some results which can be viewed as discrete analogues of the results given by Shibazaki. Some examples are given to show the results in this article are best possible.

Radial stability of periodic orbits of damped Keplerian-like systems

In this paper, by using the third order approximation method, the averaging method and the theory of upper and lower solutions, we study the existence and radial stability of periodic orbits of damped Keplerian-like systems. Two different results are obtained: perturbative and global results. Our results are also applicable to the classical Keplerian-like systems.     

On the vanishing of homology for modules of finite complete intersection dimension

We prove rigidity type results on the vanishing of stable Ext and Tor for modules of finite complete intersection dimension, results which generalize and improve upon known results. We also introduce a notion of pre-rigidity, which generalizes phenomena for modules of finite complete intersection dimension and complexity one. Using this concept, we prove results on length and vanishing of homology modules.     

Meromorphic solutions of some types of complex differential-difference equations

Using Nevanlinna theory of the value distribution of meromorphic functions, we investigate the problem of the existence of meromorphic solutions of some types of complex differential-difference equations and some properties of meromorphic solutions, and we obtain some results, which are the improvements and extensions of some results in references. Examples show that our results are precise.     

模糊数学在脉冲激光峰值功率检测中的应用

针对脉冲激光峰值功率检验结果小样本分布未知的特点,对梯形模糊数理论展开研究,并进行结果的不确定度评估.结果表明,建立的数学模型具有一定的鲁棒性,对同类参数的检测结果评估具有很好的指导和借鉴意义.     

Uniqueness and value-sharing of differential polynomials of meromorphic functions

In this paper, we investigate uniqueness problems of meromorphic functions concerning differential polynomials sharing non-zero finite value and give some results. As particular cases of our results we deduce some significant results which improve several earlier results of Fang and Hong (2001) [2], Yang and Yi (2003) [7], Lin and Yi (2004) [5] and others.
