In this paper, we formulate a (n + 3)‐dimensional nonlinear virus dynamics model that considers n‐stages of the infected cells and n + 1 distributed time delays. The model incorporates humoral immune response and general nonlinear forms for the incidence rate of infection, the generation and removal rates of the cells and viruses. Under a set of conditions on the general functions, the basic infection reproduction number and the humoral immune response activation number are derived. Utilizing Lyapunov functionals and LaSalle's invariance principle, the global asymptotic stability of all steady states of the model are proven. In this paper, using the nonlinear capacity method, we derive sufficient conditions for the nonexistence of global weak solutions for some differential inequalities of Sobolev type posed in an exterior domain of , N ≥ 3. A discrete multi‐group SVIR epidemic model with general nonlinear incidence rate and vaccination is investigated by utilizing Mickens' nonstandard finite difference scheme to a corresponding continuous model. Mathematical analysis shows that the global asymptotic stability of the equilibria is fully determined by the basic reproduction number by constructing Lyapunov functions. The results imply that the discretization scheme can efficiently preserves the global asymptotic stability of the equilibria for corresponding continuous model, and numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the theoretical results. This paper deals with the long‐term properties of the thermoelastic nonlinear string‐beam system related to the well‐known Lazer–McKenna suspension bridge model (0.1) In particular, no mechanical dissipation occurs in the equations, because the loss of energy is entirely due to thermal effects. This paper considers the 2‐species chemotaxis‐Stokes system with competitive kinetics under homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions in a 3‐dimensional bounded domain with smooth boundary. Both chemotaxis‐fluid systems and 2‐species chemotaxis systems with competitive terms were studied by many mathematicians. However, there have not been rich results on coupled 2‐species–fluid systems. Recently, global existence and asymptotic stability in the above problem with (u·∇)u in the fluid equation were established in the 2‐dimensional case. The purpose of this paper is to give results for global existence, boundedness, and stabilization of solutions to the above system in the 3‐dimensional case when is sufficiently small.  相似文献

In this paper, by applying nonstandard finite difference scheme, we propose a discrete multigroup Susceptible‐Infective‐Removed (SIR) model with nonlinear incidence rate. Using Lyapunov functions, it is shown that the global dynamics of this model are completely determined by the basic reproduction number . If , then the disease‐free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable; if , then there exists a unique endemic equilibrium and it is globally asymptotically stable. In this paper, we consider the almost periodic dynamics of an impulsive multispecies Lotka–Volterra competition system with time delays on time scales. By establishing some comparison theorems of dynamic equations with impulses and delays on time scales, a permanence result for the model is obtained. Furthermore, based on the permanence result, by studying the Lyapunov stability theory of impulsive dynamic equations on time scales, we establish the existence and uniformly asymptotic stability of a unique positive almost periodic solution of the system. Finally, we give an example to show the feasibility of our main results, and our example also shows that the continuous time system and its corresponding discrete time system have the same dynamics. In this paper, we consider a class of nonlinear fractional differential equations on the infinite interval with the integral boundary conditions By using Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem, the existence results of positive solutions for the boundary value problem in three cases and , are obtained, respectively. This paper is devoted to the investigation of the global dynamics of a SEIR model with information dependent vaccination. The basic reproduction number is derived for the model, and it is shown that gives the threshold dynamics in the sense that the disease‐free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and the disease dies out if , while there exists at least one positive periodic solution and the disease is uniformly persistent when . This paper is concerned with a suspension bridge equation with memory effects , defined in a bounded domain of . For the suspension bridge equation without memory, there are many classical results. Existing results mainly devoted to existence and uniqueness of a weak solution, energy decay of solution and existence of global attractors. However the existence of global attractors for the suspension bridge equation with memory was no yet considered. The object of the present paper is to provide some results on the well‐posedness and long‐time behavior to the suspension bridge equation in a more with past history. This paper deals with the following chemotaxis system: in a bounded domain with smooth boundary under no‐flux boundary conditions, where satisfies for all with l ?2 and some nondecreasing function on [0,). We prove the existence of weak solutions to a one‐dimensional initial‐boundary value problem for a model system of partial differential equations, which consists of a sub‐system of linear elasticity and a nonlinear non‐uniformly parabolic equation of second order. We consider the Cauchy problem on nonlinear scalar conservation laws with a diffusion‐type source term. Based on a low‐frequency and high‐frequency decomposition, Green's function method and the classical energy method, we not only obtain L2 time‐decay estimates but also establish the global existence of solutions to Cauchy problem when the initial data u0(x) satisfies the smallness condition on , but not on . In this paper, we develop the energy argument in homogeneous Besov space framework to study the large time behavior of global‐in‐time strong solutions to the Cauchy problem of the three‐dimensional incompressible nematic liquid crystal flows with low regularity assumptions on initial data.
