向量优化是数学规划领域中十分重要的研究方向之一,其相关基础理论与基本方法的研究具有非常重要的理论意义与应用价值.近年来,关于近似解的定义及其性质研究已成为向量优化理论与方法研究的热点.现主要介绍国内学者,特别是我们团队在向量优化问题的各类近似解和统一解概念及其发展和各类近似解与统一解的性质研究方面取得的一些重要进展.最后,提出了与向量优化问题的近似解与统一解相关的一些公开问题.  相似文献

Using a theorem of Tijs, we derive results about approximate solutions for Nash equilibrium theory and for multiobjective problems. We describe conditions under which one can replace an infinite strategy set, an infinite alternative set, or an infinite set of criteria by a finite subset without losing all approximate solutions of the problem under consideration.This work was done during the period when the second author was Visiting Professor of the Italian National Research Council at the Mathematical Department of the University of Pavia, Pavia, Italy.  相似文献

Existence theorems are stated and proved for optimal control problems monitored by a nonlinear Volterra-type integral equation. Growth conditions are taken into consideration which ensure the needed compactness on the set of trajectories and entail the existence of the usual optimal solutions for the given problem. Weak or approximate solutions are taken into consideration in a subsequent paper.The author would like to express his appreciation to Professor L. Cesari and Professor M. B. The objectives of this paper are twofold. Firstly, to prove the existence of an approximate solution in the mean for some nonlinear differential equations, we also investigate the behavior of the class of solutions which may be associated with the differential equation. Approximate nondominated solutions of real vector optimization problems are characterized using the concept of translated cones. Relationships between these solutions and Pareto nondominated points are examined, and the problem of optimizing over the set of approximate solutions is addressed. We construct global solutions in L^∞ for the equations of motion or one-dimensional viscoelastic media, in Lagrangian coordinates, with arbitrarily large L^∞ initial data, via the vanishing viscosity method. A priori estimates for approximate solutions, with artificial viscosity, are derived through entropy inequalities. The convergence of the approximate solutions to a weak solution compatible with the entropy condition is demonstrated. This also establishes the compactness of the corresponding solution operators, which indicates that the memory effect does not affect the hyperbolic behavior.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the global existence of weak solutions for a two‐component μ‐Camassa–Holm system in the periodic setting. Global existence for strong solutions to the system with smooth approximate initial value is derived. A novel approach to parameter optimization of large dynamic systems using vector performance index is described. The approach entails characterizing and determining a set of satisfactory solutions to the multiobjective optimization problem. The satisfactory solutions are defined with respect to a prespecified and satisfactory set of bounds on the indices. A theoretical basis is provided to obtain a compact and connected set of satisfactory solutions in the parameter space. Compactness and connectedness are essential requirements, since they assure a range of values for the parameters. An expedient numerical technique for determining the range of satisfactory values for the parameters is illustrated with an example. The satisfactory solutions approach provides a basis for designing a system with multiple requirements when all of them cannot be formulated in the framework of a composite vector index problem.This work constitutes part of the first author's doctoral dissertation in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, Illinois. In this paper,the Dirichlet problem of Stokes approximate of non-homogeneous incompressibleNavier-Stokes equations is studied.It is shown that there exist global weak solutions as well as global andunique strong solution for this problem,under the assumption that initial density ρ_0(x)is bounded away from0 and other appropriate assumptions(see Theorem 1 and Theorem 2).The semi-Galerkin method is applied toconstruct the approximate solutions and a prior estimates are made to elaborate upon the compactness of theapproximate solutions.  相似文献

Abstract

Certain notions of approximate weak efficient solutions are considered for a set-valued optimization problem based on vector and set criteria approaches. For approximate solutions based on the vector approach, a characterization is provided in terms of an extended Gerstewitz’s function. For the set approach case, two notions of approximate weak efficient solutions are introduced using a lower and an upper quasi order relations for sets and further compactness and stability aspects are discussed for these approximate solutions. Existence and scalarization using a generalized Gerstewitz’s function are also established for approximate solutions, based on the lower set order relation.  相似文献

This work is concerned with the identification problem for the perturbation term or error term in a parabolic partial differential equation through its approximate periodic solutions. The observation is made over a subregion of the physical domain. The existence and uniqueness problem of the approximate periodic solutions is studied in the first part of the paper. A solution to the identification problem is given in the second part of the paper. The main ingredients to be used include the classical Galerkin method and the unique continuation property for a parabolic system. 本文研究一类非光滑向量均衡问题(Vector Equilibrium Problem)(VEP)关于近似拟全局真有效解的最优性条件.首先,利用凸集的拟相对内部型分离定理和Clarke次微分的性质,得到了问题(VEP)关于近似拟全局真有效解的最优性必要条件.其次,引入近似伪拟凸函数的概念,并给出具体实例验证其存在性,且在该凸性假设下建立了问题(VEP)关于近似拟全局真有效解的充分条件.最后,利用Tammer函数以及构建满足一定性质的非线性泛函,得到了问题(VEP)近似拟全局真有效解的标量化定理.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the existence of time periodic solutions of the 3-D viscous primitive equations of large-scale dry atmosphere. We used the Galerkin method. Firstly, by Leray-Schauder fixed point theorem, we prove the existence of approximate solutions of the primitive equations, then we show the convergence of the approximate solutions, and we also get the uniqueness to the primitive equations.  相似文献

We apply a variational approach to the one-dimensional version of the widely used Perona-Malik equation in image processing. We rephrase the problem into the one related to the quasiconvex hull of a graph in the space of 2×2 matrices M2×2. We then use the solutions of some heat equations as the centre of the mass for the Young measure-valued solutions to construct the approximate solutions by using simple laminates. The approximate solutions can be viewed as solutions of a perturbation problem by W−1,p (or W−1,∞) functions. The sequences of the approximate solutions generates Young measure-valued solutions. Our results also show that the solutions of the one-dimensional Perona-Malik equation are unstable under small W−1,∞ perturbations.  相似文献
