油气长输管道工程作为国家生命线的重要组成部分,其施工具有作业线路长、风险大等特点。本文基于能力成熟度模型,针对油气长输管道施工风险管理成熟度研究有助于企业对风险管理的评价与提升,运用结构方程模型等方法将成熟度理论引入到油气长输管道施工风险管理领域中,借鉴OPM3模型的结构模式和CMM模型的主体模式,构建包含关键风险因素、风险管理过程和成熟度等级三个维度的成熟度模型。然后运用spss25.0软件对模型进行信度和效度检验,在此基础上,利用AMOS21.0软件对样本数据与模型的拟合程度进行分析,根据分析结果,得出油气长输管道施工风险管理成熟度的持续改进建议。最后以某管道工程建设施工项目为例,运用模糊综合评价法进行案例分析,证明该模型用于评价油气长输管道施工风险管理成熟度的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

In this paper we assume that an oil company has k areas in which to drill and occurrences of undiscovered oilfields are represented by the model of Beale. The company is seeking a strategy for drilling that maximizes its expected return under the constraint that the total amount spent on drilling in all areas must not exceed R. This leads to an integer programming problem. We establish that the expected return functions for the separate areas are concave and that this property can be used to reduce the computational effort required to find an optimal solution.  相似文献

Collective intelligence is defined as the ability of a group to solve more problems than its individual members. It is argued that the obstacles created by individual cognitive limits and the difficulty of coordination can be overcome by using a collective mental map (CMM). A CMM is defined as an external memory with shared read/write access, that represents problem states, actions and preferences for actions. It can be formalized as a weighted, directed graph. The creation of a network of pheromone trails by ant colonies points us to some basic mechanisms of CMM development: averaging of individual preferences, amplification of weak links by positive feedback, and integration of specialised subnetworks through division of labor. Similar mechanisms can be used to transform the World-Wide Web into a CMM, by supplementing it with weighted links. Two types of algorithms are explored: 1) the co-occurrence of links in web pages or user selections can be used to compute a matrix of link strengths, thus generalizing the technique of &201C;collaborative filtering&201D;; 2) learning web rules extract information from a user&2018;s sequential path through the web in order to change link strengths and create new links. The resulting weighted web can be used to facilitate problem-solving by suggesting related links to the user, or, more powerfully, by supporting a software agent that discovers relevant documents through spreading activation.  相似文献

本文选择创新型上市公司2006~2013年的数据为样本,实证检验专利产出对企业经营绩效的影响。结果发现,专利数量的剧增对企业经营绩效有显著的负向影响,专利质量才能促进企业经营绩效的改善。专利质量对高科技企业、国有企业和知识产权保护好地区的企业经营绩效具有显著的促进作用。进一步研究发现,专利质量通过影响企业在产品市场中的市场势力进而作用于经营绩效。最后,为提升企业的专利质量,本文从企业自身和政府部门两个角度提出对策建议。  相似文献

We describe how a generic multi-period optimization-based decision support system (DSS) can be used for strategic planning in process industries. The DSS is built on five fundamental elements—materials, facilities, activities, storage areas, and time periods. It requires little direct knowledge of optimization techniques to be used effectively. Results based on real data from an aluminium company in India demonstrate significant potential for improvement in profits. We conclude with a comparison of similar studies in two other process industries.  相似文献

Redesigning and improving business processes to better serve customer needs has become a priority in service industries as they scramble to become more competitive. This paper describes an approach to process improvement that is being developed collaboratively by applied researchers at US WEST, a major telecommunications company, and the University of Colorado. Motivated by the need to streamline and to add more quantitative power to traditional quality improvement processes, the new approach uses an artificial intelligence (AI) statistical tree growing method that uses customer survey data to identify operations areas where improvements are expected to affect customers most. This AI/statistical method also identifies realistic quantitative targets for improvement and suggests specific strategies (recommended combinations of actions) that are predicted to have high impact. This research, funded in part by the Colorado Advanced Software Institute (CASI) in an effort to stimulate profitable innovations, has resulted in a practical methodology that has been used successfully at US WEST to help set process improvement priorities and to guide resource allocation decisions throughout the company.  相似文献

本文以778家上市公司1998—2002年5年间的3890个观测值为样本,研究了公司价值与财务信息的相关性。结果表明,ST、PT公司的价值测度与综合短期利润测度存在不显著的负相关关系;既发行A股又发行B股的上市公司的价值测度与综合短期利润测度在0.01水平下显著正相关性,利润测度提供了约2%的公司价值解释力;对于绝大多数的经营正常的A股公司,价值测度与综合短期利润测度在0.01水平下显著正相关性,利润测度提供了约18%的公司价值解释力。  相似文献

Co-opetition refers to the phenomenon that firms simultaneously cooperate and compete in order to maximize their profits. This paper studies the contracting for an outsourcing supply chain (a user company vs. a service provider) in the presence of co-opetition and information asymmetry. The user company outsources part of his service capacity at a discount price to the service provider for sale. The service provider charges a commission for doing outsourcing work and competes with the user company for the service capacity to satisfy their respective demands. We solve for the service provider’s optimal commission decision and the user company’s optimal outsourcing decisions (outsourcing volume and price discount) when the user company has private information about his service capacity. Specifically, we highlight the following observations. For the service provider, a menu of two-part tariffs that consist of a fixed commission and a per-volume commission can reveal the true type of the user company’s capacity; the user company’s optimal outsourcing proportion is quasi-convex and the optimal price discount is non-decreasing in his capacity volume, which is counterintuitive.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of scheduling the tour of a marketing executive (ME) of a large electronics manufacturing company in India. In this problem, the ME has to visit a number of customers in a given planning period. The scheduling problem taken up in this study is different from the various personnel scheduling problems addressed in the literature. This type of personnel scheduling problem can be observed in many other situations such as periodical visits of inspection officers, tour of politicians during election campaigns, tour of mobile courts, schedule of mobile stalls in various areas, etc. In this paper the tour scheduling problem of the ME is modeled using (0–1) goal programming (GP). The (0–1) GP model for the data provided by the company for 1 month has 802 constraints and 1167 binary variables. The model is solved using LINDO software package. The model takes less than a minute (on a 1.50 MHz Pentium machine with 128 MB RAM) to get a solution of the non-preemptive version and about 6 days for the preemptive version. The main contribution is in problem definition and development of the mathematical model for scheduling the tour.  相似文献

This paper concerns with the existence, uniqueness and asymptotic behaviour of the solutions for a nonlocal coupled system of reaction-diffusion. We prove the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions by the Faedo-Galerkin method and exponential decay of solutions by the classic energy method. We improve the results obtained by Chipot-Lovato and Menezes for coupled systems. A numerical scheme is presented.
