Let X be a compact metric space studies some relationships between stochastic and f : X→ X be a continuous map. This paper and topological properties of dynamical systems. It is shown that if f satisfies the central limit theorem, then f is topologically ergodic and / is sensitively dependent on initial conditions if and only if / is neither minimal nor equicontinuous.  相似文献

Let(X, d) be a metric space and f be a continuous map from X to X. Denote by EP(f)and Ω(f) the sets of eventually periodic points and non-wandering points of f, respectively. It is well known that for a tree map f, the following statements hold:(1) If x ∈Ω(f)-Ω(f~n) for some n ≥ 2,then x ∈ EP(f).(2) Ω(f) is contained in the closure of EP(f). The aim of this note is to show that the above results do not hold for maps of dendrites D with Card(End(D)) = ?0(the cardinal number of the set of positive integers).  相似文献

Let X be a compact metric space and f: X→X be continuous.This pape introduces the notion of weakly almost periodic point, which is a generalization of the notion of almost periodic point, proves that each of f-invariant ergodic measures can be generated by a weakly almost periodic point of f and gives some equivalent conditions for that f has an invariant ergodic measure whose support is X and ones for that f has no non-atomic invariant ergodic measure, the latter is a generalization of the Blokh's work on self-maps of the interval. Also two formulae for calculating the togological entropy are obtained.  相似文献

Let (X, d) be a bounded metric space and f : X → X be a uniformly continuous surjection. For a given dynamical system (X, f) which may not be compact, we investigate the relation between the asymptotic average shadowing property(AASP), transitivity and mixing. If f has the AASP, then the following statements hold: (1) f n is chain transitive for every positive integer n; (2) If X is compact and f is an expansive homeomorphism, then f is topologically weakly mixing; (3) If f is equicontinuous, then f is topologically weakly mixing; (4) If X is compact and f is equicontinuous, then f ×f is a minimal homeomorphism. We also show that the one-sided shift map has the AASP and the identity map 1 X does not have the AASP. Furthermore, as its applications, some examples are given.  相似文献

1 Introduction A discrete dynamical system can be expressed as xn+1 ?f(xn), n = 0,1,2,... where X is a metric space and f : X →X is a continuous map. The study of it tells us how the points in the base space X moved. Nevertheless, this is not enough for the researches of biological species, demography, numerical simulation and attractors (see [1], [2]). It is necessary to know how the subsets of X moved. In this direction, we consider the set-valued discrete system associated to f, An+1 = (f|-)(An), n = 0,1,2,... where (f|-) is the natural extension of f to K(X) (the class of all compact subsets of X).  相似文献

Consider the continuous map f : x → X and the continuous map f of K,(X) into itself induced by f, where X is a metric space and K(X) the space of all non-empty compact subsets of x endowed with the Hausdorff metric. According to the questions whether the chaoticity of f implies the chaoticity of f posed by Roman-Flores and when the chaoticity of f implies the chaoticity of f posed by Fedeli, we investigate the relations between f and f in the related dynamical properties such as transitivity, weakly mixing and mixing, etc. And by using the obtained results, we give the satisfied answers to Roman-Flores's question and Fedeli's question.  相似文献

For a given collection of subsets of a compact metric space X which cover X,the entropies,hm(f)and hi(f),are introduced for a continuous map f of X to itseif. Also the concept of shadowing property with same end point (SPSEP for short) is introduced. The main results are,(1)H(f)≤hi(f)+hm(f)and,(2)h(f)=hm(f)whenever f has SPSEP,where h(f) is the topological entropy of f. Moreover,several corollaries are obtained.  相似文献

We study a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments belonging to higher order Wiener chaoses which are similar to Hermite processes. We obtain an almost sure wavelet-like expansion of these processes. This allows us to compute the pointwise and local Hölder regularity of sample paths and to analyse their behaviour at infinity. We also provide some results on the Hausdorff dimension of the range and graphs of multidimensional anisotropic self-similar processes with stationary increments defined by multiple Wiener–Itô integrals.  相似文献

It is considered the class of Riemann surfaces with dimT1 = 0, where T1 is a subclass of exact harmonic forms which is one of the factors in the orthogonal decomposition of the spaceΩH of harmonic forms of the surface, namely The surfaces in the class OHD and the class of planar surfaces satisfy dimT1 = 0. A.Pfluger posed the question whether there might exist other surfaces outside those two classes. Here it is shown that in the case of finite genus g, we should look for a surface S with dimT1 = 0 among the surfaces of the form Sg\K , where Sg is a closed surface of genus g and K a compact set of positive harmonic measure with perfect components and very irregular boundary.  相似文献

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years (2001-2005). Schr(o)dinger operator is a central subject in the mathematical study of quantum mechanics.Consider the Schrodinger operator H = -△ V on R, where △ = d2/dx2 and the potential function V is real valued. In Fourier analysis, it is well-known that a square integrable function admits an expansion with exponentials as eigenfunctions of -△. A natural conjecture is that an L2 function admits a similar expansion in terms of "eigenfunctions" of H, a perturbation of the Laplacian (see [7], Ch.
