具有非局部Stieltjes积分边值条件半正(k,n-k)边值问题的非平凡解

应用拓扑度方法证明了具有非局部Stieltjes积分边值条件半正(k,n-k)边值问题非平凡解的存在性,其中非线性项f可以不是非负的但下方有界.给出了正解存在性的两个推论,它们是非线性项f非负情形已有结论的推广.通过两个例子来说明主要结论,例子的混合边值条件包含变号系数的多点条件和变号核的积分条件.     

N阶m点非线性边值问题的三正解的特征值准则

应用算子特征值准则研究了一类高阶多点边值问题多重正解的存在性,其中非线性项满足Caratheodory条件.将特征值准则应用到n阶m点的非线性边值问题,并证明了微分方程至少三正解的存在性.     

Burgers equation with random boundary conditions

We prove an existence and uniqueness theorem for stationary solutions of the inviscid Burgers equation on a segment with random boundary conditions. We also prove exponential convergence to the stationary distribution.

     

A Maximum Principle for Elliptic and Parabolic Equations with Oblique Derivative Boundary Problems

This paper prove a maximum principle for viscooity solutions of fully nonlinear, second order, uniformly elliptic and parabolic equations with oblique boundary value conditions.     

Remarks on Quasilinear Hyperbolic Equations with Dynamic Boundary Conditions

In this paper the non-existence of global solutions of two fourth-order hyperbolic equations with dynamic boundary conditions is considered. Here we prove stronger results than that of M. Kirane, S. Kouachi and N. Tatar by a different method.     

Weak-renormalized solutions for predator–prey system

In this article, we consider the predator–prey system with Dirichlet boundary conditions which is used in the modelling of ecology. Under the assumptions of no growth conditions and integrable data, we prove the existence of weak-renormalized solutions to the predator–prey system.     

Local Solutions to the Navier–Stokes Equations with Mixed Boundary Conditions

We study the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the system of three-dimensionalNavier-Stokes equations and the continuity equation for incompressible fluid with mixedboundary conditions. It is known that if the Dirichlet boundary conditions are prescribed on thewhole boundary and the total influx equals zero, then weak solutions exist globally in time andthey are even unique and smooth in the case of two-dimensional domains. The methods that havebeen used to prove these results fail if non-Dirichlet conditions are applied on a part of theboundary, since there is then no control over the energy flux on this part of the boundary. In thispaper, we prove the existence and the uniqueness of solutions on a (short) time interval. Theproof is performed for Lipschitz domains and a wide class of initial data. The length of the timeinterval on which the solution exists depends only on certain norms of the data.     

Periodic and quasi-periodic solutions for the complex Swift-Hohenberg equation

In this paper, we consider the complex Swift-Hohenberg(CSH) equation $\frac{\partial u}{\partial t}=\lambda u-(\alpha+\mathrm{i}\beta)\l(1+\frac{\partial^2}{\partial x^2}\r)^2u-(\sigma+\mathrm{i}\rho)|u|^2u $ subject to periodic boundary conditions. Using an infinite dimensional KAM theorem, we prove that there exist a continuous branch of periodic solutions and a Cantorian branch of quasi-periodic solutions for the above equation.     

Non-coercive Linear Elliptic Problems

We study here some linear elliptic partial differential equations (with Dirichlet, Fourier or mixed boundary conditions), to which convection terms (first order perturbations) are added that entail the loss of the classical coercivity property. We prove the existence, uniqueness and regularity results for the solutions to these problems.     

Contact problems with friction for hemitropic solids: boundary variational inequality approach

We study the interior and exterior contact problems for hemitropic elastic solids. We treat the cases when the friction effects, described by Tresca friction (given friction model), are taken into consideration either on some part of the boundary of the body or on the whole boundary. We equivalently reduce these problems to a boundary variational inequality with the help of the Steklov–Poincaré type operator. Based on our boundary variational inequality approach we prove existence and uniqueness theorems for weak solutions. We prove that the solutions continuously depend on the data of the original problem and on the friction coefficient. For the interior problem, necessary and sufficient conditions of solvability are established when friction is taken into consideration on the whole boundary.
