ON GUNDERSEN＇S QUESTION FOR THE UNICITY OF MEROMORPHIC FUNCTIONS

The uniqueness of meromoRphic functions that share four values are investigated, some results are obtained to show that if two nonconstant entire functions share three finite values IM, then the functions necessarily share all three values CM.

In this paper, we investigate complex homogeneous and non-homogeneous higher order linear differential equations with meromorphic coefficients. We obtain several results concerning the iterated order of meromorphic solutions, and the iterated convergence exponent of the zeros of meromorphic solutions.

ON THE GROWTH OF THE SOLUTIONS FOR 1ST KIND OF HIGHER ORDER DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS IN THE UNIT DISC

In this paper, we study the growth of the solutions for 1st kind of differential equations of higher order in the unit disc. We give a sufficient condition for all solutions of second order linear differential equation to be inadmissible and a sufficient condition for all solutions of higher order linear differential equation to be of infinite order.     

DIRECT EXPANSIONS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION FUNCTIONS AND DENSITY FUNCTIONS OF χ2-TYPE AND t-TYPE DISTRIBUTED RANDOM VARIABLES

Suppose that Z1,Z2…,Zn are independent normal random variables with common mean μ and variance σ^2. Then S^2=∑n n=1 (zi-z)^2/σ^2 and T =（n-1的平方根）-Z/（S^2/n的平方根） have x2n-1 distribution and tn-1 distribution respectively. If the normal assumption fails, there will be the remainders of the distribution functions and density functions. This paper gives the direct expansions of distribution functions and density functions of S^2 and T up to o(n^-1). They are more intuitive and convenient than usual Edgeworth expansions.

Two problems in the value distribution theory

This paper includes two parts. In the first part, we deal with the relations between the orders, the lower orders and the number of Julia directions of entire functions. In the second part, we deal with the existence of the zeros of a class of meromorphic functions. This class of meromorphic functions has an interesting physical background.

In this paper, we investigate the growth and fixed points of solutions and their 1st, 2nd derivatives, differential polynomial of second order linear differential equations with meromorphic coefficients, and obtain that the exponents of convergence of these fixed points are all equal to the order of growth.

On the growth of meromorphic solutions of the Schwarzian differential equations

We study the properties of meromorphic solutions of the Schwarzian differential equations in the complex plane by using some techniques from the study of the class Wp. We find some upper bounds of the order of meromorphic solutions for some types of the Schwarzian differential equations. We also show that there are no wandering domains nor Baker domains for meromorphic solutions of certain Schwarzian differential equations.
