We prove that if X is a separable Banach space, then a measurable multifunction Γ : [0, 1] → ck(X) is Henstock integrable if and only if Γ can be represented as Γ = G + f, where G : [0, 1] → ck(X) is McShane integrable and f is a Henstock integrable selection of Γ.  相似文献

Letf be a holomorphic self-map of the punctured plane ℂ*=ℂ\{0} with essentially singular points 0 and ∞. In this note, we discuss the setsI 0(f)={z ∈ ℂ*:f n (z) → 0,n → ∞} andI (f)={z ∈ ℂ*:f n (z) → 0,n → ∞}. We try to find the relation betweenI 0(f),I (t) andJ(f). It is proved that both the boundary ofI 0(f) and the boundary ofI )f) equal toJ(f),I 0(f) ∩J(f) ≠ θ andI (f) ∩J(f) ≠ θ. Let X be a (real or complex) Banach space with dimension greater than 2 and let B0(X) be the subspace of B(X) spanned by all nilpotent operators on X. We get a complete classification of surjective additive maps Ф on B0(X) which preserve nilpotent operators in both directions. In particular, if X is infinite-dimensional, we prove that Ф has the form either Ф(T) = cATA^-1 or Ф(T) = cAT'A^-1, where A is an invertible bounded linear or conjugate linear operator, c is a scalar, T' denotes the adjoint of T. As an application of these results, we show that every additive surjective map on B(X) preserving spectral radius has a similar form to the above with |c| = 1.  相似文献

Theorem 1:There is an absolute constant c 1 so that for every function f: X n → {0, 1},with Pr(f −1(1))=p≤1/2,there is a variable k so that Theorem 2:For every f: X n → {0, 1},with Prob(f=1)=1/2, and every ε>0,there is S ⊂ [n], |S|=c 2(ε)n/logn so that I f (S)≥1−ε. These extend previous results by Kahn, Kalai and Linial for Boolean functions, i.e., the caseX={0, 1}. Let X be an infinite-dimensional complex Banach space and denote by B(X) the algebra of all bounded linear operators acting on X. It is shown that a surjective additive map Φ from B(X) onto itself preserves similarity in both directions if and only if there exist a scalar c, a bounded invertible linear or conjugate linear operator A and a similarity invariant additive functional ψ on B(X) such that either Φ(T) = cATA^-1 + ψ(T)I for all T, or Φ(T) = cAT*A^-1 + ψ(T)I for all T. In the case where X has infinite multiplicity, in particular, when X is an infinite-dimensional Hilbert space, the above similarity invariant additive functional ψ is always zero.  相似文献

The friendly index set and the product-cordial index set of G are defined as the sets{|e+f(0)-e+f(1)|:f is friendly} and {|e*f(0)-e*f(1)| : f is friendly}. We consider the blowing up of ℙ k /n−1 along a closed subscheme defined by a homogeneous idealIA=k[X 1, …,X n ] generated by forms of degree ≤d, and its projective embeddings by the linear systems corresponding to (I e ) c , forcde+1. In [2], it was shown that if a and b are multiplicatively independent integers and ɛ > 0, then the inequality gcd (an − 1,bn − 1) < exp(ɛn) holds for all but finitely many positive integers n. Here, we generalize the above result. We fix a prime p and let f(X) vary over all monic integer polynomials of fixed degree n. Given any possible shape of a tamely ramified splitting of p in an extension of degree n, we prove that there exists a rational function φ(X)∈ℚ(X) such that the density of the monic integer polynomials f(X) for which the splitting of p has the given shape in ℚ[X]/f(X) is φ(p) (here reducible polynomials can be neglected). As a corollary, we prove that, for pn, the density of irreducible monic polynomials of degree n in ℤ p [X] is the value at p of a rational function φ n (X)∈ℚ(X). Let f(X) be a polynomial in n variables over the finite field  \mathbbFq\mathbb{F}_{q}. Its Newton polytope Δ(f) is the convex closure in ℝ n of the origin and the exponent vectors (viewed as points in ℝ n ) of monomials in f(X). The minimal dilation of Δ(f) such that it contains at least one lattice point of $\mathbb{Z}_{>0}^{n}$\mathbb{Z}_{>0}^{n} plays a vital pole in the p-adic estimate of the number of zeros of f(X) in  \mathbbFq\mathbb{F}_{q}. Using this fact, we obtain several tight and computational bounds for the dilation which unify and improve a number of previous results in this direction.  相似文献
