湖北省区域可持续发展水平的实证分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选取了27个指标,对湖北省12个地级市2013年的可持续发展水平进行评价,利用因子分析法将可持续发展水平评价指标压缩为4个公因子,以综合加权因子得分为变量进行聚类分析,结果表明湖北省各城市可持续发展水平存在明显的区域差异,并由此指出各城市可持续发展中的特点和政策建议.  相似文献

以2016年河北省城市经济发展水平为研究对象,选取10个经济指标,利用因子分析法将城市经济发展水平评价指标压缩为2个公因子,以综合加权因子得分为变量进行聚类分析,结果表明河北省各城市间的经济发展存在较为严重的不平衡性,由此提出促进河北省城市经济水平均衡发展的决策建议.  相似文献

构建合适的可持续发展综合指标体系,并获取河南17个城市2003年到2013年10年内的指标数据,运用灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析对六个城市的可持续发展状况排序,然后以灰色系统为核心研究工具,运用灰色综合评价法对评价数据进行分析得出最佳的城市可持续发展指标体系的指标数据.最后提出了优化城市发展的若干建议.  相似文献

城市公共交通属于社会公共产品,其建设与运营不仅要考虑经济效益,还需要考虑社会效益.从公共服务水平、乘客满意度和可持续发展三个大方面考虑,构建了公共交通运营社会效益的评价指标体系.通过层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,从而建立了基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价模型.然后运用该指标体系和模型对上海市公共交通情况进行算例分析,结果表明,该评价方法科学合理、可操作性强,并指出上海公共交通运营社会效益处于中等水平,提高"安全水平"和"平均出行时间"等指标水平将显著的提高其社会效益.  相似文献

城市土地集约利用评判是典型的区间数多属性决策问题,将基于灰色系统理论的多指标灰区间数关联决策模型应用于城市土地利用状况评价领域,通过引入灰区间数序列的范数完成多指标区间数决策矩阵的规范化处理,建立了多指标区间数整体逼近决策方法,使城市土地集约利用评判方法更加客观.最后通过扬州市城市土地利用状况为实例验证模型的有效性和实用性,为城市土地集约利用评价提供了一种新方法.  相似文献

城市生活垃圾的科学处理,对城市的生态环境和居民的身心健康有着重大意义.以保定市新建的白沟综合垃圾处理厂为研究对象,选取经济、技术、环境、社会四大类指标,每个一级指标下设立多个二级指标,共选取了14个指标因子进行评价,利用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价方法对4种生活垃圾处理技术进行分析.结果表明,最适合保定白沟垃圾处理厂建设的垃圾处理方式为综合处理法.  相似文献

将层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络分析(DEA)相结合构建了两种方法的联用评价模式,对使用该方法评价城市交通环境可持续发展水平和后续决策指导方面进行了探讨.该方法对AHP法在多个决策单元定量对比分析和DEA体现决策者偏好方面进行了改善.从影响城市交通环境可持续发展水平的城市综合发展、道路设施水平、交通运输功能和交通环境质量等方面出发,建立了城市交通环境可持续发展评价体系,并应用于深圳市实证分析,通过AHP分析认为深圳市2000~2007年城市交通环境可持续发展水平在波动中缓慢上升,再通过27个城市2005年数据DEA有效性分析和投影分析,得到深圳市在城市交通环境可持续发展方面的总体效率为0.9729,并得到了其要达到DEA有效的调整方案和部分政策建议.  相似文献

基于结构方程(SEM)理论,以2008年统计数据为样本对影响城市现代化的测量指标进行了一阶、二阶验证性因素分析,得到了结构方程模型.并以测量指标在因子上的负荷、路径系数为基础构建权重,建立了城市现代化水平综合评价模型.对我国重要城市(直辖市、主要省会城市)现代化水平程度进行了相对评价,得到较为满意的结果.  相似文献

"环境与发展"是21世纪时代的主题,全方位、多视角研究煤炭资源型城市的可持续发展是研究我国区域社会经济持续发展的重要内容和前提条件.提出了基于因子分析法和DEA方法相结合的资源型城市可持续发展能力的评价方法,并以鸡西市为例,选取1995到2006年作为决策单元,评价了该市12年的可持续发展状况,并用理想点法对有效年限进行排序.结果表明:2001年是个转折点,鸡西市从2002年开始各年相对前几年都有效,在DEA有效的年份中2004年排名最后,因此,要增加城市的可持续发展能力,必须突出系统性、整体性原则.  相似文献

In this work, we study scheduling sports competitions at multiple venues, a problem recently introduced by Urban and Russell [T.L. Urban, R.A. Russell, Scheduling sports competitions on multiple venues, European Journal of Operational Research 148 (2003) 302–311]. The distinguishing feature of the problem is that venues come into play when scheduling. We develop beam search and simulated annealing approaches to the problem and its extension. Computational experiments were conducted and algorithms compared and analyzed. We found that the simulated annealing algorithm with specialized neighborhood moves achieved superior solutions in significantly shorter times than the method of Urban and Russell.  相似文献

Kernel smoothers belong to the most popular nonparametric functional estimates used for describing data structure. They can be applied to the fix design regression model as well as to the random design regression model. The main idea of this paper is to present a construction of the optimum kernel and optimum boundary kernel by means of the Gegenbauer and Legendre polynomials. Manufacturing organisations started recognising the importance of sustainability concepts: This is due to increasing government regulations and the consciousness of the sustainable products among the customers. In general, the sustainability concepts are classified into economic, environment and social perspectives. The classification of sustainable concept concerning to manufacturing firms can be material oriented, product design oriented and manufacturing process oriented. Sustainable concept selection is a vital problem for the contemporary manufacturing organisations. The selection process includes multiple criteria, therefore a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method namely, PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organisational Method for Enrichment Evaluation) is used in the study to select the best sustainable concept considering the criteria from social, economical and natural perspectives. The study revealed that the change of material as the best orientation and it implies that the material should be done at the first stage to achieve sustainability in the case organisation.  相似文献

房地产业在我国国民经济中起着重要的作用,通过建立数学模型,从多个角度研究我国的房地产行业的性质与发展态势.首先,建立了基于联立方程组的住房的供给和需求模型,并结合蛛网模型进行分析,发现我国房地产目前处于一个非均衡的阶段;接着,建立了基于VAR模型的房地产行业和国民经济13个主要其他行业关系模型,找到了与房地产业互相影响的产业;再接着建立了基于组合权重的GC-TOSIS法的我国房地产行业态势分析模型,得出近几年房地产的态势不太乐观的结论;并通过态势分析模型得到我国房地产的经济发展情况,并引入可持续发展指数,建立了基于离散Hopfield神经网络的房地产行业可持续发展模型,得到我国房地产行业可持续发展程度以及可持续发展的等级正在逐渐增高.最后,结合以上四个模型,综合分析我国房地产的各个方面的发展趋势,并提供了可行性建议.  相似文献

Ethical values beyond the satisfaction of basic human needs are specific to each society at a given time. Modern societies are confronted to the challenges of disappearing natural resources, fierce competition on global markets, and climate change. In this paper we define ‘good’, and at the same time ‘ethical‘ decisions in the 21st century as being in accordance with the principles of Sustainable Development. Operations Research can assist sustainable decision-making in two ways: (1) through the tools of systems thinking, in particular system dynamics and soft system modelling, to provide insight into the way complex non-linear living systems and human societies function, and help making sustainable decisions, and (2) through educating and training young people in systems thinking. The implementation of Sustainable Development (SD) within an Organization is a difficult task. This is due to the fact that it is difficult to deal with conflicting and incommensurable aspects such as environmental, economic and social dimensions. In this paper we have used a Multi-Criteria Decision Aid (MCDA) methodology to cope with these difficulties. MCDA methodology offers the opportunity to avoid monetary valuation of the different dimensions of the SD. These dimensions are not substitutable for one another and all have a role to play. There is an abundance of possible aggregation procedures in MCDA methodology. In this paper we have proposed an innovative method to choose a suitable aggregation procedure for SD problems. Real life case studies of the implementation of an outranking approach (i.e., ELECTRE) and of a mono-criterion synthesis approach (i.e., MAUT approaches based on the Choquet integral) were done to respectively rank 22 SD strategic actions within an expertise Institute and rank 20 practical operational actions to control energy consumption of the Institute’s buildings.  相似文献
