用传统方法得到的正态总体的方差的置信区间显然不是最短的 ,因而在这个意义上说也不是最佳的 .对从 3到 45的 n及α=0 .2 5 ,0 .2 0 ,0 .1 5 ,0 .1 0 ,0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1 ,0 .0 0 5 ,我们得到了附表一 ,由此可以查出相应的最短置信区间 .同样 ,在对正态总体的方差进行双边检验时 ,传统的方法给出的临界值也不是最佳的 .对如下的 n和 α我们得到了附表二 ,由此可以查出最佳的临界值 .进行计算所需的程序由我们自己编写  相似文献

Infectious disease models with time-varying parameters and general nonlinear incidence rates are analyzed. The functional form of the nonlinear incidence rate is assumed to change in time, due to, for example, environmental factors or a change in population behavior. More specifically, a new SIR model with time-varying parameters and switched nonlinear incidence rate is studied. The stability of the disease-free equilibrium is investigated, as well as disease persistence in the endemic case. A switched epidemic model with generalized compartments and time-varying parameters is also proposed and analyzed. Pulse vaccination and pulse treatment are applied to the new SIR model with seasonality and switched incidence rate. A control strategy with vaccine failure is applied to the switched epidemic model with generalized compartments. The control strategies are analyzed to determine their success in eradicating the disease. Some examples are given, with simulations, to illustrate the threshold conditions found.  相似文献

University and older school students following scientific courses now use complex calculators with graphical, numerical and symbolic capabilities. In this context, the design of lessons for 11th grade pre-calculus students was a stimulating challenge.In the design of lessons, emphasising the role of mediation of calculators and the development of schemes of use in an 'instrumental genesis' was productive. Techniques, often discarded in teaching with technology, were viewed as a means to connect task to theories. Teaching techniques of use of a complex calculator in relation with 'traditional' techniques was considered to help students to develop instrumental and paper/pencil schemes, rich in mathematical meanings and to give sense to symbolic calculations as well as graphical and numerical approaches.The paper looks at tasks and techniques to help students to develop an appropriate instrumental genesis for algebra and functions, and to prepare for calculus. It then focuses on the potential of the calculator for connecting enactive representations and theoretical calculus. The study reported in this article deals with the observed actions of prospective Swedish mathematics teachers as they were working with a modeling situation. These prospective teachers were preparing to teach in Grades 4 to9 or in the gymnasium (Grades 10 to 12) and were students in a course in mathematical modeling. The larger study of which this study was a part focused on these students' understanding of modeling and how they related mathematical models to the real world. This article also attempts to illustrate how mathematics is intertwined with many other subjects, in this case medicine. The literature about maximum of entropy for Markov processes deals mainly with discrete-time Markov chains. Very few papers dealing with continuous-time jump Markov processes exist and none dealing with semi-Markov processes. It is the aim of this paper to contribute to fill this lack. We recall the basics concerning entropy for Markov and semi-Markov processes and we study several problems to give an overview of the possible directions of use of maximum entropy in connection with these processes. Stochastic arithmetic involving addition and multiplication by scalars is studied with an emphasis on the abstract structure of the set of stochastic numbers. New properties of stochastic numbers are obtained such as a special distributivity relation corresponding to the second distributivity law in a vector space. This allows us to introduce algebraic systems abstracting properties of stochastic numbers, with respect to addition and multiplication by scalars. We define axiomatically such systems with group structure and give them a complete characterization in the finite dimensional case. This permits to reduce computation with stochastic numbers to computation in familiar vector spaces.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of a thermoelastic half-space with a permeating substance in contact with the bounding plane in the context of the theory of generalized thermoelastic diffusion with one relaxation time and with variable electrical and thermal conductivity. The bounding surface of the half-space is taken to be traction free and subjected to a time dependent thermal shock. The solution is obtained in the Laplace transform domain by a direct approach. A numerical technique is employed to obtain the solution in the physical domain. It is found that there exist two coupled waves, one of which is elastic and the other is thermal, and a third wave affects diffusion mainly. A comparison is made with the results obtained in a thermoelastic medium with and without diffusion in the following cases : (a) the electrical and thermal conductivities have constant values, (b) the presence of magnetic field and (c) the generalized theory in thermoelasticity. Heat transport at the microscale is of vital importance in microtechnology applications.The heat transport equation is different from the traditional heat transport equation since a second order derivative of temperature with respect to time and a third-order mixed derivative of temperature with respect to space and time are introduced. In this study,we develop a hybrid finite element-finite difference (FE-FD) scheme with two levels in time for the three dimensional heat transport equation in a cylindrical thin film with submicroscale thickness. It is shown that the scheme is unconditionally stable. The scheme is then employed to obtain the temperature rise in a sub-microscale cylindrical gold film. The method can be applied to obtain the temperature rise in any thin films with sub-microscale thickness, where the geometry in the planar direction is arbitrary.  相似文献

Flows with respect to a functor F are introduced as a common generalization of the concepts of F-co-structured sinks and small F-co-structured sources. Appropriate factorization structures for functors are investigated and used to obtain several results that characterize coadjoint functors that have domains with various completeness conditions. When the functor in question is an identity functor, these results reduce to earlier results of Herrlich and Meyer for flows in a category. Functors of the type in question are shown to be nicely behaved with respect to composition. The dual notion of wolfs with respect to a functor is introduced, as is the concept of (co)limit with respect to a functor.  相似文献

We propose in this paper a significant refinement of normal forms for differentiable maps near a fixed point. We give a method to obtain further reduction of classical normal forms with concrete and interesting applications. Our method leads to unique normal forms either with respect to general diffeomorphisms in certain cases or with respect to near identity diffeomorphisms in other cases. Our approach is rational in the sense that if the coefficients of a map are in a field K, so is its normal form. 本文借助一个独特的数据样本,运用媒体对股票的剩余关注度模型,实证研究异常媒体信息量与股票收益之间的关系,以期为投资者进行投资决策提供一定的参考和指导。研究发现:异常媒体信息量越大,该股票在下一个月的平均收益率越低,存在媒体效应;由此所构造的零投资组合经CAPM模型、FF三因素模型和Car-hart四因素模型调整后,均能获取显著的超额收益,结果具有稳健性。此外,实证结果还表明媒体效应所带来的超额收益源于媒体信息量异常大的股票组合的显著低收益,本文认为,这种不对称现象产生的原因可能更多的是由投资者情绪导致的股票价格对媒体报道的过度反应,并进而导致较低的期望收益。  相似文献
