In this paper, we consider a class of Finsler metrics which obtained by Kropina change of the class of generalized m-th root Finsler metrics. We classify projectively flat Finsler metrics in this class of metrics. Then under a condition, we show that every projectively flat Finsler metric in this class with constant flag curvature is locally Minkowskian. Finally, we find necessary and sufficient condition under which this class of metrics be locally dually flat.  相似文献

We extend the notion of representation of a matroid to algebraic structures that we call skew partial fields. Our definition of such representations extends Tutte?s definition, using chain groups. We show how such representations behave under duality and minors, we extend Tutte?s representability criterion to this new class, and we study the generator matrices of the chain groups. An example shows that the class of matroids representable over a skew partial field properly contains the class of matroids representable over a skew field. Next, we show that every multilinear representation of a matroid can be seen as a representation over a skew partial field. Finally we study a class of matroids called quaternionic unimodular. We prove a generalization of the matrix tree theorem for this class.  相似文献

In this paper, we focus on a special class of ideal projectors. With the aid of algebraic geometry, we prove that for this special class of ideal projectors, there exist “good” error formulas as defined by C. de Boor. Furthermore, we completely analyze the properties of the interpolation conditions matched by this special class of ideal projectors, and show that the ranges of this special class of ideal projectors are the minimal degree interpolation spaces with regard to their associated interpolation conditions.  相似文献

l-群的一个类称作是子积类,如果它封闭于取凸l-子群及完全次直积。设u是一个子积类,G是一个l-群。令为G的直和项且G/H∈u}称作是G的一个子积根式.我们在本文中证明了一个子积类U由于积根式映射G→U(G)所决定。我们还证明了在子积类的完备格T中,一组子积类,由子积根式映射所决定,而并则由子积根式映射所决定.这是一个很漂亮的结果。  相似文献

The paper contains three main results. First, we show that if a commutative semigroup variety is a modular element of the lattice Com of all commutative semigroup varieties then it is either the variety $\mathcal{COM}$ of all commutative semigroups or a nilvariety or the join of a nilvariety with the variety of semilattices. Second, we prove that if a commutative nilvariety is a modular element of Com then it may be given within $\mathcal{COM}$ by 0-reduced and substitutive identities only. Third, we completely classify all lower-modular elements of Com. As a corollary, we prove that an element of Com is modular whenever it is lower-modular. All these results are precise analogues of results concerning modular and lower-modular elements of the lattice of all semigroup varieties obtained earlier by Je?ek, McKenzie, Vernikov, and the author. As an application of a technique developed in this paper, we provide new proofs of the ??prototypes?? of the first and the third our results.  相似文献

Full residual finiteness growth of a finitely generated group G measures how efficiently word metric n-balls of G inject into finite quotients of G. We initiate a study of this growth over the class of nilpotent groups. When the last term of the lower central series of G has finite index in the center of G we show that the growth is precisely nb, where b is the product of the nilpotency class and dimension of G. In the general case, we give a method for finding an upper bound of the form nb where b is a natural number determined by what we call a terraced filtration of G. Finally, we characterize nilpotent groups for which the word growth and full residual finiteness growth coincide.  相似文献

In this paper, we construct a special class of subshifts of finite type. By studying the spectral radius of the transfer matrix associated with the subshift of finite type, we obtain an estimation of its topological entropy. Interestingly, we find that the topological entropy of this class of subshifts of finite type converges monotonically to log(n + 1) (a constant only depends on the structure of the transfer matrices) as the increasing of the order of the transfer matrices.  相似文献
