针对具有不同质量投入和服务投入的双渠道供应链,主要研究其成员最优均衡决策问题.构建了包含两个制造商和一个零售商的两级双渠道供应链决策模型;采用微分博弈确定在制造商竞争和合作两种模型下各成员的最优均衡决策及其利润,并着重探讨质量投入系数、服务竞争系数和传统渠道市场占有率这三个关键参数对它们的影响;用算例对该模型进行仿真分析研究结果表明:在竞争模型下零售商的利润随着传统渠道市场占有率、质量投入竞争和服务竞争的增大而增大,但合作模型下的利润与服务竞争无关;制造商合作时制造商的利润之和提高,且两个制造商在两个渠道边际利润和之比在一定范围内,两个制造商会有合作意愿,但零售商的利润下降.研究能够为各成员企业的最优均衡决策提供支持和参考.  相似文献

在需求不确定环境下,研究考虑消费者低碳意识的双渠道供应链的需求信息共享策略。论文考虑由单个零售商和单个进行碳减排的制造商构成的两级双渠道供应链,构建三种情形的模型:信息不共享、信息共享和只有零售商作预测。通过三种情形下供应链中成员最优决策和利润的比较,得到需求信息共享策略对供应链的影响;并进一步研究消费者低碳意识等参数对供应链运营的影响。研究发现,需求信息共享未必使得供应链成员利润均提高,当制造商预测准确度优于零售商时,零售商会选择信息共享,制造商选择信息不共享情形;当零售商比制造商预测准确时,零售商会选择信息不共享的情形,而制造商会选择仅有零售商预测,此时制造商应采取一定的激励措施以获得零售商的预测信息;消费者低碳意识对批发价、零售价、单位产品减排量、供应链成员利润均产生正向影响。  相似文献

研究了碳限额政策下一个制造商和两个零售商构成的二级供应链.根据制造商差别定价或统一定价及两个零售商竞争或合作构建了4个博弈模型,利用逆向归纳法得到了各个模型的均衡决策并进行了比较分析.结果表明:1)制造商的利润在制造商差别定价两个零售商竞争时最大,而在制造商统一定价两个零售商合作时最小.2)供应链的利润在制造商统一定价两个零售商合作时最大,而在制造商差别定价两个零售商竞争时最小.最后,通过数值实验分析了碳限额对供应链成员利润的影响.  相似文献

自有品牌的引入使渠道中制造商和零售商的市场绩效发生了较大变化。本文构建了两个制造商和一个零售商情境下零售商引入自有品牌的模型,分析了在间接渠道和混合渠道两种条件下引入自有品牌对零售商、制造商市场绩效的影响。通过分析表明,在间接渠道和混合渠道下,零售商引入自有品牌后,一方面会导致制造商品牌的批发价格、零售价格和制造商利润的降低,对制造商不利;另一方面能增加渠道总利润、零售商利润及零售商在整个渠道中的利润分成,零售商应该将自有品牌的战略定位为高质高价的品牌,而非低价低质的原始状态型品牌,而制造商单纯靠改变销售渠道模式的策略并不足以对抗自有品牌的冲击。  相似文献

研究了零售商市场需求预测信息分享对双渠道绿色供应链绩效的影响。运用不完全信息动态博弈方法建立并求解零售商信息分享和信息不分享下的绿色供应链决策模型,得到贝叶斯均衡解和各方最优期望利润。研究发现:在双渠道绿色供应链中,若零售商对市场需求预测较为乐观,信息分享使得制造商更有动机提高产品绿色度;此外零售商信息分享总是有利于制造商利润增加,但并非总是使得零售商利润损失。当制造商绿色投资效率较高时,信息分享使得零售商利润增加,反之,信息分享使得零售商利润降低。对整个绿色供应链利润的影响取决于渠道间竞争强度、直销渠道市场份额及制造商绿色投资效率。最后用数值仿真验证了模型和结论的有效性。  相似文献

针对单一制造商和单一零售商组成的供应链,研究了需求受货架和仓库库存水平共同影响的企业间延期支付协调问题.首先根据制造商主导的Stackelberg对策结构,对供应链成员间的决策问题进行了分析;然后为制造商提出了一个改善整个供应链运作效率的延期支付策略,研究结果表明该延期支付模型不仅能提高制造商的利润,而且能提高零售商的利润.最后给出了数值例子,并对模型参数灵敏度进行了分析.  相似文献

考虑消费者低碳偏好,研究具有不同碳减排水平的两种产品定价策略问题,通过建立两零售商之间一致定价和差异化定价策略模型,推导出碳减排水平、价格水平以及供应链利润.比较研究发现,差异化定价策略下的供应链总利润、制造商利润、零售商利润和碳减排水平始终高于一致定价策略下的供应链总利润、制造商利润、零售商利润和碳减排水平,表明差异化定价策略有助于所有的渠道成员和整个供应链都能从中受益,并促进产品碳减排水平的提高.  相似文献

Consider a bilateral monopoly selling to a market with uncertain demand. The retailer has access to a demand signal. The supplier can add a direct channel, which grants it market access as well. The supplier and the retailer can acquire signals from each other with payments. We show that direct selling by the supplier improves information flow to realize system-wide information transparency, which has mixed effects on the profits for the retailer and the system.  相似文献

In this paper we study the optimal pricing strategies when a product is sold on two channels such as the Internet and a traditional channel. We assume a stylized deterministic demand model where the demand on a channel depends on prices, degree of substitution across channels and the overall market potential. We first study four prevalent pricing strategies which differ in the degree of autonomy for the Internet channel. For a monopoly, we provide theoretical bounds for these pricing strategies. We also analyze the duopoly case where an incumbent mixed retailer faces competition with a pure retailer and characterize price equilibria. Finally, through a computational study, we explore the behavior (price and profits) under different parameters and consumer preferences for the alternative channels.  相似文献

Cooperative advertising is a practice that a manufacturer pays retailers a portion of the local advertising cost in order to induce sales. Cooperative advertising plays a significant role in marketing programs of channel members. Nevertheless, most studies to date on cooperative advertising have assumed that the market demand is only influenced by advertising expenditures but not by retail price. This paper addresses channel coordination by seeking optimal cooperative advertising strategies and equilibrium pricing in a two-member distribution channel. We establish and compare two models: a non-cooperative, leader–follower game and a cooperative game. We develop propositions and insights from the comparison of these models. The cooperative model achieves better coordination by generating higher channel-wide profits than the non-cooperative model with these features: (a) the retailer price is lower to consumers; and (b) the advertising efforts are higher for all channel members. We identify the feasible solutions to a bargaining problem where the channel members can determine how to divide the extra profits.  相似文献

Item demands at individual retail stores in a chain often differ significantly, due to local economic conditions, cultural and demographic differences and variations in store format. Accounting for these variations appropriately in inventory management can significantly improve retailers’ profits. For example, it is shown that having greater differences across the mean store demands leads to a higher expected profit, for a given inventory and total mean demand. If more than one inventory shipment per season is possible, the analysis becomes dynamic by including updated demand forecasts for each store and re-optimizing store inventory policies in midseason. In this paper, we formulate a dynamic stochastic optimization model that determines the total order size and the optimal inventory allocation across nonidentical stores in each period. A generalized Bayesian inference model is used for demands that are partially correlated across the stores and time periods. We also derive a normal approximation for the excess inventory from the previous period, which allows the dynamic programming formulation to be easily solved. We analyze the tradeoffs between obtaining information and profitability, e.g., stocking more stores in period 1 provides more demand information for period 2, but does not necessarily lead to higher total profit. Numerical analyses compare the expected profits of alternative supply chain strategies, as well as the sensitivity to different distributions of demand across the stores. This leads to novel strategic insights that arise from adopting inventory policies that vary by store type.  相似文献

We study the effects of product differentiation in a Stackelberg model with demand uncertainty for the first mover. We do an ex-ante and ex-post analysis of the profits of the leader and of the follower firms in terms of product differentiation and of the demand uncertainty. We show that even with small uncertainty about the demand, the follower firm can achieve greater profits than the leader, if their products are sufficiently differentiated. We also compute the probability of the second firm having higher profit than the leading firm, subsequently showing the advantages and disadvantages of being either the leader or the follower firm.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the impact of price-sensitivity factors on characteristics of returns policy contracts in a single-period product supply chain. The contract considers stochastic and price-dependent demand. We present an analytical model and then use numerical methods with the Stackelberg game to identify the contract properties. We numerically show that a returns policy indeed improves supply chain performance. However, the benefits earned from the returns policy, under price-sensitive and variable demand, are different for different supply chain partners. First, when price-sensitivity is high, profit of the manufacturer decreases with increase in demand variability. Second, when price-sensitivity is sufficiently high and demand variability increases, the manufacturer has to surrender part of the profits to the retailer, in order to continue sales. However, even after surrendering part of the profits to the retailer, the manufacturer still earns profits that are higher than those available in a wholesale price contract. Last, from the perspective of division of channel profits, the retailer is always worse off in case of returns policies than in a wholesale price contract. Therefore, to apply this form of incentive in practice, managements should consider the impact of price-sensitivity on the returns policy and its performance.  相似文献
