This paper considers the global exponential stability and exponential convergence rate of impulsive neural networks with continuously distributed delays in which the state variables on the impulses are related to the unbounded distributed delays. By establishing a new impulsive delay differential inequality, a new criterion concerning global exponential stability for these networks is derived, and the estimated exponential convergence rate is also obtained. The result extends and improves on earlier publications. In addition, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the applicability of the result. In this paper, the periodic oscillatory solution and stability are investigated for a class of bidirectional associative memory neural networks with distributed delays and reaction–diffusion terms. By constructing a new Lyapunov functional, applying M-matrix theory and inequality technique, several novel sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence and uniqueness of periodic oscillatory solutions for bidirectional associative memory neural networks with distributed delays and reaction–diffusion terms, and all other solutions of this network converge exponentially to the unique periodic oscillatory solution. Moreover, the exponential convergence rate is estimated, which depends on the delay kernel functions and the system parameters. Two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results. The results extend and improve the previously known results.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with distributed delays is investigated. By establishing an integro-differential inequality with impulsive initial conditions and employing the homeomorphism theory, the M-matrix theory and inequality technique, some new general sufficient conditions ensuring the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with distributed delays are obtained. In particular, the estimate of the exponential convergence rate is also provided, which depends on the system parameters and impulsive disturbed intension. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the results obtained here.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the global exponential stability of fuzzy cellular neural networks with delays and reaction–diffusion terms. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional and utilizing some inequality techniques, we obtain a sufficient condition for the uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium solution for a class of fuzzy cellular neural networks with delays and reaction–diffusion terms. The result imposes constraint conditions on the network parameters independently of the delay parameter. The result is also easy to check and plays an important role in the design and application of globally exponentially stable fuzzy neural circuits.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with bounded and unbounded delays is discussed. Several new sufficient conditions are obtained ensuring the existence and exponential stability of the almost periodic solution for this model based on inequality analysis technique and combing the exponential dichotomy with fixed point theorem. The obtained results are helpful to design globally exponentially stable almost periodic oscillatory neural networks. Two numerical examples and simulations are also given to show the feasibility of our results.  相似文献

For a family of differential equations with infinite delay, we give sufficient conditions for the global asymptotic, and global exponential stability of an equilibrium point. This family includes most of the delayed models of neural networks of Cohen-Grossberg type, with both bounded and unbounded distributed delay, for which general asymptotic and exponential stability criteria are derived. As illustrations, the results are applied to several concrete models studied in the literature, and a comparison of results is given.  相似文献

In this paper, global exponential stability and periodicity of a class of reaction–diffusion recurrent neural networks with distributed delays and Dirichlet boundary conditions are studied by constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals and utilizing some inequality techniques. We first prove global exponential convergence to 0 of the difference between any two solutions of the original neural networks, the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium is the direct results of this procedure. This approach is different from the usually used one where the existence, uniqueness of equilibrium and stability are proved in two separate steps. Secondly, we prove periodicity. Sufficient conditions ensuring the existence, uniqueness, and global exponential stability of the equilibrium and periodic solution are given. These conditions are easy to verify and our results play an important role in the design and application of globally exponentially stable neural circuits and periodic oscillatory neural circuits.  相似文献

In this paper, the problems of determining the global exponential stability and estimating the exponential convergence rate are investigated for a class of neural networks with mixed discrete and distributed time-varying delays. By employing a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is exploited to establish sufficient easy-to-test conditions for the neural networks to be globally exponentially stable, which can be readily solved by using the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toolbox. Three numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the exponential synchronization problem of a class of chaotic delayed neural networks with impulsive and stochastic perturbations. The involved time delays include time-varying delays and unbounded distributed delays. Employing the method of impulsive delay differential inequality, several new sufficient conditions ensuring the exponential synchronization are obtained, which can be easily checked by LMI Control Toolbox in Matlab. Compared with the previous methods, our method does not resort to complicated Lyapunov–Krasovkii, and the results derived are independent of the time-varying delays and do not require the differentiability of delay functions and the monotony of the activation functions. Finally, a numerical example and its simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the stochastic functional differential equations with infinite delay. Some sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the pth moment exponential stability and pth moment global asymptotic stability of stochastic functional differential equations with infinite delay by using Razumikhin method and Lyapunov functions. Based on the obtained results, we further study the pth moment exponential stability of stochastic recurrent neural networks with unbounded distributed delays. The result extends and improves the earlier publications. Two examples are given to illustrate the applicability of the obtained results.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of impulsive Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with time-varying delays and reaction–diffusion is formulated and investigated. By employing delay differential inequality and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) optimization approach, some sufficient conditions ensuring global exponential stability of equilibrium point for impulsive Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with time-varying delays and diffusion are obtained. In particular, the estimate of the exponential convergence rate is also provided, which depends on system parameters, diffusion effect and impulsive disturbed intention. It is believed that these results are significant and useful for the design and applications of Cohen–Grossberg neural networks. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the results obtained here.  相似文献

In this paper the convergence behavior of shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks with unbounded delays and time-varying coefficients are considered. Some sufficient conditions are established to ensure that the solutions of the networks converge locally exponentially to the zero point, which are new and complement of previously known results.  相似文献

This paper investigates delay-dependent robust exponential state estimation of Markovian jumping fuzzy neural networks with mixed random time-varying delay. In this paper, the Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model representation is extended to the robust exponential state estimation of Markovian jumping Hopfield neural networks with mixed random time-varying delays. Moreover probabilistic delay satisfies a certain probability-distribution. By introducing a stochastic variable with a Bernoulli distribution, the neural networks with random time delays is transformed into one with deterministic delays and stochastic parameters. The main purpose is to estimate the neuron states, through available output measurements such that for all admissible time delays, the dynamics of the estimation error is globally exponentially stable in the mean square. Based on the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and stochastic analysis approach, several delay-dependent robust state estimators for such T–S fuzzy Markovian jumping Hopfield neural networks can be achieved by solving a linear matrix inequality (LMI), which can be easily facilitated by using some standard numerical packages. The unknown gain matrix is determined by solving a delay-dependent LMI. Finally some numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper studies scale-type stability for neural networks with unbounded time-varying delays and Lipschitz continuous activation functions. Several sufficient conditions for the global exponential stability and global asymptotic stability of such neural networks on time scales are derived. The new results can extend the existing relevant stability results in the previous literatures to cover some general neural networks.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of global exponential stability and exponential convergence rate for a class of impulsive discrete-time neural networks with time-varying delays. Firstly, by means of the Lyapunov stability theory, some inequality analysis techniques and a discrete-time Halanay-type inequality technique, sufficient conditions for ensuring global exponential stability of discrete-time neural networks are derived, and the estimated exponential convergence rate is provided as well. The obtained results are then applied to derive global exponential stability criteria and exponential convergence rate of impulsive discrete-time neural networks with time-varying delays. Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the obtained criteria.  相似文献

In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point and stability of the cellular neural networks (CNNs) with time-varying delays are analyzed and proved. Several global exponential stability conditions of the neural networks are obtained by the delay differential inequality and matrix measures approach. The obtained results are extensions of the earlier literature. The approach used in this paper is also suitable for delayed Hopfield neural networks and delayed bi-directional associative memory neural networks whose activation functions are often nondifferentiable or unbounded. Two simulation examples in comparison to previous results in literature are shown to check the theory in this paper.  相似文献

In this article, a class of bidirectional associative memory (BAM) fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with time delay in the leakage term, discrete and unbounded distributed delays is formulated to study the global asymptotic stability. This approach is based on the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional with free-weighting matrices. Using linear matrix inequality (LMI), a new set of stability criteria for BAM FCNNs with time delay in the leakage term, discrete and unbounded distributed delays is obtained. Also, the stability behavior of BAM FCNNs is very sensitive to the time delay in the leakage term. In the absence of a leakage term, a new stability criteria is also derived by employing a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and using the LMI approach. Our results establish a new set of stability criteria for BAM FCNNs with discrete and unbounded distributed delays. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed techniques.  相似文献

The paper discusses the global exponential stability in the Lagrange sense for a non-autonomous Cohen–Grossberg neural network (CGNN) with time-varying and distributed delays. The boundedness and global exponential attractivity of non-autonomous CGNN with time-varying and distributed delays are investigated by constructing appropriate Lyapunov-like functions. Moreover, we provide verifiable criteria on the basis of considering three different types of activation function, which include both bounded and unbounded activation functions. These results can be applied to analyze monostable as well as multistable biology neural networks due to making no assumptions on the number of equilibria. Meanwhile, the results obtained in this paper are more general and challenging than that of the existing references. In the end, an illustrative example is given to verify our results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of global exponential stability for a general class of stochastic high-order neural networks with mixed time delays and Markovian jumping parameters. The mixed time delays under consideration comprise both discrete time-varying delays and distributed time-delays. The main purpose of this paper is to establish easily verifiable conditions under which the delayed high-order stochastic jumping neural network is exponentially stable in the mean square in the presence of both mixed time delays and Markovian switching. By employing a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and conducting stochastic analysis, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is developed to derive the criteria ensuring exponential stability. Furthermore, the criteria are dependent on both the discrete time-delay and distributed time-delay, and hence less conservative. The proposed criteria can be readily checked by using some standard numerical packages such as the Matlab LMI Toolbox. A simple example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed testing criteria.  相似文献

Global exponential stability of nonautonomous cellular neural networks with unbounded delays is considered in this paper. By applying Lyapunov functional method, some new sufficient conditions are given for global exponential stability of solutions of the networks. The stability conditions obtained here improve and extend some of the previous conditions. An example is presented to illustrate the applicability of these conditions.  相似文献
