对建筑企业核心竞争力的理论渊源与内涵特征进行了分析,并通过对国内建筑企业的调研,构建了包括建筑引领能力、建筑整合能力和建筑品牌能力三个方面的建筑企业核心竞争力评价指标体系.在此基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判方法(FCE)建立了建筑企业核心竞争力评价模型,并以实例为证,为建筑企业有效的识别与评价其核心竞争力提供了理论依据.  相似文献

企业发展的核心竞争力是技术创新能力,公正客观的评价企业的技术创新能力十分必要,研究新型的企业技术创新能力评价方法对企业的成长和可持续发展有所帮助。本文较为全面的分析了企业技术创新能力的概念、内涵与特征,并对现有的评价方法进行了调研和对比分析。提出企业技术创新能力评价分析时应将企业持续创新能力和经济效益作为评价的重要内容,研究并构建了包括创新支撑和创新主体两个二级指标在内的新的企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,并对指标的重要性进行了划分,以期为企业评价技术创新能力提供参考。  相似文献

基于价值链理论,分析了科技企业孵化器核心竞争力评价机理,得出科技企业孵化器核心竞争力包括战略定位能力、种子选择能力、智能移植能力、成长催化能力和服务增值能力,在此基础上构建了科技企业孵化器的评价指标体系,并结合108份有效调研问卷,利用验证性分析对科技企业孵化器的核心竞争力模型进行了实证分析,结果表明:指标体系构建基本合理,种子选择能力的因子负荷最大、其次为战略定位能力和成长催化能力,智能移植能力和服务增值能力的负荷因子相对较小.  相似文献

以云南省农业竞争力为研究对象,从资源基础竞争力、生产要素竞争力、农业产出竞争力、农业效益竞争力和农业结构与成长竞争力等五个方面选取了22项指标,运用因子分析法评价了云南省16个市(州)的农业竞争力水平,并结合空间差值效果图,阐释了云南省农业竞争力的时空变化情况.文章结论如下:1)近年来云南省农业竞争力整体呈上升趋势,但局部地区如迪庆、怒江和丽江等的农业竞争力有所下降;2)农业经营主体水平及现代化水平、农业经济及资源水平和农业结构水平对云南省农业竞争力的提高具有决定性作用;3)云南省农业竞争力存在空间差异和非均衡特征,中部和西部最强、北部和西北部次之、东北部最弱.  相似文献

随着金融业全方位开放,国有商业银行已成为国家经济命脉的核心,其竞争力强弱关系着国家经济的繁荣与衰退。本文基于模糊FNN-ELECTRE方法建立国有商业银行竞争力评价模型,以因素神经网络理论(FNN)与ELECTRE融合方法为基础,以现有商业银行竞争力评价指标为着眼,把国有商业银行竞争力的评价体系从现实竞争力和潜在竞争力两个因素抽取为一级指标,以规模、质量、业务结构、效率、成长性五个因素设为二级指标。从实证的角度对银行A、银行B、银行C、银行D、银行E五大国有银行进行分析验证,对其属性值进行和谐性与非和谐性检验得出,银行B竞争能力最强,银行E竞争能力最弱,五大国有银行均有改进空间。  相似文献

价值创造是企业的使命目标。企业关键绩效指标体系在价值创造过程中扮演着举足轻重的作用,而有效的绩效指标势必充分考虑了企业责任体的内在驱动因素。制定企业关键绩效指标体系应以价值创造为目标,充分考虑责任体的内在驱动影响。本文以河北联通面向责任体的关键绩效指标体系为例,基于盈利能力、运营能力、发展能力、偿债能力、规模能力五类价值创造目标,构建了责任体层面五项核心要素(激励驱动、市场策略驱动、资源驱动、市场适应性、运营适应性)驱动的价值创造模型。运用层次分析法验证了河北联通面向责任体关键绩效指标体系的各项指标权重,以及其价值创造驱动因素的内在联系和重要性排序,为电信企业围绕价值创造目标选择绩效指标提供了定性分析及定量决策依据。  相似文献

基于模糊AHP建构休闲农业营销绩效评价模式之研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的是以台湾地区休闲农场为研究对象,首先以德尔菲法,结合许多专家意见来建立休闲农业在营销评价指针项目,并以平衡计分卡观点,建构休闲农业绩效评估因素,接着利用模糊层级分析法分析出休闲农场在营销服务方面相关因素及权重比,并推导各因素构面重要性及大小顺序,提供业者作为一有效经营参考指标.研究结果显示:休闲农业营销绩效评价指标有3项一级指标(主构面),14项二级指标(次构面).在一级评价指标当中,依序为游客满意度(0.564)、游客贡献度(0.247)、休闲农场对游客吸引力(0.189).在对应于一级指标中,各二级指针最重要项目分别为:年度游客量(0.086)、服务满意度(0.116)、年净利润(0.154).而依两层级串联后权重值×100得知,14项指标中最重要的前三项分别为:游客对休闲农场人员服务满意度(6.543)、整体环境满意度(4.738)、餐饮满意度(5.584).  相似文献

台商对大陆投资区位选择受地区市场因素、集聚因素、劳动力因素及基础设施基本政策等因素的影响.研究利用1995年至2007年台商投资区位选择的面板数据,首先验证了台商投资区位选择受到经济规模、区域开放程度、台商集聚度、劳动成本等关键因素的影响;并在此基础上,采用变系数面板数据模型重点分析了影响因素的时变特征.主要结论包括:外贸依存度指标的变化表现了台商投资由向外出口产品的模式逐渐转向在国内市场销售的模式;区域资金配套能力表明台商企业近些年呈现了对当地资金配套的需求;集聚因素影响显著性极高,说明台资企业的集聚现象非常显著,这与当前实际发展情况相似;劳动力因素结果说明台商对于劳动力的关注已从劳动力成本向劳动力质量转变等等.这些因素的时变特征,对台商投资大陆区位选择的行为是具有较强的解释力度.  相似文献

Personal Excursions: Investigating the Dynamics of Student Engagement   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We investigate the dynamics of student engagement as it is manifest in self-directed, self-motivated, relatively long-term, computer-based scientific image processing activities. The raw data for the study are video records of 19 students, grades 7 to 11, who participated in intensive 6-week, extension summer courses. From this raw data we select episodes in which students appear to be highly engaged with the subject matter. We then attend to the fine-grained texture of students’ actions, identifying a core set of phenomena that cut across engagement episodes. Analyzed as a whole, these phenomena suggest that when working in self-directed, self-motivated mode, students pursue proposed activities but sporadically and spontaneously venture into self-initiated activities. Students’ recurring self-initiated activities – which we call personal excursions – are detours from proposed activities, but which align to a greater or lesser extent with the goals of such activities. Because of the deeply personal nature of excursions, they often result in students collecting resources that feed back into both subsequent excursions and framed activities. Having developed an understanding of students’ patterns of self-directed, self-motivated engagement, we then identify four factors that seem to bear most strongly on such patterns: (1) students’ competence (broadly construed); (2) features of the software-based activities, and how such features allowed students to express their competence; (3) the time allotted for students to pursue proposed activities, as well as self-initiated ones; and (4) the flexibility of the computational environment within which the activities were implemented.  相似文献

正确评价我国软件服务外包产业核心竞争力并提取关键影响因素,有利于找出产业发展中存在的问题,也为制定产业发展政策提供可靠依据。根据产业核心竞争力内涵,基于钻石模型,构建了软件服务外包产业核心竞争力评价指标体系,通过评价值最小差距最大化组合赋权方法计算多种权重的组合权重,并对我国典型的18个城市软件服务外包产业核心竞争力进行实证分析。最小差距最大化组合赋权模型消除了在不同赋权方法下评价排序不一致的缺陷,并最大程度地区分了评价结果之间的差距,提高了评价结果的科学性和可靠性  相似文献

The purpose of this work is to assess the importance of environmental factors in a supply chain with four partners as a preliminary step to select the competitive strategies and objectives. To achieve this purpose, a real case study was carried out in a footwear supply chain, in which two approaches were used: the grey system theory and uncertainty analysis tools for composite indicators. In order to validate both approaches, a seven-phase research methodology was developed and applied to our case study. In addition, the priorization of environmental factors was calculated individually for each partner. The results allow managers to establish the competitive strategy that best suits the prioritization of the most relevant factors and to define the most appropriate objectives where the supply chain should invest its efforts and resources.  相似文献

A competence set is a collection of skills used to solve a problem. Based on deduction graph concepts, this paper proposes a method of finding an optimal process so as to expand a decision maker's competence set to enable him to solve his problem confidently. Using the concept of minimum spanning tree, Yu and Zhang addressed the problem of the optimal expansion of competence sets. In contrast, the method proposed here enjoys the following advantages: it can deal with more general problems involving intermediate skills and compound skills; it can find the optimal solution by utilizing a 0–1 integer program; and it can be directly extended to treat multilevel competence set problems, and thus is more practically useful.This work was supported by the National Science Council, Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China, Grant No. NSC-81-0301-H-009-501.  相似文献

Eco-efficiency is a matter of concern at present that is receiving increasing attention in political, academic and business circles. Broadly speaking, this concept refers to the ability to create more goods and services with less impact on the environment and less consumption of natural resources, thus involving both economic and also ecological issues. In this paper we propose the use of directional distance functions and Data Envelopment Analysis techniques to assess eco-efficiency. More specifically, we show how these functions can be used to compute a wide range of indicators representing different objectives regarding economic and ecological performance. This methodological approach is applied to a sample of Spanish olive-growing farms to illustrate its great potential to provide policymakers and farm managers with sound information as a basis for strategic decision making. We also suggest further avenues to explore in this burgeoning line of research.  相似文献

Taiwan has become the fourth largest semiconductor manufacturer worldwide within only 25 years. Taiwan’s success in developing its semiconductor industry has been widely recognized. Building a semiconductor industry in a developing country is costly, risky, and requires long-term accumulations of capital, technology, human resources, and production capacity. The development process depends on environmental interactions, which should be studied in an integrated and holistic manner. Using system dynamics methodology, this study analyses the development experience of the Taiwanese semiconductor industry, in order to provide better insight into the long-term industrial development process. The study also simulates the proposed model in one historical setting and two future scenarios. Implications for the development of the semiconductor industry in Taiwan and other Asian countries are discussed.  相似文献
