Generalized Vector Equilibrium Problems with Trifunctions   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In this paper, we study the existence of strong and weak solutions of the generalized vector equilibrium problems for trifunctions. Two special classes of vector-valued trifunctions are introdcued, called the classes of (SPM) and (GPM), respectively. Some existence results for strong solutions associated to functions of these classes are given.  相似文献

We present an existence result for an equilibrium problem formulated with trifunctions, which is motivated by variational inequalities governed by quasimonotone operators. To prove the existence result, we define the dual problem, and some monotonicity notions for trifunctions. From the main result follow, among others, the Browder–Minty theorem for variational inequalities and Ky Fan’s Minimax theorem. Some applications for mixed equilibrium problems and variational inequalities are given.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study solvability of two classes of functional equations and a class of system of functional equations arising in dynamic programming of multistage decision processes. By using fixed point theorems, a few existence and uniqueness theorems of solutions and iterative approximation for solving these classes of functional equations are established. Under certain conditions, some existence theorems of coincidence solutions for the class of system of functional equations are shown. Some examples are given to demonstrate the advantage of our results than existing ones in the literature.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the generalized vector equilibrium problems in real Hausdorff topological vector space settings. The concepts of weak solutions and strong solutions are introduced. Several new results of existence for the weak solutions and strong solutions of generalized vector equilibrium problems are derived. In this paper, we are concerned with the existence of convergent or divergent solutions of two-dimensional nonlinear difference system of the form (?)xn+1=anxn+bnf(yn), yn=cnyn-1+dng(xn). We classify their solutions according to asymptotic behavior and give some sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of solutions of such classes by using the method of the fixed point theorem. We also give an example and show how the results can he applied to certain difference systems.  相似文献

We deal with a Hamilton-Jacobi equation with a Hamiltonian that is discontinuous in the space variable. This is closely related to a conservation law with discontinuous flux. Recently, an entropy framework for single conservation laws with discontinuous flux has been developed which is based on the existence of infinitely many stable semigroups of entropy solutions based on an interface connection. In this paper, we characterize these infinite classes of solutions in terms of explicit Hopf-Lax type formulas which are obtained from the viscosity solutions of the corresponding Hamilton-Jacobi equation with discontinuous Hamiltonian. This also allows us to extend the framework of infinitely many classes of solutions to the Hamilton-Jacobi equation and obtain an alternative representation of the entropy solutions for the conservation law. We have considered the case where both the Hamiltonians are convex (concave). Furthermore, we also deal with the less explored case of sign changing coefficients in which one of the Hamiltonians is convex and the other concave. In fact in convex-concave case we cannot expect always an existence of a solution satisfying Rankine-Hugoniot condition across the interface. Therefore the concept of generalised Rankine-Hugoniot condition is introduced and prove existence and uniqueness.  相似文献

The paper deals with the study of the existence of weak positive solutions for a new class of the system of parabolic differential equations with respect to the symmetry conditions by using sub-super solutions method. Our results are natural extensions from our previous ones in (Bol. Soc. Mat. Mex. 2019; 25:145-162) and (Appl. Math E-Notes. 2018; 18:209-218), where we have already studied the existence of positive solutions for some classes of Laplacian elliptic problems by using one classical method.  相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with strong solutions to the Cauchy problem for the incompressible Magnetohydrodynamic equations. By the Galerkin method, energy method and the domain expansion technique, we prove the local existence of unique strong solutions for general initial data, develop a blow‐up criterion for local strong solutions and prove the global existence of strong solutions under the smallness assumption of initial data. In this paper, we develop a theorem for the existence of global solutions of an initial value problems for a class of second-order impulsive integro-differential equations of mixed type in a real Banach space. The results obtained are the generalizations and improvements of various recent results. As an application of the theorem, the existence of global solutions of two mixed boundary value problems for two classes of fourth-order impulsive differential equations are established.  相似文献

In this paper, we show the existence of the strong solutions for the coupled suspension bridge equations. Furthermore, existence of the strong global attractors is investigated using a new semigroup scheme. Since the solutions of the coupled equation have no higher regularity and the semigroup associated with the solutions is not continuous in the strong Hilbert space, the results are new and appear to be optimal.  相似文献

We are concerned with the existence of time periodic solutions of nonlinear wave equations on n-dimensional spheres. The existence of nontrivial periodic solution in case 0 is a solution is proved. the existence of multiple, especially infinitely many, time periodic solutions is established for several classes f nonlinear terms which satisfy some symmetry properties such as time translation invariance or oddness. Furhermore, this paper also studies the effect of perturbations which are not small and which destroy the symmetry, and shows how multiple solutions persist despite the nonsymmetric perturbations if the growth of nonlinear term at infinity is suitable controlled.  相似文献

In this paper, we present an algebraic sufficient condition for the existence of a selection of optimal solutions in a parametric optimization problem that are totally ordered, but not necessarily monotone. Based on this result, we present necessary and sufficient conditions that ensure the existence of totally ordered selections of minimum cuts for some classes of parametric maximum flow problems. These classes subsume the class studied by Arai et al. [Discrete Appl. Math. 41 (1993) 69–74] as a special case.  相似文献
