Abstract

A subgroup of a group G is said to be S-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G. A subgroup H of a group G is said to be S-quasinormally embedded in G if every Sylow subgroup of H is a Sylow subgroup of some S-quasinormal subgroup of G. In this paper we examine the structure of a finite group G under the assumption that certain abelian subgroups of prime power order are S-quasinormally embedded in G. Our results improve and extend recent results of Ramadan [Ramadan, M. (2001). The influence of S-quasinormality of some subgroups of prime power order on the structure of finite groups. Arch. Math. 77:143–148].  相似文献

Suppose that G is a finite group and H is a subgroup of G. H is said to be S-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G; H is said to be S-quasinormally embedded in G if for each prime p dividing |H|, a Sylow p-subgroup of H is also a Sylow p-subgroup of some S-quasinormal subgroup of G. We investigate the influence of S-quasinormally embedded subgroups on the structure of finite groups. Some recent results are generalized.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group. A subgroup H of G is said to be weakly S-embedded in G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that HK is S-quasinormal in G and HKH seG , where H seG is the subgroup generated by all those subgroups of H which are S-quasinormally embedded in G. We say that a subgroup H of G is weakly τ-embedded in G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that HK is S-quasinormal in G and HKH seG , where H seG is the subgroup generated by all those subgroups of H which are τ-quasinormal in G. In this paper, we study the properties of weakly S-embedded and weakly τ-embedded subgroups, and use them to determine the structure of finite groups.  相似文献

A subgroup of a group G is said to be Sylow-quasinormal (S-quasinormal) in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G. A subgroup H of a group G is said to be Supplement-Sylow-quasinormal (SS-quasinormal) in G if there is a supplement B of H to G such that H is permutable with every Sylow subgroup of B. In this article, we investigate the influence of SS-quasinormal of maximal or minimal subgroups of Sylow subgroups of the generalized Fitting subgroup of a finite group.  相似文献

We say that a subgroup H of a finite group G is nearly S-permutable in G if for every prime p such that (p, |H|) = 1 and for every subgroup K of G containing H the normalizer N K (H) contains some Sylow p-subgroup of K. We study the structure of G under the assumption that some subgroups of G are nearly S-permutable in G.  相似文献

Summary A subgroup H of a group G is said to be π-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G, and H is said to be π-quasinormally embedded in G if for each prime dividing the order of H, a Sylow p-subgroup of H is also a Sylow p-subgroup of some π-quasinormal subgroups of G. We characterize p-nilpotentcy of finite groups with the assumption that some maximal subgroups, 2-maximal subgroups, minimal subgroups and 2-minimal subgroups are π-quasinormally embedded, respectively.  相似文献

Suppose that H is a subgroup of a finite group G. H is called π-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G; H is called π-quasinormally embedded in G provided every Sylow subgroup of H is a Sylow subgroup of some π-quasinormal subgroup of G; H is called c-supplemented in G if there exists a subgroup N of G such that G = HN and HNH G = Core G (H). In this paper, finite groups G satisfying the condition that some kinds of subgroups of G are either π-quasinormally embedded or c-supplemented in G, are investigated, and theorems which unify some recent results are given.   相似文献

A subgroup A of a finite group G is called {1≤G}-embedded in G if for each two subgroups KH of G, where K is a maximal subgroup of H, A either covers the pair (K,H) or avoids it. Moreover, a subgroup H of G is called nearly m-embedded in G if G has a subgroup T and a {1≤G}-embedded subgroup C such that G?=?HT and HTCH. In this paper, we mainly prove that G is solvable if and only if its Sylow 3-subgroups, Sylow 5-subgroups and Sylow 7-subgroups are nearly m-embedded in G.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group. A subgroup H of G is said to be weakly s-supplemented in G if there exists a subgroup K of G such that G = HK and HK ≤ H s G , where H s G is the subgroup of H generated by all those subgroups of H which are s-quasinormal in G. In this article, we investigate the structure of G under the assumption that some families of subgroups of G are weakly s-supplemented in G. Some recent results are generalized.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group. A subgroup H of G is said to be SS-quasinormal in G if there is a subgroup K such that \(G=HK\) and \(HS=SH\), for all \(S\in \) Syl(K), where Syl(K) denotes the collection of all Sylow subgroups of K. A subgroup H of G is said to be SS-supplemented in G if there is a subgroup K such that \(G=HK\) and \(H\cap K\) is SS-quasinormal in G. In this paper, we investigate the SS-supplemented subgroups and strengthen a result of Skiba which gives a positive answer to an open question of Shemetkov.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group and H a subgroup of G. We say that H is an ?-subgroup in G if NG(H) ∩ Hg ≤ H for all g ∈ G; H is called weakly ?-subgroup in G if G has a normal subgroup K such that G = HK and HK is an ?-subgroup in G. We say that H is weakly ? -embedded in G if G has a normal subgroup K such that HG = HK and HK is an ?-subgroup in G. In this paper, we investigate the structure of the finite group G under the assumption that some subgroups of prime power order are weakly ?-embedded in G. Our results improve and generalize several recent results in the literature.  相似文献

Consider some finite group G and a finite subgroup H of G. Say that H is c-quasinormal in G if G has a quasinormal subgroup T such that HT = G and TH is quasinormal in G. Given a noncyclic Sylow subgroup P of G, we fix some subgroup D such that 1 < |D| < | P| and study the structure of G under the assumption that all subgroups H of P of the same order as D, having no supersolvable supplement in G, are c-quasinormal in G.  相似文献

Suppose that G is a finite group and H is a subgroup of G. H is said to be S-quasinormally embedded in G if for each prime p dividing the order of H, a Sylow p-subgroup of H is also a Sylow p-subgroup of some S-quasinormal subgroup of G; H is said to be an SS-quasinormal subgroup of G if there is a subgroup B of G such that G=HB and H permutes with every Sylow subgroup of B. Let G be a finite group. Two subgroups H and K of G are said to permute if áH,K? = HK = KH\langle H,K\rangle = HK = KH. A subgroup H of G is S-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G. In this paper we investigate the influence of S-quasinormality of some subgroups of prime power order of a finite group on its supersolvability.  相似文献

A subgroup H is called Q-supplemented in a finite group G, if there exists a subgroup K of G such that G = HK and H ∩ K is contained in H QG , where H QG is the maximal quasinormal subgroup of G contained in H. In this article, we investigate the influence of Q-supplementation of some primary subgroups in finite groups. Some recent results are generalized.  相似文献

A subgroup H is called ?-supplemented in a finite group G, if there exists a subgroup B of G such that G = HB and H 1 B is a proper subgroup of G for every maximal subgroup H 1 of H. We investigate the influence of ?-supplementation of Sylow subgroups and obtain a condition for solvability and p-supersolvability of finite groups.  相似文献

A subgroup H of a finite group G is called a c*-normal subgroup of G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that G = HK and H ∩ K is an S-quasinormal embedded subgroup of G. In this paper, the structure of a finite group G with some c*-normal maximal subgroups of Sylow subgroups is characterized and some known related results are generalized.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group and H ≤ G. The subgroup H is called: S-permutable in G if HP = PH for all Sylow subgroups P of G; S-permutably embedded in G if each Sylow subgroup of H is also a Sylow subgroup of some S-permutable subgroup of G.

Let H be a subgroup of a group G. Then we say that H is SQ-supplemented in G if G has a subgroup T and an S-permutably embedded subgroup C ≤ H such that HT = G and TH ≤ C.

We study the structure of G under the assumption that some subgroups of G are SQ-supplemented in G. Some known results are generalized.  相似文献
