One of the purposes of this paper is to construct the twisted q-Euler numbers by using p-adic invariant integral on Zp in the fermionic sense. Moreover, we consider the twisted Euler q-zeta functions and q-l-functions which interpolate the twisted q-Euler numbers and polynomials at a negative integer.  相似文献

In this paper, we shall define the renormalization of the multiple q-zeta values (MqZV) which are special values of multiple q-zeta functions ζq (s1,..., Sd) when the arguments are all positive integers or all non-positive integers. This generalizes the work of Guo and Zhang (Renormalization of Multiple Zeta Values, arxiv: math/0606076v3). We show that our renormalization process produces the same values if the MqZVs are well-defined originally and that these renormalizations of MqZV satisfy the q-stuffle relations if we use shifted-renormalizations for all divergent ζq(S1,..., sd) (i.e., s1 ≤ 1). Moreover, when q ↑ 1 our renormalizations agree with those of Guo and Zhang.  相似文献

In this paper, we systematically recover the identities for the q-eta numbers ηk and the q-eta polynomials ηk(x), presented by Carlitz [L. Carlitz, q-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials, Duke Math. J. 15 (1948) 987–1000], which we define here via generating series rather than via the difference equations of Carlitz. Following a method developed by Kaneko et al. [M. Kaneko, N. Kurokawa, M. Wakayama, A variation of Euler’s approach to the Riemann zeta function, Kyushu J. Math. 57 (2003) 175–192] for a canonical q-extension of the Riemann zeta function, we investigate a similarly constructed q-extension of the Hurwitz zeta function. The details of this investigation disclose some interesting connections among q-eta polynomials, Carlitz’s q-Bernoulli polynomials -polynomials, and the q-Bernoulli polynomials that emerge from the q-extension of the Hurwitz zeta function discussed here.  相似文献

In the paper, we obtain the existence of symmetric or monotone positive solutions and establish a corresponding iterative scheme for the equation (ϕ p (u′))′+q(t)f(u) = 0, 0 < t < 1, where ϕ p (s):= |s| p−2 s, p > 1, subject to nonlinear boundary condition. The main purpose of this paper is to construct a family of modified p-adic twisted functions, which interpolate the modified twisted q-Bernoulli polynomials and the generalized twisted q-Bernoulli numbers at negative integers. Big q-Jacobi functions are eigenfunctions of a second-order q-difference operator L. We study L as an unbounded self-adjoint operator on an L 2-space of functions on ℝ with a discrete measure. We describe explicitly the spectral decomposition of L using an integral transform ℱ with two different big q-Jacobi functions as a kernel, and we construct the inverse of ℱ.   相似文献

We prove a new relation for the multiple q-zeta values (MqZV’s). It is a q-analogue of the Ohno-Zagier relation for the multiple zeta values (MZV’s). We discuss the problem of determining the dimension of the space spanned by MqZV’s over ℚ, and present an application to MZV. The j-function j(z) = q−1+ 744 + 196884q + ⋅s plays an important role in many problems. In [7], Zagier, presented an interesting series of functions obtained from the j-function: jm(ζ) = (j(ζ) – 744)∨T0(m), where T0(m) is the usual m′th normalized weight 0 Hecke operator. In [3], Bruinier et al. show how this series of functions can be used to describe all meromorphic modular forms on SL2(ℤ). In this paper, the author obtains that the multilinear operators of strongly singular integral operators and their dual operators are bounded from some L^p(R^n) to L^p(R^n) when the m-th order derivatives of A belong to L^p(R^n) for r large enough. By this result, the author gets the estimates for the Sharp maximal functions of the multilinear operators with the m-th order derivatives of A being Lipschitz functions. It follows that the multilinear operators are (L^p, L^p)-type operators for 1 〈 p 〈 ∞.  相似文献

Since in the case q > 1, q-Bernstein polynomials are not positive linear operators on C[0,1], the study of their approximation properties is essentially more difficult than that for 0<q<1. Despite the intensive research conducted in the area lately, the problem of describing the class of functions in C[0,1] uniformly approximated by their q-Bernstein polynomials (q > 1) remains open. It is known that the approximation occurs for functions admit ting an analytic continuation into a disc {z:|z| < R}, R > 1. For functions without such an assumption, no general results on approximation are available. In this paper, it is shown that the function f(x) = ln (x + a), a > 0, is uniformly approximated by its q-Bernstein polynomials (q > 1) on the interval [0,1] if and only if a ≥ 1.   相似文献

In [1], we defined c(G), q(G) and p(G). In this paper we will show that if G is a p-group, where p is an odd prime and |G| ≤ p 4, then c(G) = q(G) = p(G). However, the question of whether or not there is a p-group G with strict inequality c(G) = q(G) < p(G) is still open.  相似文献

We study anisotropic mixed norm spaces h(p,q,α) consisting of n-harmonic functions on the unit polydisc of by means of fractional integro-differentiation including small 0 < p < 1 and multi-indices α = (α 1,...,α n ) with non-positive α j  ≤ 0. For p∈{3,4} and all p′>p, with p′ coprime to p, we obtain fermionic expressions for the combination χ 1,s p,p+q Δ χ p−1,s p,p of Virasoro (W 2) characters for various values of s, and particular choices of Δ. Equating these expressions with known product expressions, we obtain q-series identities which are akin to the Andrews–Gordon identities. For p=3, these identities were conjectured by Bytsko. For p=4, we obtain identities whose form is a variation on that of the p=3 cases. These identities appear to be new. The case (p,p′)=(3,14) is particularly interesting because it relates not only to W 2, but also to W 3 characters, and offers W 3 analogues of the original Andrews–Gordon identities. Our fermionic expressions for these characters differ from those of Andrews et al. which involve Gaussian polynomials. Given 1≤ p,q < ∞, let BLpLq be the class of all Banach lattices X such that X is isometrically lattice isomorphic to a band in some Lp(Lq)-Banach lattice. We show that the range of a positive contractive projection on any BLpLq-Banach lattice is itself in BLpLq. It is a consequence of this theorem and previous results that BLpLq is first-order axiomatizable in the language of Banach lattices. By studying the pavings of arbitrary BLpLq-Banach lattices by finite dimensional sublattices that are themselves in this class, we give an explicit set of axioms for BLpLq. We also consider the class of all sublattices of Lp(Lq)-Banach lattices; for this class (when p/q is not an integer) we give a set of axioms that are similar to Krivine’s well-known axioms for the subspaces of Lp-Banach spaces (when p/2 is not an integer). We also extend this result to the limiting case q = ∞.  相似文献

L p approximation capability of radial basis function (RBF) neural networks is investigated. If g: R +1R 1 and ∈ L loc p (R n ) with 1 ≤ p < ∞, then the RBF neural networks with g as the activation function can approximate any given function in L p (K) with any accuracy for any compact set K in R n , if and only if g(x) is not an even polynomial. A compact Riemann surface X of genus g≥2 which admits a cyclic group of automorphisms C q of prime order q such that X/C q has genus 0 is called a cyclic q-gonal surface. If a q-gonal surface X is also p-gonal for some prime p≠q, then X is called a multiple prime surface. In this paper, we classify all multiple prime surfaces. A consequence of this classification is a proof of the fact that a cyclic q-gonal surface can be cyclic p-gonal for at most one other prime p.  相似文献

Carlitz has introduced an interesting q-analogue of Frobenius-Euler numbers in [L. Carlitz, q-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials, Duke Math. J. 15 (1948) 987-1000; L. Carlitz, q-Bernoulli and Eulerian numbers, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 76 (1954) 332-350]. He has indicated a corresponding Stadudt-Clausen theorem and also some interesting congruence properties of the q-Euler numbers. A recent author's study of more general q-Euler and Genocchi numbers can be found in previous publication [T. Kim, L.C. Jang, H.K. Pak, A note on q-Euler and Genocchi numbers, Proc. Japan Acad. Ser. A Math. Sci. 77 (2001) 139-141]. In this paper we give a new construction of q-Euler numbers, which are different from Carlitz's q-extension and author's q-extension in previous publication (see [T. Kim, L.C. Jang, H.K. Pak, A note on q-Euler and Genocchi numbers, Proc. Japan Acad. Ser. A Math. Sci. 77 (2001) 139-141]). By using our q-extension of Euler numbers, we can also consider a new q-extension of Genocchi numbers and obtain some interesting relations between q-extension of Euler numbers and q-extension of Genocchi numbers.  相似文献
