主要研究了一个建立线上线下双渠道的零售商,如何进行定价协调零售商线上线下的水平冲突,并最终到达零售商整体的利润的优化.根据实际情况引入了销售努力补偿的协调机制,并通过算例分析发现当零售商对其网络渠道提供合适的销售努力程度时,零售商的利润可以得到优化.并在双渠道的零售商实现水平协调的基础上,考虑供应链垂直方向上因零售商和制造商双方博弈下带来了双重边际效应,进一步设计了收入共享契约,研究表明当零售商提供合适的收入分配比时,可以实现制造商和零售商利润的优化,实现了供应链成员Pareto改进,这样零售商双渠道就实现了水平和垂直方向的全协调,供应链成员的利润得到了优化.  相似文献

在制造业服务化转型过程中,传统的产品供应链转变为了产品服务供应链,为顾客提供产品和服务,服务可以由制造商或零售商提供,权力结构会对服务渠道的选择产生影响。本文通过建立博弈模型,研究了制造商为核心、零售商为核心以及制造商与零售商权力均等三种权力结构下最优服务渠道的选择问题,并应用两部定价契约对最优服务渠道的结果进行协调。研究发现,当制造商为核心时,最优的服务渠道为零售商提供服务,当零售商为核心时,最优的服务渠道为制造商提供服务,当制造商与零售商权力均等时,不存在最优的服务渠道。两部定价契约可以实现最优服务渠道的协调,最后通过数值仿真对结论进行了验证。  相似文献

考虑消费者低碳偏好,研究具有不同碳减排水平的两种产品定价策略问题,通过建立两零售商之间一致定价和差异化定价策略模型,推导出碳减排水平、价格水平以及供应链利润.比较研究发现,差异化定价策略下的供应链总利润、制造商利润、零售商利润和碳减排水平始终高于一致定价策略下的供应链总利润、制造商利润、零售商利润和碳减排水平,表明差异化定价策略有助于所有的渠道成员和整个供应链都能从中受益,并促进产品碳减排水平的提高.  相似文献

基于收益共享契约协调的二级供应链, 在考虑市场竞争环境中需求转移为非线性的情况下,探讨供应商增加直销渠道的条件,并研究双渠道供应链中供应商在直销渠道上的最优定价,总的最优生产量及零售商的最优订货量,研究表明,在一定直销渠道建设成本范围内,供应商加入直销渠道会增加供应商以及供应链的总期望收益,但会减小零售商的期望收益.文中通过解析和数值分析指出,供应商采用网络收益共享契约可以减小零售渠道与直销渠道的冲突,提高系统收益,实现双渠道供应链的协调.  相似文献

本文研究零售商占主导、供应商自有资金有限的二级供应链如何通过契约实现协调的问题。在预付款融资的基础上加入期权契约方法,构建用于预付款融资的期权契约模型,并求解出该模型下所能协调供应链的契约参数与此时零售商供应商双方的最优决策系统。研究表明当供应商自有资金大于等于某临界值时通过预付款融资下的期权契约可实现供应链协调。若小于则无法通过该契约协调,并且供应商自有资金约束越大,零售商最优订购数量越多,同时供应商的最优生产数量随着自有资金的减少而减少,供应链的参与者及整个供应链的利润也随着供应商自有资金的减少单调递减;另外,相比于无融资下的期权契约,预付款模式能提高零售商、供应商以及整个供应链的收益。  相似文献

在双渠道闭环供应链中考虑零售商具有公平关切行为倾向,针对集中、分散两种决策情形分别建立双渠道闭环供应链定价模型,研究和对比了两种不同决策情形对直销价格、零售价格、回收价格及供应链系统利润的影响.研究表明,分散决策情形的系统利润要低于集中决策情形的系统利润;制造商提供一个由批发价格、直销价格和回收转移价格组成的协调契约可以协调双渠道闭环供应链,但该契约只对零售商有利,对制造商不利,为此,通过增加一个利润共享补充协议或两部定价补充协议可以有效协调双渠道闭环供应链,实现制造商和零售商的双赢;而零售商公平关切行为的存在将增强零售商参与协调时的议价能力,进一步影响零售商利润分享比例或零售商支付给制造商固定费用的变化范围.  相似文献

以制造商和零售商组成的绿色产品闭环供应链构建了政府对绿色产品仅生产补贴、仅回收补贴以及生产和回收同时补贴的3类绿色供应链模型.运用博弈论方法进行求解,研究发现:3类绿色供应链模型中的产品绿色度、市场需求量、制造商利润、零售商利润均与绿色度敏感系数成正相关关系.仅生产补贴和仅回收补贴两类绿色供应链模型中绿色度敏感系数满足一定条件时产品零售价与之成负相关关系.政府对绿色产品仅生产补贴时的市场需求量、绿色度、制造商利润、零售商利润均优于仅回收补贴和生产和回收同时补贴情形.政府对绿色产品生产和回收同时补贴时企业利润反而并不是最大的.因此,政府应加大对绿色产品的生产补贴力度,获得补贴的制造商应加大绿色产品研发力度.这样产品的绿色度得以进一步提升,环境得以进一步改善.  相似文献

为研究同时考虑零售商竞争与第三方回收闭环供应链的定价决策及协调问题, 分别建立了集中与分散决策模式下的闭环供应链优化模型, 并提出了基于改进K-S法的协调机制。研究表明:在分散式闭环供应链决策下, 较之两零售商与第三方, 制造商总是可以获得最大的利润。两零售商在产品价格上竞争程度的增强不仅可以有效提高产品销量, 同时对废旧产品的回收也起到了很好地促进作用。闭环供应链成员企业间的合作策略能有效消除系统的“双重边际”效应, 且较之零售商及第三方回收商, 制造商的合作动力更强。  相似文献

This paper analyzes channel pricing in multiple distribution channels under competition between a national brand (NB) and a store brand (SB), where an NB can be distributed both through a direct channel (e-channel) and an indirect channel (local stores) but an SB can be distributed only through an indirect channel. We first explore cross-brand and cross-channel pricing policies. Formulating the problem as a Nash pricing game, we reach two findings: (1) brand loyalty building is profitable for both an NB and an SB; and (2) marketing decisions are more restrictive for an NB channel than they are for the SB channel. We next assess supply chain coordination and reach two findings: (1) wholesale price change does not coordinate the supply chain and (2) an appropriate combination of markup and markdown prices can achieve both supply chain coordination and a win–win outcome for each channel.  相似文献

考虑了生产绿色产品供应链中,由于制造商由于加大绿色产品投入而面临资金约束时,零售商是否应该参与融资的问题。分别研究了在分散决策和集中决策下,存在资金约束的制造商采用预付款融资策略和银行贷款融资策略对供应链中企业最优决策的影响。给出了不同融资策略下,制造商和零售商的最佳决策。研究表明,在制造商存在资金约束的绿色产品供应链中,在集中决策和分散决策的情况下,零售商都应该采取提前付款折扣为0的融资策略参与制造商融资。同时,对于生产绿色产品的供应链,零售商应对制造商采取激励措施,促使制造商进行绿色技术创新生产绿色度更高的产品,从而扩大市场提高竞争力。最后,应用数值模拟对结论进行进一步验证。  相似文献

The inherent uncertainty in supply chain systems compels managers to be more perceptive to the stochastic nature of the systems' major parameters, such as suppliers' reliability, retailers' demands, and facility production capacities. To deal with the uncertainty inherent to the parameters of the stochastic supply chain optimization problems and to determine optimal or close to optimal policies, many approximate deterministic equivalent models are proposed. In this paper, we consider the stochastic periodic inventory routing problem modeled as chance‐constrained optimization problem. We then propose a safety stock‐based deterministic optimization model to determine near‐optimal solutions to this chance‐constrained optimization problem. We investigate the issue of adequately setting safety stocks at the supplier's warehouse and at the retailers so that the promised service levels to the retailers are guaranteed, while distribution costs as well as inventory throughout the system are optimized. The proposed deterministic models strive to optimize the safety stock levels in line with the planned service levels at the retailers. Different safety stock models are investigated and analyzed, and the results are illustrated on two comprehensively worked out cases. We conclude this analysis with some insights on how safety stocks are to be determined, allocated, and coordinated in stochastic periodic inventory routing problem. In the existing literature, most of the purchasing models were developed only for retailers problem ignoring the constraint of storage capacity of retailers shop/showroom. In this paper, we have developed a deterministic model of wholesaler-retailers' problem of single product. The storage capacity of wholesaler's warehouse/showroom and retailers' showroom/shop are assumed to be finite. The items are transported from wholesaler's warehouse to retailers' Own Warehouse (OW) in a lot. The customer's demand is assumed to be displayed inventory level dependent. Demands are met from OW and that spaces of OW will immediately be filled by shifting the same amount from the Rented Warehouse (RW) till the RW is empty. The time duration between selling from OW and filling up its space by new ones from RW is negligible. According to relative size of the retailers' existing (own) warehouse capacity and the demand factors, different scenarios are identified. Our objectives are to optimize the cost functions of wholesaler and two retailers separately. To solve this problem, a real coded Genetic Algorithm (GA) with roulette wheel selection/reproduction, whole arithmetic crossover and non-uniform mutation is developed. Finally a numerical example is presented to illustrate the results for different scenarios. To compare the results of GA, Generalised Reduced Gradient Method has been used for the problem. Also, a sensitivity analysis has been performed to study the variations of the optimal average cost with respect to the different parameters.  相似文献

民以食为天,随着生活水平的不断提高,生鲜农产品在消费结构中的重要性越来越突出,本文将期权思想引入生鲜农产品供应链运作当中,针对由一个零售商和一个供应商组成的二级生鲜农产品供应链,结合生鲜农产品的自然属性,考虑在途损耗对产品数量的影响以及保鲜投入对产品新鲜度的影响,运用CVaR模型研究了零售商的风险规避程度对供应链决策的影响以及期权契约协调机制。研究表明,期权机制可实现风险在供需双方之间共担,可解决随机需求下生鲜农产品供应链的协调问题并合理分配整体利润;仅当零售商的风险规避程度较低时系统协调和帕累托改进才能同时达成。  相似文献

Coordination of decentralized supply chains using contract design is a problem that has been widely addressed in the literature. We consider a divergent supply chain including a supplier and several retailers producing fashion products with short sale seasons. The retailers cooperate with the supplier as sales agents; i.e., they work in the framework of revenue sharing contracts. Because of their proximity to the market, retailers can provide more accurate demand forecasts to the supplier that is used to decide on issues such as capacity building and market prices with regard to retailers stiff due dates, different lead times and different price-dependent demand functions. To ensure abundant supply and cope with the demand variability, the retailers have an incentive to exaggerate their private forecast information. In this study, we propose a new rewarding-punishing coordination mechanism based on trust between supply chain tiers, considered as a differentiation factor between honest and deceptive partners. An optimization model is developed as a building block of this mechanism. An approximation method is used to simplify and solve the problem. The model is then implemented using Monte-Carlo simulation in four different situations, according to 10 different strategies for forecast information sharing. The findings from the tests show that the mechanism including trust as a decisional factor performs better than ‘No Trust’ mechanism in all situations. These results suggest that taking into account Trust in designing coordination mechanism may have significant influence on the financial performance of the supply chain.  相似文献
