人不是管理的奴隶,而是主动按规范工作的主人;管理不是目的,而是保证企业运行的手段。作为企业的一员,他既是生产,同时又是管理。七十-八十年代,美日商战以美国受挫告一段落,传统的管理理论受到严重的挑战。本通过对企业化的引入,阐述了企业化对传统管理的挑战与支持,并在矛盾中达到统一;进而探讨二之间融合的可能性,描述了优秀的企业化所应具有的特性;从而对未来的管理作了乐观的展观。  相似文献

A finite-range electromagnetic (EM) theory containing both electric and magnetic charges constructed using two vector potentials Aμ and Zμ is formulated in the spacetime algebra (STA) and in the algebra of the three-dimensional physical space (APS) formalisms. Lorentz, local gauge and EM duality invariances are discussed in detail in the APS formalism. Moreover, considerations about signature and dimensionality of spacetime are discussed. Finally, the two formulations are compared. STA and APS are equally powerful in formulating our model, but the presence of a global commuting unit pseudoscalar in the APS formulation and the consequent possibility of providing a geometric interpretation for the imaginary unit employed throughout physics lead us to prefer the APS approach.  相似文献

We propose a general-purpose algorithm APS (Adaptive Pareto-Sampling) for determining the set of Pareto-optimal solutions of bicriteria combinatorial optimization (CO) problems under uncertainty, where the objective functions are expectations of random variables depending on a decision from a finite feasible set. APS is iterative and population-based and combines random sampling with the solution of corresponding deterministic bicriteria CO problem instances. Special attention is given to the case where the corresponding deterministic bicriteria CO problem can be formulated as a bicriteria integer linear program (ILP). In this case, well-known solution techniques such as the algorithm by Chalmet et al. can be applied for solving the deterministic subproblem. If the execution of APS is terminated after a given number of iterations, only an approximate solution is obtained in general, such that APS must be considered a metaheuristic. Nevertheless, a strict mathematical result is shown that ensures, under rather mild conditions, convergence of the current solution set to the set of Pareto-optimal solutions. A modification replacing or supporting the bicriteria ILP solver by some metaheuristic for multicriteria CO problems is discussed. As an illustration, we outline the application of the method to stochastic bicriteria knapsack problems by specializing the general framework to this particular case and by providing computational examples.  相似文献

A complex and, equivalently, hyperbolic extension of the algebra of physical space (APS) is discussed that allows one to distinguish space-time vectors from paravectors of APS, while preserving the natural origin of the Minkowski space-time metric. The CAPS formalism is Lorentz covariant and gives expression to persistent vectors in physical space as time-like planes in space-time. Commuting projectors ${P_{\pm} = \frac{1}{2} (1 \pm h)}$ project CAPS onto two-sided ideals, one of which is APS. CAPS has the same dimension as the space-time algebra (STA) if both are considered real algebras, and it distinguishes covariant roles of elements, as does STA. Its structure, however, is closer to APS, with a volume element that belongs to the center of the algebra and a simple relation between space-times of opposite signature. Furthermore, CAPS, unlike STA, distinguishes point-like space-time inversion of a Dirac spinor from a physical rotation. To illustrate its use, CAPS is applied to the Dirac equation and to the fundamental symmetry transformations of the equation and Dirac spinors. The physical interpretations of both the equation and the spinor are clarified, and it is seen that the space-time frame ${\{\gamma_{\mu}\}}$ arises fully from relative vectors and does not imply the existence of an absolute space-time frame.  相似文献

This paper presents a mixed integer programming (MIP) model which succeeds in a system integration of the production planning and shop floor scheduling problems. The proposed advanced planning and scheduling (APS) model explicitly considers capacity constraints, operation sequences, lead times and due dates in a multi-order environment. The objective of the model is to seek the minimum cost of both production idle time and tardiness or earliness penalty of an order. The output of the model is operation schedules with order starting time and finish time. Numerical result shows that the suggested APS model can favorably produce optimal schedules.  相似文献

Since the basic reasoning of Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRPII) systems is flawed, a new breed of concepts called Advanced Planning and Scheduling systems (APS) have recently emerged to overcome the problems occurring on the shop floor. In this study, we develop improved and extended mixed integer programming formulations for APS systems at the factory planning level. First, we develop a basic model which explicitly considers capacity constraints, operation sequences, processing times, and due dates in a multi-machine, multi-order, multi-item environment where an item can be processed on a given set of eligible machines. The extensions to the basic model include sequence dependent setups, and transfer times between machines. We also show that our model with a little modification could be used to quote delivery times for customer orders in case due dates are not specified. We provide numerical examples and our conclusions along with future research directions.  相似文献

In this article we discuss the asymptotic expansions of the zeta-determinants of Dirac Laplacians on a compact manifold with boundary when the boundary part is stretched. In [12] the author studied the same question under the assumption of no existence of L2 - and extended L2 -solutions of Dirac operators when the boundary part is stretched to infinite length. Therefore, the results in this article generalize those in [12]. Using the main results we obtain the formula describing the ratio of two zeta-determinants of Dirac Laplacians with the APS boundary conditions associated with two unitary involutions σ1 and σ2 on ker B satisfying Gσi = -σi G. We also prove the adiabatic decomposition formulas for the zeta-determinants of Dirac Laplacians on a closed manifold when the Dirichlet or the APS boundary condition is imposed on partitioned manifolds, which generalize the results in [10] and [11].  相似文献

For Dirac-type operator D on a manifold X with a spectral boundarycondition (defined by a pseudodifferential projection), the associated heatoperator trace has an expansion in integer and half-integer powers and log-powersof t; the interest in the expansion coefficients goes back to the work of Atiyah,Patodi and Singer. In the product case considered by APS, it is known that allthe log-coefficients vanish when dim X is odd, whereas the log-coefficients atinteger powers vanish when dim X is even. We investigate here whether this partialvanishing of logarithms holds more generally. One type of result, shown forgeneral D with well-posed boundary conditions, is that a perturbation of Dby a tangential differential operator vanishing to order k on the boundaryleaves the first k log-power terms invariant (and the nonlocal power termsof the same degree are only locally perturbed). Another type of result is thatfor perturbations of the APS product case by tangential operators commuting withthe tangential part of D, all the logarithmic terms vanish when dim X is odd(whereas they can all be expected to be nonzero when dim X is even). The treatmentis based on earlier joint work with R. Seeley and a recent systematic parameter-dependentpseudodifferential boundary operator calculus, applied to the resolvent.  相似文献
