谈案例教学法在概率论与数理统计教学中的应用

为了提高学生对概率论与数理统计知识的实际运用能力,针对概率论与数理统计学科特点,选取了几个教学案例,探讨了案例教学在这门学科教学中的优势和作用.本文着重从案例教学的思想来研究如何加强概率论与数理统计课程的应用性教学.

服务管理差距与服务质量差距之间关系模型的研究

在服务质量差距分析模型的基础上,基于服务管理差距和服务质量差距测评体系,运用结构方程建模方法,建立了企业内部服务管理差距与顾客感知服务质量差距之间的关系路径图和关系模型,定量研究了四个服务管理差距对服务质量差距的影响关系、服务管理差距测评指标对相应的四个服务管理差距的影响关系,为顾客感知服务质量差距的测量和评价提供了技术和方法.结合某外语培训学校服务管理实际进行了案例研究,为企业服务质量的诊断和改进提供了科学依据.     

Mesh-dependent stability for finite element approximations of parabolic equations with mass lumping

In this paper, based on some mesh-dependent estimates on the extreme eigenvalues of a general finite element system defined on a simplicial mesh, novel and sharp bounds on the permissible time step size are derived for the mass lumping finite element approximations of parabolic equations. The bounds are dependent not only on the mesh size but also on the mesh shape. These results provide guidance to the stability of numerical solutions of parabolic problems in relation to the unstructured geometric meshing. Numerical experiments on both uniform meshes and adaptive meshes are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.     

控股股东对上市公司股利分配倾向的影响及实证分析——来自沪市A股上市公司的经验证据

当前对股利政策的研究主要集中在产权对股利政策的影响、自由现金流对股利政策的影响、公司过渡投资行为对股利政策的影响以及宏观经济波动对股利政策的影响等,而缺乏控股股东对股利政策的影响研究.现实中,控股股东对股利政策具有较大的影响,围绕控股股东对上市公司股利分配倾向的影响进行深入分析.具体而言,以2013-2014年度上证A股数据,建立Log斌ic模型和多元线性回归模型分析控股股东的几方面特征对股利分配倾向产生的多种影响.研究从理论上客观地评价了控股股东对股利分配倾向的影响,现实中对维护中小股东权益有重要意义.

Laplace-Beltrami differentiability of positive definite kernels on the sphere

This contribution gives results on the action of the Laplace-Beltrami derivative on sufficiently smooth kernels on the sphere, those defined by absolutely and uniformly expansions generated by a family of at least continuous functions. Among other things, the results show that convenient Laplace-Beltrami derivatives of positive definite kernels on the sphere are positive definite too. We also include similar results on the action of the Laplace-Beltrami derivative on condensed spherical harmonic expansions.     

Optimal uniform approximation on angles by entire functions

The paper discusses the best or optimal uniform approximation problem by entire functions on a closed angle Δ. This problem has been studied by M.V. Keldysch in [4], under the assumption that the functions ? subject to approximation are holomorphic in a larger angle containing Δ and there is no restriction on the growth of ? at infinity. In [8], the problem was investigated for a wider class of functions ? continuously complex differentiable on Δ, with sharper estimates on the growth of approximating entire functions, linked with the growth of ? on Δ and the differential properties of ? on the boundary of Δ. In this paper, we improve some of the results on entire approximation on angles, using new approximation ideas partially presented in [9] and [10].

本文主要研究了卷积型Calderón-Zygmund算子在一些端点空间上的有界性.在较弱的正则性条件下,利用原子-分子分解和基于n维Daubechies小波基的算子分析,建立了算子在端点Triebel-Lizorkin空间F0,q1上的有界性.     

Preconditioning cubic spline collocation discretizations of elliptic equations

Summary. This work considers the uniformly elliptic operator defined by in (the unit square) with boundary conditions: on and on and its discretization based on Hermite cubic spline spaces and collocation at the Gauss points. Using an interpolatory basis with support on the Gauss points one obtains the matrix . We discuss the condition numbers and the distribution of -singular values of the preconditioned matrices where is the stiffness matrix associated with the finite element discretization of the positive definite uniformly elliptic operator given by in with boundary conditions: on on . The finite element space is either the space of continuous functions which are bilinear on the rectangles determined by Gauss points or the space of continuous functions which are linear on the triangles of the triangulation of using the Gauss points. These results are related to the results of Manteuffel and Parter [MP], Parter and Wong [PW], and Wong [W] for finite element discretizations as well as the results of Parter and Rothman [PR] for discretizations based on Legendre Spectral Collocation. The inverse spectral problem for a Stieltjes eight-shaped string

We consider a spectral problem generated by the Stieltjes string equation on a metric figure-of-eight graph and the corresponding inverse problem which is stated as follows. Values of the point masses located on one of the loops and the lengths of subintervals on it are given together with the spectrum of the spectral problem on the whole graph, the total length of the second loop and the length of the first subinterval on it, and a certain constant. Values of the masses and the lengths of subintervals on the second loop are to be found. Conditions sufficient for such a problem to be solvable are given in the implicit form. An algorithm for recovering the masses and the subintervals on the second loop is proposed.
