A new flavellagic acid derivative, 3,3',4,4'-tetra-O-methylflavellagic acid and six known compounds were isolated from the stems of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa while a new phloroglucinol, named rhodomyrtosone I, and six known compounds were isolated from the fruit. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses as well as by comparisons with related compounds.  相似文献

Two new guaianolides, 8alpha-hydroxy-11alpha,13-dihydroglucozaluzanin C and 11alpha,13-dihydroglucozaluzanin C, were isolated from Ainsliaea fragrans, along with two known guaianolides, 8alpha-hydroxy-11alpha,13-dihydrozaluzanin C and glucozaluzanin C. The structures of the new compounds were unambiguously established by HR-ESI-MS, one-dimensional (1D) (DEPT), two-dimensional (2D) ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, ROESY) NMR experiments and by comparison with structurally related compounds. The known compounds were identified by comparison of spectral data with published references. Some NMR data of the known compounds were reported for the first time.  相似文献

Chemical investigations on the marine soft coral Lobophytum sp., collected from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, yielded two new acyl glycerol monoalkyl ethers along with two known compounds of this series (1a-d), and a new ceramide (4a). Two new compounds, namely taenialactam C and globorin A (1 and 2), as well as six known compounds, cornoside (3), 2-phenylethyl-b-D-glucoside (4), 3-isopropyl-5-acetoxycyclohexene-2-one-1 (5), 4-methyl-phenol (6), 5-[(2S)-2-aminobutyl]-2-methyl-phenol (7), and 1-(4-methylphenyl)-1-propanone (8) were isolated from wild Phaeocystis globosa. The structures of the new compounds were established by detailed spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with spectral data of related known compounds. The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparing their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. This paper also reports toxicity properties of the eight compounds against the brine shrimp Artemia salina and juvenile Epinephelus akaara fish. Some of these compounds showed significant lethality on the brine shrimp A. salina and the juvenile E. akaara fish.  相似文献

From the chloroform extract of the aerial parts of Salvia xanthocheila, one new triterpene, together with two known diterpenes, two known flavonoids and a phytosterol was isolated. On the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including electron ionisation mass spectra, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1-D nuclear Overhauser effect, distortionless enchancement by polarisation transfer, H,H correlation spectroscopy, heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence, rotating frame Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy spectra and comparison with spectral data of known compounds, the structure of new compounds was established as 1β,3β-dihydroxy-olean-9(11),12-dienyl (1). The five known compounds (2-6) were 7α-acetoxyroyleanone, taxodione, salvigenin, apigenin-7,4'-dimethyl ether and β-sitosterol, respectively. These known structures are isolated from the aerial parts of S. xanthocheila for the first time.  相似文献

Continuous investigation of the CHCl3‐soluble and n‐hexane fractions of the leaves of Litsea acutivena Hayata (Lauraceae) led to the isolation of one new butanolide, acutilactone ( 1 ), one new lactone, 4‐nonacosyl‐dihydrofuran‐2‐one ( 2 ), together with 15 known compounds. The known compounds included one butanolide, one norisoprenoid, one quinone, two steroids, one triterpenoid, one coumarin, two fatty acids, one amide, and five other compounds. An extract of Keiskea japonica MIQ. showed an inhibitory effect on hyaluronidase activity. From the extract, four new phenylpropanoids, two new maltol glycosides, two new monoterpene glycosides, and two new phenolic compounds were isolated together with 19 known compounds. Among these constituents, two phenylpropanoids and a flavone glucuronide were revealed as hyaluronidase inhibitors.  相似文献

A new sesquilignan, erythro-Guaiacylglycerol-beta-O-4'-(5')-methoxylariciresinol, together with six known compounds including three sesquilignans and three dilignans, have been isolated from Campylotropis hirtella (Franch.) Schindl. that was used as traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia. All these known compounds were found for the first time from the family leguminosae. The structure of the new compound and its relative configurations were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). These compounds showed no obvious inhibition effect on prostate specific antigen secretion in LNCaP cells by ELISA method.  相似文献

One new 1,3-diphenylpropane, viscolin (1), and one new flavanone, (2S)-7,4'-dihydroxy-5,3'-dimethoxyflavanone (2), together with thirty-nine known compounds, which included eleven known flavanones, two chromones, fourteen benzenoids, one inositol, two pyrimidines, four triterpenoids and five steroids, were isolated and characterized from Viscum coloratum. Structures of new compounds were determined by spectral analysis. Two new phenanthrenes dendrodevonin A and B, two new aliphatic acids dendrodevonic acid A and B, along with ten known compounds, were isolated from the stems of Dendrobium devonianum. The structures of new compounds were elucidated on the basis of MS and NMR spectroscopic data, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The cytotoxicities of isolates towards HT-29 cell were discussed, and 4-methoxy-2,7-phenanthrenediol exhibited inhibitory activity compared with other studied compounds.  相似文献
