Isovaleraldehyde possesses malty,fruity,cocoa-like odor and is widely used in fruit,chocolate,coffee flavors.The preparation of natural isovaleraldehyde by the Maillard model reaction was studied in this paper.The effects of the ratio of D-glucose/L-leucine, reaction temperature and pH value on the yield of isovaleraldehyde were explored.The optimum conditions were as follows: n(D-glucose):n(L-leucine)=4,temperature 150℃,reaction time 3 h,pH 5.The highest yield of isovaleraldehyde obtained was about 32%.  相似文献

The kinetics of the diazotization reaction of procaine in the presence of anionic micelles of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and cationic micelles of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), dodecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (DDTAB) and tetradecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (TDTAB) were carried out spectrophotometrically at λmax = 289 nm. The values of the pseudo first order rate constant were found to be linearly dependent upon the [NaNO2] in the concentration range of 1.0 × 10−3 mol dm−3 to 12.0 × 10−3 mol dm−3 in the presence of 2.0 × 10−2 mol dm−3 acetic acid. The concentration of procaine was kept constant at 6.50 × 10−5 mol dm−3. The addition of the cationic surfactants increased the reaction rate and gave plateau like curve. The addition of SDS micelles to the reactants initially increased the rate of reaction and gave maximum like curve. The maximum value of the rate constant was found to be 9.44 × 10−3 s−1 at 2.00 × 10−3 mol dm−3 SDS concentration. The azo coupling of diazonium ion with β-naphthol (at λmax = 488) nm was found to linearly dependent upon [ProcN2+] in the presence of both the cationic micelles (CTAB, DDTAB and TDTAB) and anionic micelles (SDS). Both the cationic and anionic micelles inhibited the rate of reactions. The kinetic results in the presence of micelles are explained using the Berezin pseudophase model. This model was also used to determine the kinetic parameters e.g. km, Ks from the observed results of the variation of rate constant at different [surfactants].  相似文献

An efficient one-pot synthesis of α, β-unsaturated esters through the aerobic oxidation – Wittig tandem reaction of alcohols and phosphorous ylide is developed. This new method operates under mild reaction conditions, and uses CuI/TEMPO (TEMPO = 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-N-oxyl) as co-catalyst and air (O2) as the oxidant. It tolerates a wide range of functionalized benzylic alcohol and aliphatic alcohols.  相似文献

An efficient and an operationally simple Palladium-catalyzed domino reaction for the synthesis of N-aryl quinolinone-3-carboxylate derivatives has been developed via the reaction between diethyl 2-(2-bromobenzylidine) malonate and anilines. These newly synthesized compounds exhibited good to moderate anti-proliferative activity with GI50 values ranging from 0.41 µM to 45.77 µM. Among them, compounds 6j, 6k and 6m demonstrated potential activity particularly against MCF-7 (breast) and KB (oral) cancer cell lines.  相似文献

An Aza-Wittig reaction of 1,1′-bis(triphenylphosphoranylidenamino)-ferrocene with 3-isocyanato-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-1-oxyl and subsequent intramolecular [2+2]-cycloaddition of the bis(carbodiimide) intermediate was used for the synthesis of a 1,3-diazetidine-2,4-diimine moiety bearing two radical groups and bridging the cyclopentadienyl (Cp) rings. According to single-crystal X-ray data, the planar 2,4-diimino-1,3-diazetidine moiety adopts a perpendicular orientation with respect to the eclipsed Cp rings. One of the radical groups lies almost within the plane of the four-membered 1,3-diazetidine ring, while the other has a conformationally preferred orientation with dihedral angles ±62.3°. The two Cp rings are constricted by the 1,3-diazetidine-2,4-diimine moiety so that the angle between their planes is 11.0°. The synthesized diradical contains ferrocene and nitroxide redox signaling units that can be oxidized step-by-step at E1/2 = 0.26 and 0.48 V (vs Fc/Fc+), respectively. Electron spin resonance spectroscopy revealed a moderate exchange interaction (|J|  aN) between the two nitroxide radical moieties and the following values of zero-field splitting parameters: ∣D∣ = 3.5 mT and E/D = 0 were obtained. These data were in agreement with density functional theory calculations. The newly developed approach to multispin systems may be interesting for the construction of weakly coupled rigid polyradicals for quantum technologies, the molecular design of magnets, and the creation of ferrocene-based electron-paramagnetic-resonance–active chemical sensors.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) with various ketones in acetone produces the new phosphonium salts [RC(O)CH2PPh2(CH2)2PPh2CH2C(O)R]X2 (R = 2-naphtyl, X = Br (1); R = 2,4-dichlorophenyl, X = Cl (2); R = 3-nitrophenyl, X = Br (3)). Further treatment with a base gives the symmetrical phosphorus ylides, RC(O)CHPPh2(CH2)2PPh2CHC(O)R (R = 2-naphtyl (4), 2,4-dichlorophenyl (5), 3-nitrophenyl (6)). These ligands react with Pd(II) chloride to form C,C-chelated complexes with the composition [RC(O)CHPPh2(CH2)2PPh2CHC(O)R]PdCl2, where R = 2-naphtyl (7), 2,4-dichlorophenyl (8), 3-nitrophenyl (9). These compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic methods and consist of seven-membered rings formed by the coordination of the ligands through the two ylidic carbon atoms to the metal center. The structure of compound 5 has been characterized crystallographically. The palladium complex 9 is employed in the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction between phenylboronic acid and several aryl halides. It was found to be a competent catalyst for a variety of substrates to afford the coupled products in high yields using DMF as a solvent. The biaryl products were obtained under aerobic conditions in short reaction times with a lower loading of the catalyst (0.001 mol%).  相似文献

Nitrogen doped carbon nanosheets supported molybdenum carbides nanoparticles (MoxC/NCS) have been synthesized by tuning the mass ratio of melamine and ammonia molybdate. We succeeded in the asymmetric nitroaldol (Henry) reaction of aromatic aldehydes with nitromethane using human serum albumin (HSA) in water at neutral pH. The reaction of 4-nitrobenzaldehyde smoothly proceeded for 24 h at 30 °C to afford the corresponding (R)-2-nitro-1-(4-nitrophenyl)ethanol (27% ee). Lowering the reaction temperature to 0 °C improved the enantioselectivity (53% ee). Although the denatured HSA also catalyzed the coupling reaction, no enantioselectivity was observed. The reaction was also applicable to other substrates bearing various substitutions on the benzene ring, and the ee of (R)-1-(biphenyl-4-yl)-2-nitroethanol was up to 79% ee.  相似文献

The oxalates content has caused limited utilizations of taro (Colocasia esculenta) as a food material. The insoluble oxalates, especially needle like calcium oxalate crystal may cause irritation, and swelling of mouth and throat. Removal of oxalates in food can be done by physical processes, such as soaking, boiling, and cooking or chemical process by converting them into soluble phases. The purpose of this research were to investigate the effects of baking soda concentration (0-10% w/w) and temperatures (70-97 °C) on the reduction of calcium oxalate content in the taro corm chips and to develop a kinetic model of that process during boiling in baking soda solution. The kinetic model development was done by considering the dissolution of calcium oxalate, chemical reaction and thermal degradation that take place during boiling. The experimental results showed that increasing of baking soda concentration and temperatures were found to increase the reduction of calcium oxalate in the taro corm chips. Based on the product's functional properties, the best condition for calcium oxalate reduction was soaking in 10% w/w baking soda solution for 2 hours followed by boiling at 90 °C for 60 minutes. The kinetic modeling concluded that the calcium oxalate reduction was found to follow a pseudo first order reaction. The modeling results showed that the model is able to represent the phenomena quite well with the apparent reduction rate constant, k = 15.77 Exp (21.239)/RT minute-1.  相似文献

An adiabatic quantum dynamical model is introduced to solve a paradox with respect to the role of the CO vibration in the OH + CO(v)  H + CO2 reaction. The previous agreement of five-dimensional diabatic with six-dimensional results for CO(v = 0), which erroneously suggested that the CO bond acts as a spectator, is due to a compensation of effects. For CO(v = 1), the reduced dimensionality adiabatic model approximates better the full-dimensional results. Whether AB acts as a spectator in a reaction with X cannot be decided on the basis of a diabatic calculation for AB(v = 0) + X only.  相似文献

Two simple, rapid, sensitive, low-cost, and accurate methods (A and B) for the microdetermination of amantadine HCl (AMD) in pure form and in pharmaceutical formulations are developed. Method A is based on the formation of tris (o-phenanthroline)-iron(II) complex (ferroin) upon reaction of amantadine HCl with an iron (III)-o-phenanthroline mixture in sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer media. The ferroin complex is spectrophotometrically measured at λmax 509 nm against reagent blank. Method B is based on the reduction of Fe (III) by the drug which forms colored complex (λmax 521 nm) with 2,2′-bipyridyl. Optimizations of the experimental conditions are described. Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration ranges 0.4–10 and 0.6–22 μg mL?1 using 1,10-phenanthroline and 2,2′-bipyridyl, respectively. The developed methods have been successfully applied for the determination of AMD in bulk drugs and in pharmaceutical formulations. The common excipients and additives did not interfere in their determinations.  相似文献

The thermal behavior of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazol-5-one (ATO) was studied under non-isothermal condition by DSC method in a sealed cell of stainless steel. The melting enthalpy and melting entropy of ATO are 21.34 ± 0.49 kJ mol−1 and 46.54 ± 0.30 J mol−1 K−1, respectively. The kinetic parameters were obtained from the analysis of DSC curves by Kissinger method, Ozawa method, the differential method and the integral method. The main exothermic decomposition reaction mechanism of ATO is classified as nucleation and growth, and the kinetic parameters of the reaction are Ea = 119.50 kJ mol−1 and A = 109.03 s−1. The gas products and condensed phase products of the thermal decomposition of ATO were studied on two simultaneous devices of the fast thermolysis reaction cell (gas reaction cell) in situ in conjunction with rapid scan transform infrared spectroscopy (RSFT-IR) and the solid reaction cell in situ. The heat of formation (HOF) for ATO was evaluated by G3 theory. The detonation velocity (D) and detonation pressure (P) were estimated by using the well-known Kamlet–Jacobs equation, based on the theoretical HOF and the determined crystal density.  相似文献

A visible spectrophotometric method has been developed for the reaction kinetics of o-phenylenediamine in the presence of gold (III). The method is based on the measurement of the absorbance of the reaction o-phenylenediamine and gold (III). Optimum conditions for the reaction were established as pH 6 at λ = 466 nm.When the reaction kinetic of o-phenylenediamine by gold (III) was investigated, it was observed that the following rate formula was found as ln (A/A0) = kt, according to absorbance measurements. The activation energy Ea and Arrhenius constant A were calculated from the Arrhenius equation as 1.009 kJ · mol−1 and 3.46 · 10−2 s−1, respectively. Other activation thermodynamic parameters, entropy, ΔS (J · mol−1 · K−1), enthalpy, ΔH (kJ · mol−1), Gibbs free energy, ΔG (kJ · mol−1) and equilibrium constant, Ke were calculated at T = (283.2, 303.2, 323.2, and 343.2) K. The study was exothermic due to the decrease of entropy and was a non-spontaneous process during activation.  相似文献

Calorimetric enthalpies of reaction have been measured for the overall biochemical reaction{pyrophosphate(aq)  +  H2O(l)  =  2phosphate (aq)} . The reaction was catalyzed by alkaline phosphatase and, to simplify the thermochemistry, was carried out in the absence of Mg 2 + (aq). Measurements were performed with phosphate buffer ( pH  =  7.19 and 7.94), PIPES buffer ( pH  =  7.13), and HEPES buffer ( pH  =  7.86). The results of these measurements were analyzed by using an equilibrium model. These calculations lead to the standard molar enthalpy changeΔrHmo =   (17.3  ±  0.6)kJ·mol  1 (temperature T =  298.15 K and ionic strengthI =  0) for the reference reaction{HP2O73  (aq)  +  H2O(l)  =  2HPO42  (aq)  +  H + (aq)} . Values of the apparent equilibrium constantK for the overall biochemical reaction from the literature were also analyzed by using the equilibrium model in order to obtain what is believed to be a reliable value for the equilibrium constantK =  4.7 · 10  4 for the reference reaction. The values ofK and ΔrHmo for the reference reaction have been used together with values from the CODATA tables to calculate standard molar formation properties for the pyrophosphate species.  相似文献

A green and efficient method have been developed for the synthesis of quaternary centered and spiro-barbiturate-tetrahydrothiophene hybrids via Knoevenagel condensation,1,4-thia-Michael and intramolecular Aldol reactions using “on water” concept under catalyst-free conditions. Systematic studies were carried out to find the role of the water and total reaction concentration (0.086 M) to promote the reaction in two steps (one-pot). The use of water as a reaction medium, catalyst-free conditions, broad substrate scope, one-pot approach for the creation of quaternary centered and spiro molecules are the advantages of this method.  相似文献

A one-pot, three-component condensation reaction of 2-aminobenzothiazole, 2-naphthol and appropriate aldehydes catalyzed by heteropolyacid (HPA) in an aqueous medium afforded the Mannich adduct 2′-aminobenzothiazolomethylnaphthols at 45 °C under ultrasound irradiation. The thermodynamic properties of binary liquid mixtures of (aldehyde + alcohol) are strongly influenced by chemical reactions in particular around and below ambient temperature. In two previous publications the chemical reaction equilibrium was investigated by 13C – Fourier transform NMR-spectroscopy at temperatures between 255 K and 295 K for a series of aldehydes (acetaldehyde, 1-propanal, 1-butanal, 1-heptanal) with three alcohols (methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol). Here these investigations are extended to three more aldehydes (1-decanal, 3-phenylpropanal and 2-chlorobenzaldehyde, respectively). The results for the binary systems with decanal or 3-phenylpropanal as the aldehyde in the binary mixture (aldehyde + alcohol) confirm the expectations from the first parts of this series, i.e., that the majority of the constituents of the mixture is present as hemiacetal and the first two poly(oxymethylene) – hemiacetals. The numerical results for the chemical reaction equilibrium constants from the previous investigations can be used to predict quantitatively the speciation in binary systems of ((either 1-decanal or 3-phenylpropanal) + (either methanol or ethanol or 1-propanol)). However the experimental results with 2-chlorobenzaldehyde reveal a different behaviour. In all investigated systems (2-chlorobenzaldehyde + alcohol) the most important reaction product was the corresponding acetal whereas the amounts of hemiacetal were very small. While the amounts of hemiacteal could still be quantified, it was not possible to quantify the amount of any poly(oxymethylene) – hemiacetal.  相似文献
