An exploration of the mixed‐ligand system under hydrothermal condition, has led to the isolation of a 3‐D novel framework {[Cu2(mp)L2)(H2O)2]·6H2O}n ( 1 ) (mp = benzene‐1,2,4,5‐ tetracarboxylate tetraanion, L = 4‐(5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2yl)pyridine). Single‐crystal X‐ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1, a = 8.807(4) Å, b =11.139(6) Å, c = 11.291(5) Å, α=75.337(7), β = 73.584(5), γ= 66.795(5)°. The CuII ions are linked into an extended 2‐D grid net via mp molecules. Further these layers are united together through the bridging L to form a 3‐D structure, which exhibits a new 4‐connected topological network. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Abstract  The synthesis, characterization, and structure of a cyano-bridged two-dimensional supramolecule, [CuII(trans-chxn)2]3[CoIII(CN)6]2·2H2O (1; chxn = 1,2-diaminocyclohexane), have been described. The title compound crystallizes in the triclinic Pī space group with the unit cell parameters: a = 9.141(5) ?, b = 12.406(5) ?, c = 15.064(5) ?, α = 95.190(5)°, β = 94.460(5)°, γ = 109.510(5)°, V = 1593.0(12) ?3, and Z = 1. The compound contains two crystallographically different copper(II) and cobalt(III) centers. Each of the two copper(II) ions is hexacoordinated by two diamines and two bridging cyanides. Two trans cyanides of one type of hexacyanometalate link one type of copper(II) center to result in one-dimensional chain, while two pairs of trans cyanides of the second type of hexacyanometalate link both the types of copper(II) ions to result in the second dimension. There are extensive hydrogen bonding interactions within the two-dimensional cyano-bridged sheet involving the solvated water molecule, amine groups, and cyanide nitrogens. Compounds dinitrato(2-formylpyridinesemicarbazone)copper (I), dichloro(2-formylpyridinesemicarbazone) copper hemihydrate (II), and bis(2-formylpyridinesemicarbazone)copper(2+) perchlorate hydrate (III) are synthesized and their crystal structures are determined. In compounds IIII, the neutral 2-formylpyridine semicarbazone molecule (L) is tridentately attached to the copper atom via the N,N,O set of donor atoms. In compounds I and II, the Cu: L ratio is equal to 1: 1, whereas, in III, it is 1: 2. In complex I, the coordination sphere of the copper atom includes two nitrate ions with different structural functions in addition to the L ligand. The structure is built as a one-dimensional polymer in which the NO3 bidentate group fulfills a bridging function. The coordination polyhedron of the copper(2+) atom can be considered a distorted tetragonal bipyramid (4 + 1 + 1). Compound II has an ionic structure in which the main element is the [CuLCl2 · Cu(H2O)LCl]+ dimer. In the dimer, the copper atoms are linked via one of the μ2-bridging chlorine atoms. The coordination polyhedra of the central atoms of the Cu(H2)LCl and CuLCl2 complex fragments are tetragonal bipyramid and tetragonal pyramid, respectively. In compound III, the copper atom is octahedrally surrounded by two L ligands in the mer configuration.  相似文献

The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters a = 7.295(4), b = 19.627(5), c = 12.770(4) Å, β = 101.25(4)º, V = 1793.2(12) Å3, Z = 4, ρ = 1.684 Mg/m3 at T = 293(2)K. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares procedures to final R = 0.0387 using 2906 observed reflections. The asymmetric unit of the complex contains a mononuclear tridentate ligand, a perchlorate group and a methanol molecule. The compound crystallizes as parallel layers of polymeric complex bridged through perchloarate groups. The molecular CuN2OO′O′′2 chromophore involves an elongated rhombic octahedral structure and the Cu‐ligand bond shows greater disparity. The five‐membered chelate ring and the pyridine ring lie in the same plane while the six membered chelate ring assumes sofa conformation. A strong O‐H…O inter molecular interaction plays a key role in the formation of dimer along b‐axis. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

The crystal structures of chloro-(2-formylpyridinethiosemicarbazono)copper dimethyl sulfoxide solvate (I), bromo-(2-formylpyridinethiosemicarbazono)copper (II), and (2-formylpyridinethiosemicarbazono)copper(II) nitrate dimethyl sulfoxide solvate (III) are determined using X-ray diffraction. In the crystals, complexes I and II form centrosymmetric dimers in which the thiosemicarbazone sulfur atom serves as a bridge and occupies the fifth coordination site of the copper atom of the neighboring complex related to the initial complex through the center of symmetry. In both cases, the coordination polyhedron of the complexing ion is a distorted tetragonal bipyramid. Complex III in the crystal structure forms polymer chains in which the copper atom of one complex forms the coordination bond with the thicarbamide nitrogen atom of the neighboring complex. In this structure, the coordination polyhedron of the central atom is an elongated tetragonal bipyramid. It is established that complexes I–III at a concentration of 10?5 mol/l selectively inhibit the growth of 60 to 90 percent of the cancer tumor cells of the human myeloid leukemia (HL-60).  相似文献

The crystallization of alkali‐earth phosphates in the melts of Cs2O‐P2O5‐MIIO (MII – Ca, Sr, Ba) pseudo‐ternary systems have been investigated at various Cs/P molar ratios and at fixed value of MII/P equal to 0.15. Type of the phosphate which crystallizes in melts depends on the Cs/P initial ratio. Crystallization fields of CsMIIP3O9, MII2P2O7 and Cs2MIIP2O7 were briefly investigated and characterized. The new diphosphate Cs2CaP2O7 has been obtained and investigated by the single crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction and FTIR‐ spectroscopy. It crystallizes in C 2/m space group, with the following parameters of the monoclinic cell: a = 10.261(2), b = 5.9316(12), c = 7.2404(14) Å, β = 118.54(3)°. The architecture of [CaP2O7]2‐ anionic sublattice, which is built up from [CaO6] octahedra and [P2O7] bitetrahedra, interlinked via the common oxygen vertices, gives rise to formation of hexagonal tunnels along crystallographic direction b, where caesium atoms are located. One of the most remarkable features of the structure is specific positional disorder of the diphosphate group, which is connected with the existence of two equiprobable half‐occupied sites of the bridging oxygen. Diaquatetrakis(N‐methylimidazole)Ni(II)(2,4,6‐tribromophenol), Ni(H2O)2(C3N2(CH3))4.2(C6H3Br3O), was synthesized via reaction of nickel sulphate and 2,4,6‐tribromophenolate in aqueous media in the presence of N‐methyl imidazole and sodium hydroxide. The complex crystalizes in the triclinic space group P1 with one formula unit of Ni(C3H3N2(CH3))4(H2O)2.2(C6H3Br3O) in the cell. The coordination around the Ni(II) ion is a slightly distorted octahedron, involving four N atoms from four different di(N‐methyl imidazole) ligand in the basal plane. The two oxygen atoms of the water molecules located at the apical positions result in an octahedral coordination. The two tribomophenol groups in the unit cell are connected via hydrogen‐bonds to the atoms of the coordination sphere, to build one dimensional chains along the a‐axis. For characterization of complex FTIR, UV spectroscopy, DSC and TGA thermal analysis were performed. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

The compounds hexakis(1-(2-chloroethyl)-tetrazole-N4)copper(II) tetrafluoroborate mono(1-(2-chloroethyl)-tetrazole) (1) and hexakis(1-(2-chloroethyl)-tetrazole-N4) copper(II) perchlorate mono(1-(2-chloroethyl)-tetrazole) (2) were obtained from the crystallization of 1-(2-chloroethyl)-tetrazole (teec) with the respective copper salt. The X-ray structures are reported. Both compounds crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c for 1: a = 25.754(3) Å, b = 18.162(3) Å, c = 10.298(2) Å = 104.294(7)° and Z = 4 and for 2: a = 25.745(3) Å, b = 18.197(3) Å, c = 10.29355(3) Å = 104.512(10)° and Z = 4. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by six teec ligands. One free teec ligand is present in the structures. The Cu–N distances in the centrosymmetrical units are 2.01, 2.04, and 2.39 Å in both compounds, consistent with a Jahn–Teller elongated octahedron. The ligand field spectra of both compounds show a signal in the visible range at about 15.200 cm–1 and by an EPR spectrum the following values are found: g | = 2.29 and g = 2.03. The compounds are both paramagnetic and the T value of 0.37 cm–1 K mol–1, which is associated with S = 1/2, is what would be expected for a mononuclear CuII complex.  相似文献

A new CoII coordination polymer with complicated topology, namely [Co(bpp)2Cl2]n (1) (bpp=1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane), has been designed and synthesized based on flexible ligand under basic condition. The complex was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The CoII ions are linked into a 3D structure via bpp molecules. A novel bis (dmit) complex of copper (II), [(C3H7)4N]2[Cu(dmit)2] ( 1 ), where dmit is 2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolate, was prepared and structurally characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The copper (II) atom is tetracoordinated by four dmit S atoms, forming a nearly square planar arrangement. The [Cu(dmit)2]2‐ anions and the [(C3H7)4N]+ counter‐cations form a three‐dimensional solid‐state structure by C–H…S hydrogen bonds. The third‐order nonlinear optical properties of the complex were determined by picosecond Z‐scan technique at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The results indicate the compound exhibits reverse saturation absorption and self‐defocusing performance. The molecular second‐order hyperpolarizability γ is calculated to be as high as (1.8±0.2)×10‐30 esu. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献
