The method of determination of the structure and the number of atoms in the shells of nanoparticles as a function of the arrangement of atoms at the symmetry elements of a symmetry group has been developed. The formulas for the calculation of the number of particles with symmetry group D 5d are reported. The number of particles in these shells is determined by three structurally invariant numbers and the “quantum number” of the group order n. The classification of all possible nanostructures with symmetry group D 5d is given: C θ+10z , z = 0, 1, 2, …, where the basic shells are C θ = C 2, C 10, C 12. The sum rule has been obtained for the coordination numbers of shell sites located at symmetry axes. Pentagonal axial nanoparticles are shown to be the initial shells for obtaining (5,5) and (10,10) armchair nanotubes or (5,0) and (10,0) zigzag nanotubes. The general formula of these nanotubes closed with icosahedral and dodecahedral caps is N 20+10p , N 60+10p (p = 1, 2, …). The graphical constructions of all classes of nanoparticles and nanotubes of the pentagonal axial type are reported.  相似文献

Group-theoretical and quantum-chemical investigations of the spectrum of low-lying excited states have been performed by the ROHF and FCI-RAS (Full CI in Restricted Active Space) methods for 3d metal endofullerenes (MEFs) M@C60 (M =Mn, Cr, and Fe) in different charged states. The major purpose of this study is quantum-chemical verification of the anomalous (“non-Bethe’s”) character of splitting of the d N atomic states in an electrostatic field with icosahedral symmetry, predicted previously within the theory of integral invariants theory. The interrelation between the integral invariants theory and the quantumchemical methods applied in this work is considered in detail. Our calculations suggest that the d N atomic states in the icosahedral field generated by fullerene C60 (I h ) on a metal atom (ion) remain non-split for different charged states of the metal and C60. Reasons for this phenomenon and other possible approaches to verification of the prediction are discussed. It is demonstrated that the d N states of the encapsulated metal are split in icosahedral 3d MEFs only under very strong compression of these structures.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of tris(m-chlorophenyl)phosphine selenide, C18H12Cl3PSe (I), was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The trigonal rhombohedral structure of I (space group \(R\overline 3 c\), a = 14.110(2) Å, c = 32.360(4) Å, Z = 12) was solved by direct methods and refined by least squares in an anisotropic approximation (R = 0.029) for 1319 averaged measured reflections (CAD-4 automatic diffractometer, λCuKα).  相似文献

Voronoi-Dirichlet polyhedra (VDP) and the intersecting sphere method were used to analyze the coordination of zinc atoms in the structures of all known compounds containing ZnS n polyhedra. The Zn(II) atoms were found to coordinate 6, 5, 4, 3, or 2 sulfur atoms to form coordination octahedra or trigonal prisms (n = 6), trigonal bipyramids (n = 5), tetrahedra (n = 4), triangles ZnS3, or dumbbells ZnS2. The effect of the coordination number of zinc atoms on the key parameters of zinc VDP is considered. A common linear dependence of the solid angles of the VDP faces corresponding to both valence and non-valence Zn-S contacts on the interatomic distances was established to exist. Although the Zn-S bond lengths vary over a broad range (2.39 to 3.29 Å), the Zn VDP volume almost does not depend on its C.N. with respect to sulfur. Some characteristic features of Zn stereochemistry are considered from the 18-electron rule standpoint.  相似文献

Tetraphenylantimony N-benzoylglycinate (I) has been synthesized by the reaction between pentaphenylantimony and N-benzoylglycine in toluene. According to X-ray diffraction data, the antimony atom in a molecule of complex I has a trigonal bipyramidal coordination to the oxygen atom in axial position. The Sb?Ceq, Sb?Cax, and Sb?O bond lengths are 2.116(6)?2.138(6), 2.183(6), and 2.200(4) Å, respectively. The intramolecular Sb?O=C distance between the carbonyl oxygen atom and the central antimony atom is 3.35(2) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of europium cinnamate of the composition [Eu(Cin)3] n (Cin is cinnamic acid anion C9H7O 2 ? ) was determined by X-ray crystallography (a = 22.626(1) Å, c = 7.7330(7) Å, space group R3/c, Z = 3, ρcalc = 1.448 g/cm3). The coordination polyhedron of Eu atoms is a distorted trigonal prism with three centered square faces. The structure is built of infinite polymeric chains [Eu(Cin)3] n running along the c axis and linked by van der Waals and π stacking interactions. Luminescent characteristics of the compound were determined.  相似文献

Bis(ethylenediamine-N,N-di-3-propionato)zinc dihydrate [Zn(EDDP)]2 ? 2H2O is prepared from dichloro(ethylenediamine-N,N-di-3-propionato)zinc in the presence of silver(I) oxide. The prepared complex is studied by X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic methods. A molecule of the complex has a centrosymmetric dimeric structure. Zn atoms have trigonal-bipyramidal coordination formed by the nitrogen atoms of primary and tertiary amino groups, two oxygen atoms of propionic groups of one EDDP molecule, and one oxygen atom of the other.  相似文献

Reactions of acetamide with platinum(II) diamines [Pt(N,N-DimeEn)Cl2], [Pt(Tm)Cl2], and [Pt(N,N-DimeTm)Cl2] (N,N-DimeEn = (CH3)2N(CH2)2NH2, Tm = NH2(CH2)3NH2, N,N-DimeTm = (CH3)2N(CH2)3NH2) with preliminary precipitation of chlorine ions by silver salts gave binuclear Pt(II) acetamidates [Pt2(CH3)2N(CH2)2NH2)2(μ-NHCOCH3)2](NO3)2 · H2O (I), [Pt2(NH2(CH2)3NH2)2)(μ-NHCOCH3)2](NO3)2 · H2O (II), and [Pt2(CH3)2N(CH2)3NH2)2(μ-NHCOCH3)2](HSO4)2 (III), whose crystal structures were determined. Crystals of I are monoclinic: a = 14.459(2) Å, b = 17.197(3) Å, c = 9.822(2) Å, β = 105.923(10)°, V = 3348.6(8) Å3, space group P2(1)/c, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.0419 for 6663 reflections. Complex I is a binuclear acetamidate with bridging (NHCOCH3)? ligands, one of which is bound to two Pt atoms through the N and O atoms, and the other ligand is bound only through the N atom. The Pt-Pt distance is 2.987(1) Å. Crystals of II are monoclinic: a = 10.213(7) Å, b = 13.373(9) Å, c = 16.533(11) Å, β = 97.971(9)°, V = 2236(3) Å3, space group P2(1)/n, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.557 for 6462 reflections. The Pt-Pt distance is 3.057(1) Å. Crystals of III are monoclinic: a = 10.557(12) Å, b = 18.531(2) Å, c = 14.4744(17) Å, β = 108.705(2)°, V = 2682(5) Å3, space group P2(1)/n, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.569 for 8506 reflections. The Pt-Pt distance is 3.202(1) Å. Complexes II and III are binuclear acetamidates, in which two chelating Pt(Tm) or Pt(N,N-DimeTm) moieties are coordinated through the N and O atoms of (NHCOCH3)? cis-bridges.  相似文献

Three p-phenylenediamine antioxidants (p-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetrapropionic acid tetramethyl ester, p-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′-tripropionic acid trimethyl ester, and p-phenylenediamine-N, N′-dipropionic acid dimethyl ester) were successfully synthesized via atom-economic aza-Michael addition of pphenylenediamine to methyl acrylate p-romoted by graphene oxide in water. The synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR, ESI-MS spectra, and elemental analyses. The effects of the solvent and graphene oxide on the reaction were investigated.  相似文献

Diisopropyl N-benzoyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)phosphoramidate reacts with ClCH2SiMe2Cl under mild conditions to form diisopropyl N-benzoyl-N-[(chlorodimethylsilyl)methyl]phosphoramidate (III). Diisopropyl N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)phosphoramidate with ClCH2SiMe2Cl affords an N-transsilylation product which does not rearrange into diisopropyl N-[(chlorodimethylsilyl)methyl]-N-methylphosphoramidate (XV) even under severe conditions (4 h, 130°C). Compound XV was prepared by the reaction of diisopropyl phosphorochloridate with N-[(methoxydimethylsilyl)methyl]-N-methylamine followed by treatment of diisopropyl N-[(methoxydimethylsilyl)methyl]-N-methylphosphoramidate with boron trichloride. Analysis of experimental and calculated 29Si chemical shifts points to a five-coordinate silicon atom in compound III and a fourcoordinate silicon atom in compound XV. According to B3LYP calculations with due regard to solvent effects, compound III is an isomer with a C=O→Si bond. By variation of substituents at silicon, phosphorus, and carbonyl carbon atoms, chelate structures with either C=O→Si or P=O→Si dative bonds can be obtained.  相似文献

The treatment of o-diaminobenzene with Zn ( OAc )2 · 2H2O in alcohol results in the formation of mononuclear bis(o-diaminobenzene)diacetate Zinc, Zn[C8H11N2O2]2. Its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex is also characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and IR. The crystal is monoclinic space group C2, parameters: a = 16.297(5), b = 4.775(3), c = 11.664(5) Å, β = 97.646(5)°, λ = 1.54184 Å, V = 899.6(7) Å3, Z = 2, ρ c = 1.476 g/cm3, M r = 399.75, F(000) = 416.0, R 1 = 0.0594, wR 2 = 0.1439 for 995 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

The centrosymmetric binuclear complex of samarium(III) nitrate with bicyclic biscarbamide 2,4,6,8-tetramethyl-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo(3.3.0)octane-3,7-dione, or mebicar (Mk) namely, [Sm(C8H14N4O2)(H2O)2(NO3)3]2 (I) has been synthesized. Its crystal structure has been characterized (CIF file CCDC no. 1451436). Crystals of complex I are triclinic, space group P1 a = 9.8661(2) Å, b = 10.2913(3) Å, c = 10.9629(3) Å, α = 74.475(2)°, β = 67.802(2)°, γ = 67.570(2)°, V = 942.68(5) Å3, ρcalcd = 2.01028 g/cm3, and Z = 1. The samarium atom is coordinated by the two oxygen atoms of two Mk molecules bonded via the symmetry center, three bidentate nitrate anions, and two water molecules. The coordination number of the samarium atom is 10, the coordination polyhedron of the metal atom is a decahedron and the Sm…Sm distance is 9.7904(4) Å.  相似文献

Viscosities, η, and surface tensions, σ, of binary systems of phenetole (ethoxy benzene or ethyl phenyl ether) with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide or with tetrahydrofuran were measured over the entire mole fraction range and at (298, 303 and 308) K. The experimental data was used to compute the deviations in viscosity, Δη, and surface tension, Δσ. Values of the excess Gibbs energy of activation G*E, surface entropy S σ and surface enthalpy H σ were calculated. Viscosity data of the binary systems were calculated using the Grunberg and Nissan and the three-body and four-body McAllister correlations. The Redlich–Kister method was used for evaluation of coefficients and standard deviations for Δη, Δσ and G*E. The results were interpreted in terms of the probable effect of molecular interactions between components as well as polarity.  相似文献

Tautomers of N-allyl- and N-propargyl-substituted trifluoromethanesulfonimides (CF3SO2)2NR (R = CH2CH=CH2, Z/E-CH=CHMe, CH2C≡CH, CH=CH=CH2, C≡CCH2) were calculated by the DFT (B3LYP, wB97XD, PBE1PBE), MP2, and CBS-QB3 methods. The results were compared with the theoretical data for the corresponding amines and amides NHRR1 (R1 = H, CF3SO2). It was shown that there is no conjugation between the nitrogen atom and C=C bond and that conjugation exists with the C≡C bond with electron density displacement toward the nitrogen atom. The calculations of anions derived from N-allyl- and N-propargyl-trifluoromethanesulfonimides revealed the possibility of their rearrangement with elimination of trifluoromethanesulfinate anion and formation of its H-complex with N-(prop-2-en-1-ylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide or N-(prop-2-yn-1-ylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide.  相似文献

The Cu3p and Cu2p resonance photoelectron spectra of the valence bands and core levels as well as Ti and CuL 2,3 absorption spectra for monocrystals 1T-Cu x TiSe2 were studied. The valence spectra obtained at Cu3p and Cu2p resonance drastically differ from each other. For Cu 3p-3d resonance, there are several bands corresponding to different channels of excited state decay. Spectra of the valence bands at Cu 2p-3d resonance are virtually identical to the spectra of pure TiSe2. As follows from the absorption spectra, titanium atoms have the oxidation state 4+, whereas copper atoms are close to the free ion state.  相似文献

By means of the ab initio DMol3 method Mo n Si m nanoparticles and fragments of Mo3Si and MoSi2 crystal lattices are theoretically modeled. For both crystals a few neutral Mo4Si6 and Mo6Si6 fragments of different shapes and symmetry are considered. In each case, after cluster separation its geometry is optimized, as a result of which the geometric structure noticeably changes and its stability increases. In order to theoretically search for the spatial configurations of Mo4Si6 and Mo6Si6 nanoparticle, two approaches are used: 1) in the most stable Fe4C6 and Fe6C6 isomers found previously, iron and carbon atoms are replaced by molybdenum and silicon respectively and then the geometry is optimized to obtain new equilibrium distances and angles; 2) the search for main Mo4Si6 and Mo6Si6 configurations is performed using the binominal scheme, starting from Mo2, MoSi, and Si2 dimers. The nanoparticle structures are found to contain metal atom chains and isolated pairs and triples of silicon atoms. In most cases, the nanoparticle stability proves to be higher than that of the crystal clusters.  相似文献

A copolymer of N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride with maleic acid of constant composition was prepared under the conditions of radical initiation. The possibility of the functionalization of the copolymer with drugs containing amino groups by polymer-analogous transformations was examined. Conditions were found for preparing conjugates of the copolymer with isoniazid. The structures and the quantitative compositions of the conjugates were determined by 13С NMR spectroscopy, and the possibility of preparing conjugates with controlled drug content was demonstrated.  相似文献

Novel synthetic isoprenoids have been synthesized in engineered microbial hosts by evolving terpene synthase or expressing heterologous terpene synthases. Recently, the native operon, crtNaNcM derived from Planococcus sp. PAMC 21323, has isolated for potential industrial applications of C35 carotenoids. For the first time, novel C35 carotenoids (sesquarterpene) were synthesized in Corynebacterium glutamicum expressing the crtNaNcM genes. The recombinant strains accumulate various sesquarterpene including 4-apolycopene (red color), 4-aponeurosporene (yellow color), and no pigmentation, depending on the expression of the genetic elements of the crtNaNcM genes. Subsequently, the carotenoid extract from the cells harboring pCES-H36-CrtNaNcM was analyzed, resulting in significantly higher antioxidant activity than those of other strains harboring pCES-H36-CrtNcM and pCES-H36-CrtNaNc, respectively. This study will promote further engineering of C. glutamicum to increase sesquarterpene productions.  相似文献
