The 13C chemical shifts of 32 pyrazoles were measured in hexadeuterated dimethyl sulphoxide and in hexamethylphosphorotriamide. Substituent effects (methyl and amino groups on the pyrazolic carbons, and methyl, n-butyl and phenyl groups on the nitrogen) were calculated by multilinear regression analysis. The general problem of the 13C NMR study of annular tautomerism in azoles is discussed and illustrated by the 3(5)-aminopyrazole case.  相似文献

The cationic bridged zirconocene complex [iPr(Cp)(Ind)Zr(Me)(THF)][BPh4] ( 1 ‐BPh4) was synthesized. Polymerization of methyl methacrylate with 1 ‐BPh4 in CH2Cl2 at temperatures between –20 and 20°C led to the formation of isotactic poly(methyl methacrylate). The low polydispersity index of the polymer obtained and a successful two step polymerization of methyl methacrylate with 1 ‐BPh4 are hints towards a living polymerization mechanism. 1H and 13C NMR analysis revealed an enantiomorphic site‐controlled mechanism for the formation of isotactic poly(methyl methacrylate).  相似文献

The 13C NMR spectra of 62 oxanes (tetrahydropyrans) with and without methyl substituents at various ring positions, some of them bearing in addition (or instead) ethyl, vinyl, ethynyl, carbomethoxy and methylol substituents at C-2, have been recorded, and the 294 resulting chemical shifts have been correlated by multiple linear regression analysis. Axial and equatorial α-, β-, γ-, δ-, gem- and vic-parameters for shifts caused by methyl groups at all ring positions, and similar parameters for Et,—CH?CH2,—C?CH, CO2Me and CH2OH groups at C-2, are reported. Standard deviations of the parameters are, in most cases, within 0.3 ppm and the agreement of calculated and experimental shifts is excellent. This is probably the largest parameter set of this type extant. 13C NMR spectra of a number of additional substituted tetrahydropyrans, and of 3,6-dihydro-2H-pyrans and 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrans, are tabulated and discussed.  相似文献

Alkyl substituent effects on the sp carbon chemical shifts of aliphatic alkynes have been analysed by the DARC/PELCO method estimating the perturbations linked to the introduction of localized sites in the Limited, Concentric, Ordered Environment of the carbons described by graduate generation from the centre –C?C.–. A site correlation ‘Topology-δ’ is proposed and its ability to predict the chemical shifts is checked on a population of 55 linear to highly branched alkynes, over a range of 25.2 ppm. This work also shows (i) the independence of the effects of the alkyl groups linked to the C?C bond; (ii) their attenuation with increasing branching of the alkyl substituents; (iii) the small values of the γπ effects; (iv) the additivity of site perturbation increments (without interaction terms) up to a frontier corresponding to the –C(H,Me,tBu) and –C(Me2,tBu) groups. A simplified model is derived from a partially ordered generation graph and, for rapid estimation of δ, the global effects of alkyl radicals are expressed as group parameters by summation of their site parameters.  相似文献

Substituent effects of methyl and amino groups on the chemical shifts of pyrimidine have been investigated by 1H and 13C n.m.r. and compared with similar data obtained for benzene and pyridine. Taking into account pairwise interactions, the chemical shifts calculated by using an additivity relationship are in very good agreement with the experimental results, except for some hindered pyrimidines. This study enabled us to assign the 13C n.m.r. spectra of some trisubstituted pyrimidines.  相似文献

Carbon-13 NMR spectra of various aliphatic ketones and thioketones were determined and interpreted. As shown by the relation between 13C chemical shifts in C=A groups, the C=S is more sensitive to the substituents than the C=O group. Conjugative effects are more pronounced in α-cyclopropyl thioketones than in α-cyclopropyl ketones.  相似文献

The 13C NMR spectra of 2-dimethylaminocyclohexanols and the four trans-3-dimethylamino-2-decahydronaphtols are described. The gauche interactions allow precise estimation of chemical shifts for each carbon atom; thus, band attribution can be resolved without mistake. In the case of the cis and the trans diequatorial compounds, the conformational perturbations which we have suggested before are verified by our present measurements on the substituted carbon atoms. We also show effects on adjacent atoms, which were unobservable with the usual IR and 1H NMR techniques.  相似文献

β‐Diimine zinc dichloride complexes [CH2{C(Me)NAr}2]ZnCl2 [Ar = Mes ( 1 ), Dipp ( 2 )] were obtained from the reactions of ZnCl2 with the corresponding β‐iminoamines [ArN(H)C(Me)CHC(Me)NAr]. Complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C) and IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses as well as by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The energy differences between the enamine‐imine tautomers of the β‐iminoamines were quantified by quantum chemical calculations.  相似文献

The 13C NMR spectra have been determined of: (i) aliphatic compounds having at one end a functionalized sulphur atom (? SH, ? S?, ? SMe, ? S(O)Me, ? SO2Me and ? S+Me2) and (ii) saturated sulphur heterocycles variously substituted at the S-atom . The results are discussed in terms of the familiar deshielding effects for α- and β-carbons and shielding effects for γ-carbons, exerted by the sulphur atom itself and/or by the atoms or groups of which the sulphur function is made up. The γ-effect of the S-atom appears to be nearly independent of the nature of the S-function and of comparable magnitude to that of an aliphatic carbon (?2·5 + ?3·0 ppm). Surprisingly, however, a S? CH3 group shields the carbon in γ position with respect to CH3 by an amount (?5·4 ppm) which is more than twice that (?2·5 ppm) exerted by the aliphatic γ-carbon on the S-CH3 carbon itself. As to the cyclic compounds, the shieldings of the α- and β-carbons can be rationalized in terms of the conformational orientation of the substituent at sulphur, and the equilibrium distribution of the conformers. The results confirm the great value of 13C NMR for configurational and conformational assignment of S-heterocycles.  相似文献

N‐acetyl‐4‐nitrotryptophan methyl ester (2), N‐acetyl‐5‐nitrotryptophan methyl ester (3), N‐acetyl‐6‐nitrotryptophan methyl ester (4) and N‐acetyl‐7‐nitrotryptophan methyl ester (5) were synthesized through a modified malonic ester reaction of the appropriate nitrogramine analogs followed by methylation with BF3‐methanol. According to the 13C NMR data, the chemical shift of the methyl carbon atom in acetone azine in the trans position with respect to the lone electron pair on the neighboring nitrogen atom is lower by 7 ppm than that of the methyl carbon atom in the cis position. The corresponding direct 13C-13C coupling constant for the trans-methyl groups is lower by 10 Hz as compared to the cis-methyl groups. The experimental spectral data are reproduced well by nonempirical quantum-chemical calculations. The observed stereospecificity of 13C chemical shifts and 13C-13C coupling constants may be used as an effective tool in configurational analysis of various ketone azines.  相似文献

Polysulfonylamines. CXXIV. Preparation of Organylmercury(II) Di(methanesulfonyl)amides and Crystal Structure of Ph–Hg–N(SO2Me)2 Four N,N‐disulfonylated organylmercury(II) amides R–Hg–N(SO2Me)2, where R is Me, iPr, Me3SiCH2 or Ph, were obtained on treating the appropriate chlorides RHgCl with AgN(SO2Me)2, and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectra. In the crystal structure of the phenyl compound (orthorhombic, space group Pbca, Z = 8, X‐ray diffraction at –95 °C), the molecule exhibits a covalent and significantly bent C–Hg–N grouping [bond angle 172.7(3)°; Hg–C 204.0(8), Hg–N 209.1(7) pm]. One sulfonyl oxygen atom forms a short intramolecular Hg…O contact [296.1(5) pm] and simultaneously catenates glide‐plane related molecules via a second Hg…O interaction 297.6(5) pm], thus conferring upon HgII the effective coordination number 4 and a geometrically irregular coordination polyhedron (bond angles from 173 to 54°).  相似文献

Tropane, tropinone, pseudopelletierine and cocaine were oxidized in situ in a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) tube providing mixtures of exo/endo N‐oxides. Observed 13C chemical shifts were correlated with values calculated by gauge‐including atomic orbitals density functional theory (DFT) OPBE/6‐31G* method using DFT B3LYP/6‐31G* optimized geometries. The same method of 13C chemical shift calculation was applied on series of methyl‐substituted 1‐methylpiperidines and their epimeric N‐oxides described in literature. The results show that using this undemanding calculation method enables assignment of configuration of N–O group in N‐epimeric saturated heterocyclic N‐oxides. The approach enables assigning of the configuration with high degree of certainty even if NMR data of only one isomer are available. Monomeric Dialkyl Metal Complexes of the R2M(NR′)2XR Type with M = Al, Ga, In, Tl; X = S, C and R, R′ = Alkyl and Silyl N,N′-Bis(trimethylsilyl)sulfurdiimide reacts with the trimethyl derivatives of aluminium, gallium, and indium within insertion. Hereby monomeric sulfinic acid imidamidates Me2M(NSiMe3)2SMe (Me = CH3) are formed. The lithium amidinates Li(NR′)2CMe (R′ = i-C3H7 and SiMe3) are formed likewise by insertion reactions with LiMe and the corresponding carbodiimides R′N?C?NR′ and were used in reactions with R2MCl (M = Al to Tl) to synthesize dialkyl metal amidinates R2M(NR′)2CMe. The NMR (1H and 13C) and the vibrational spectra (IR and Raman) are discussed and applied to describe the structure of these chelat complexes.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of a series of 1,3,2-dioxarsolanes have been obtained at 2.1 T and some at 9.4 T. The chemical shifts and spin-spin coupling constants have been obtained from complete spectral analyses of the 1H and proton-coupled 13C spectra. The spectral data are interpreted on the basis of two rapidly interconverting half-chair conformers with a pseudoaxial substituent at arsenic. Unique assignment of syn/anti or cis/trans geometries have been made from 1H or 13C NMR spectroscopy alone. The syn and trans isomers of the 4-methyl- and 4,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxarsolanes, respectively, appear to be conformationally biased towards the forms with pseudoequatorial methyl groups. The general trends in the geminal and vicinal 1H? 1H and 13C? 1H coupling constants are interpreted in terms of stereospecific, electronegativity and lone-pair effects of the oxygen heteroatoms and conformational factors. The NMR data on the 1,3,2-dioxarsolanes are discussed with reference to related 1,3-dithoxa- and 1,3-dithia- five-membered rings with As, P, S or C at the 2-position.  相似文献

The 13C NMR spectra of 43 benzothiazoles have been recorded in DMSO-d6. All carbon atoms have been attributed in an unambigous way owing to substituent effects in position 4, 5, 6 or 7. We discuss variations of chemical shifts as a function of the nature of the substituent in position 2 (equation of type: Δδ = aF+bR+cQ+d′), annelation in the benzoheterocyclic series, and prototropic tautomerism in the benzothiazolic series (in the case of the substituent in the 2-position being an OH, SH or NHR group).  相似文献

The peri effect induced by the phenyl group has been studied in the anthracene series by means of 1H and 13C n.m.r. The chemical shifts of overcrowded protons can be explained by a combination of magnetic anisotropy and steric effects. Steric contributions amount to c. 25% of the phenyl induced shift at the peri position. Amongst published ring-current theories, only the model of Johnson and Bovey is capable of describing correctly the shielding region of the phenyl group. The unexpected shieldings and deshieldings, observed by 13C n.m.r. in the case of very hindered derivatives, is probably due to distortions of the anthracene skeleton.  相似文献

15N NMR data of a series of 3‐alkyl[aryl] substituted 5‐trichloromethyl‐1,2‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazolium chlorides (where the 3‐substituents are H, Me, Et, n‐Pr, n‐Bu, n‐Pe, n‐Hex, (CH2)5CO2Et, CH2Br, Ph and 4‐Br‐C6H4), are reported. The 15N substituent chemical shifts (SCS) parameters are determined and these data are compared with the 13C SCS values and data obtained by MO calculations. 13C chemical shifts, 1-bond and 3-bond (meta) 13C? H coupling constants have been determined in a series of trisubstituted benzene; the substituents are Cl, NH2, N(C2H5)2, N(iC3H7)2, N(C2H4)2O. Chemical shifts are only in moderate agreement with the usual additivity rules. Additivity rules relative to the above mentioned coupling constants are proposed. With few exceptions, the difference between predicted and observed values is less than 10%.  相似文献
