In this paper we will study the boundedness of all solutions for second-order differential equations


where and satisfies the sublinear growth condition. Since the system in general is non-Hamiltonian, we have to introduce reversibility assumptions to apply the twist theorem for reversible mappings. Under some suitable conditions we then obtain the existence of invariant tori and thus the boundedness of all solutions.

This work focuses on the existence of quasi-periodic solutions for linear autonomous delay differential equation under quasi-periodic time-dependent perturbation near an elliptic-hyperbolic equilibrium point. Using the time-1 map of the solution operator, Newton iteration scheme, space splitting and KAM techniques, it is shown that under appropriate hypothesis, there exist quasi-periodic solutions with the same frequencies as the perturbation for most parameters. We show that if the delay differential equation is analytic, we obtain analytic parameterizations of the solutions.  相似文献

The goal of this work is to study the existence of quasi-periodic solutions to nonlinear beam equations with a multiplicative potential. The nonlinearity is required to only finitely differentiable and the frequency is along a pre-assigned direction. The result holds on any compact Lie group or homogeneous manifold with respect to a compact Lie group, which includes standard torus Td, special orthogonal group SO(d), special unitary group SU(d), spheres Sd and the real and complex Grassmannians. The proof is based on a differentiable Nash–Moser iteration scheme.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the variance-constrained dissipative control problem for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with multiple degraded measurements, where the degraded probability for each sensor is governed by an individual random variable satisfying a certain probabilistic distribution over a given interval. The purpose of the problem is to design an observer-based controller such that, for all possible degraded measurements, the closed-loop system is exponentially mean-square stable and strictly dissipative, while the individual steady-state variance is not more than the pre-specified upper bound constraints. A general framework is established so that the required exponential mean-square stability, dissipativity as well as the variance constraints can be easily enforced. A sufficient condition is given for the solvability of the addressed multiobjective control problem, and the desired observer and controller gains are characterized in terms of the solution to a convex optimization problem that can be easily solved by using the semi-definite programming method. Finally, a numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

In this article, minimax procedures and a Trudinger–Moser type inequality in weighted Sobolev spaces are employed to establish sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions for a class of nonhomogeneous elliptic systems involving nonlinear Schrödinger equations with subcritical or critical exponential growth and with potentials which are singular and/or vanishing. In this paper, we study the existence of infinitely many homoclinic solutions for a class of subquadratic second-order Hamiltonian systems. By using the variant fountain theorem, we obtain a new criterion for guaranteeing that second-order Hamiltonian systems has infinitely many homoclinic solutions. For the nonlinear and dispersive long gravity waves traveling in two horizontal directions with varying depth of the water, we consider a variable-coefficient variant Boussinesq (vcvB) model with symbolic computation. We construct the connection between the vcvB model and a variable-coefficient Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur (vcAKNS) system under certain constraints. Using the N-fold Darboux transformation of the vcAKNS system, we present two sets of multi-solitonic solutions for the vcvB model, which are expressed in terms of the Vandermonde-like and double Wronskian determinants, respectively. Dynamics of those solutions are analyzed and graphically discussed, such as the parallel solitonic waves, shape-changing collision, head-on collision, fusion-fission behavior and elastic-fusion coupled interaction.  相似文献

A new superquadratic growth condition is introduced, which is an extension of the well-known superquadratic growth condition due to P.H. Rabinowitz and the nonquadratic growth condition due to Gui-Hua Fei. In this paper, by means of monotone iterative technique, a necessary and sufficient condition of the existence of positive solution for a class of nonlinear singular differential system is established, the results of the existence and uniqueness of the positive solution and the iterative sequence of solution are given.
