The masses of 80, 81, 82, 83Y, 83, 84, 85, 86, 88Zr and 85, 86, 87, 88Nb have been measured with a typical precision of 7keV by using the Penning trap setup at IGISOL. The mass of 84Zr has been measured for the first time. These precise mass measurements have improved Sp and QEC values for astrophysically important nuclides. 相似文献

The 84, 85Br nuclei have been produced as fission fragments in the fusion reaction 18O + 208Pb at 85MeV bombarding energy and studied with the Euroball IV array. The high-spin states of the odd-odd 84Br nucleus have been identified for the first time, the observed structure being built on the known 6- isomeric state. High-spin states of 85Br have been observed up to 5.4MeV excitation energy and spin I ∼ 21/2. From angular correlation analysis, spin values have been assigned to most of the 85Br excited states up to 4MeV. None of these excited states has been found to exhibit a delayed decay having T
1/2 > 10ns. All the observed states in 84, 85Br can be described by various proton excitations involving at least the two sub-shells ( πf
5/2 and πp
3/2) located just above the Z = 28 shell closure. 相似文献

A K isomer with a half-life of (110±10) ms at an excitation energy of 1254keV has been identified in the nucleus 252No . The isomer is interpreted as a two-quasineutron state with K
π = 8- . The isotope 252No was produced in the fusion-evaporation reaction 206Pb(48Ca, 2n)252No . The experiment has been performed at the velocity filter SHIP of GSI Darmstadt. 相似文献

The beta-decay of the N = Z, even-even nucleus 72Kr has been studied at the ISOLDE PSB facility at CERN. Measurements of βγ and βγγ coincidences have enriched the decay scheme
of the daughter nucleus 72Br with 27 new low spin levels. A more precise half-life of T
1/2 = 17.1(2) s has been determined. Strong feeding to the 72Br ground state is established yielding an unambiguous J
π = 1+ assignment for this state. Candidates for the 72Br g.s. wave function are discussed in the framework of a self-consistent deformed mean-field calculation with SG2 Skyrme
force and pairing correlations. A search for beta-delayed particle emission was made and an upper limit of 10-6 for this decay branch obtained. The cumulated experimental level density of 1+ states has been fitted with the constant temperature formula. The comparison indicates that most likely all 1+ levels up to 1.2 MeV have been observed in this investigation. The corresponding nearest-neighbour level spacing does not
follow a Poisson distribution. The Gamow-Teller strength distribution is compared, in terms of nuclear deformation, with different
calculations made in the framework of the quasiparticle random phase approximation.

High-spin states in 78Kr have been studied via the 63Cu (19F, 2p2n)78Kr reaction at a beam energy of 60 MeV using the Indian National Gamma Array (INGA). In this nucleus, lifetimes have been
measured upto the Iπ=22+ level in the yrast positive-parity band and upto the Iπ=15- level in the negative-parity band using the Doppler Shift Attenuation Method (DSAM). The deduced transition quadrupole moments
Qt's are found to decrease with rotational frequency for both the bands. 相似文献

The 87Kr nucleus has been produced as fission fragment in the fusion reaction 18O + 208Pb at 85MeV bombarding energy and studied with the Euroball IV array. High-spin states of this neutron-rich isotope have been
identified for the first time. Its level scheme has been obtained up to 6.3MeV excitation energy and spin I ∼ 23/2ℏ. Its structure is interpreted by analogy with those of the heavier isotones. The proposed configurations involve
both proton and neutron excitations from several sub-shells located close to the Fermi levels, particularly νd5/2, πp3/2f5/2 and πg9/2. Moreover, a revised spin value of 5/2- for the 87Br ground state is proposed. 相似文献

Excited states in 187Re populated by inelastic scattering of a 500 MeV 82Se beam have been studied by means of in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy. Levels built on the 5/2+[402] and 9/2-[514] one-quasiparticle states were measured up to I
π = (21/2+) and (21/2-), respectively. In addition, several new levels including an isomer at 1682 keV with a half-life of 114(23) ns have been
found. Quasiparticle configurations of the levels and the transition rates are discussed.

The isotope 74Br was produced as the daughter of 74Kr. This production mode leads to a 74Br isomer whose half-life was measured to be 25.3 ± 0.3 min. A decay scheme based on the 85 observed β-delayed γ-rays suggests the spin assignment (0, 1)?. Previous detailed studies have reported a 41.5 ± 1.5 min, 4? isomer of 74Br which is produced directly in nuclear reactions. There is no indication which of the two isomers represents the ground state of 74Br. 相似文献

Lifetimes of excited states in the ground-state bands of 74Kr and 76Kr were measured using the recoil-distance Doppler-shift and the differential decay curve methods. The states were populated
in the 40Ca(40Ca, α2p) and 40Ca(40Ca, 4p) reactions. Gamma rays were detected with the GASP array which was coupled to the Cologne Plunger device. The results resolve
discrepancies between earlier lifetime measurements and a recent Coulomb excitation experiment. Experimental transition rates
are compared to theoretical calculations. The results support a strong mixing between prolate and oblate configurations for
the low-spin states, and represent an important basis for the interpretation and understanding of the shape coexistence phenomenon
in this mass region. 相似文献

Using methods of in-beam spectroscopy in connection with 35 MeV7Li bombardment of82Se targets four new isomers have been identified. They are observed in83Br at 3070 keV (T1/2=0.6±0.2 μs), in85Rb at 2826 keV (T1/2=12.5±0.6 ns), in85Kr at 1991 keV (T1/2=1.2+ 0.4 1.0 μs) and in86Kr at 2250 keV (T1/2=3.1±0.6 ns). Spin and parity 19/2? have been assigned to the new isomer in85Rb that is interpreted as the coupling of a p3/2 proton to the g 9 2/?2 two-neutron excitation of the N=48 neutron system. Using the TDPAD method an upper limit for the g-factor of ¦g¦≦0.17 has been estimated for this isomer. The same two-neutron excitation is also believed to be responsible for the new isomer in83Br. The new isomers in85Kr and86Kr are interpreted as configurations containing the two-proton excitation (f 5 2/?1 , p 3 2/?1 ) where in the isomeric 17/2+ level of85Kr an additional g9/2 neutron hole is involved. 相似文献

High-spin states in the 135Ba nucleus have been studied with the reaction 130Te(9Be, 4n) at a beam energy of 45 MeV. The level scheme based on the h

Based on the γ -spectroscopic analysis of G.N. Sylvan et al., configuration-dependent cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky calculations have been performed. They describe the nucleus 77Kr globally in good agreement with the experimental findings and the expectations derived from single-particle orbitals in
a deformed potential. Within these calculations, the unambiguous assignment of a configuration with three protons and five
neutrons in the g
9/2 shell to the high-spin Yrast states of negative parity indicates that the nucleus 77Kr has stable triaxial deformation and rotates about the intermediate axis. This not only disproves the recent interpretation
of an occupation of the d
5/2 orbital being responsible for the strong deformation in this band, but also represents one of the first examples in this
mass region for such a rotation. 相似文献

In recent experiments at GANIL, we studied nuclei at the one- and two-proton drip line. The production rates allowed to search
for direct 2p emission in the drip line nuclei 42Cr, 45Fe, and 49Ni. No evidence for this decay mode was found in 42Cr and 49Ni, whereas the situation stays unclear for 45Fe due to the limited statistics. In the medium-mass region ( A = 50-70), the half-life was measured for all proton-rich nuclei in the range T
z = 0 to T
z = - 1 between Z = 27 and Z = 36. First half-lives were determined for 60Ga, 62Ge, 64As and 66Se. Finally, β-decay studies of the 0+ → 0+ decay of 62Ga have been performed at IGISOL in Jyv?skyl?. Non-analog transitions have been observed and are compared to theoretical predictions.

The 1/2+ ground state and a 11/2- isomer of very neutron-deficient isotope 143Dy were produced by irradiation of an enriched target of 106Cd with 40Ca and studied by using a helium-jet fast tape-transport system in combination with proton-γ, X-γ and γ-γ coincidence measurements.
A simple ( EC + β+) decay scheme of 143mDy with a half-life of 3.0(3) s and a tentative ( EC + β+) decay scheme of 143gDy with a half-life of 5.6(10) s are proposed. As a by-product, the 347- and 545-keV γ transitions in 138Sm following the β-delayed proton emission of 139Gd decay and the 323-keV γ transition in 139Eu following the β-delayed proton emission of 140Tb decay could be observed for the first time.

Electron scattering Coulomb form factors for the single-particle quadrupole transitions in p-shell and sd-shell nuclei have been studied. Core polarization effects are included through a microscopic theory that includes excitations
from the core orbits up to higher orbits with 2ω excitations. The modified surface delta interaction is adopted as a residual
interaction. The results are discussed for the ( 1p

The β+– electron capture decay of 73Kr, produced at the ISOLDE CERN facility, has been studied by β-delayed proton and gamma emission. The established decay scheme
involves 15 up to now unreported gamma emitting levels in 73Br. The total proton branching ratio has been measured to be 0.0025 ± 0.0003. From this work, a spin and parity 3/2− is assigned to the 73Kr ground state, on the basis of the allowed β branch to the 73Br Jπ= 1/2− ground state and the feeding of the 5/2+ level located at 286 keV in 73Br.

Neutron-rich, 88-94Kr nuclei, populated in spontaneous fission of 248Cm, have been studied with EUROGAM 2, by measuring prompt γ-rays. Many new excited states in even-even Kr isotopes have been
identified. For the first time spins and parities were determined experimentally in these nuclei. Our results indicate that
the quadrupole deformation of Kr isotopes will appear only above N = 58, as observed in Sr and Zr nuclei. The newly found 3- level at 1506.4 keV in 90Kr suggests the exsistence of a new region of increased octupole correlations, probably associated with the ν(d

The decay of 75Se to levels of 75As has been studied using an HPGe detector for gamma-ray and a mini-orange electron spectrometer for conversion electron measurements.
We identify 38 transitions in this decay, including 18 gamma rays and 16 conversion electron lines reported for the first
time. New results also include E2 multipolarity assignment for the 81 keV transition, M1 assignment to three newly observed transitions and M1 + E2 for the 617 keV transition. A revised 75As level scheme is constructed using the Ritz combination principle through the computer code GTOL. While confirming the existence
of 10 well-established levels, two levels at 587 and 859 keV are newly placed into the decay scheme of 75Se. The interpretation of the observed levels in terms of various theoretical approaches is briefly discussed. The newly placed
586.8 keV 1/2- and 859.9 keV 1/2+ levels are studied in the light of the Interacting Boson-Fermion Model. 相似文献

γ -ray transitions in the neutron-deficient nuclei 190, 197Po have been identified using the JUROGAM Ge detector array coupled to the RITU gas-filled separator and the GREAT spectrometer.
The yrast band of 190Po has been firmly established through γ -γ coincidences and extended up to a spin and parity of 14+. It displays similar behaviour to its isotones 186Hg and 188Pb above the 4+ level, thus confirming its prolate nature. In 197Po the band built upon the 13/2+ isomer has been extended up to a spin and parity of 33/2+, while the non-yrast band has been observed for the first time. The behaviour of 197Po is found to be similar to that of the nearby even-mass isotopes, which is consistent with the model in which the i
13/2 neutron is weakly coupled to the states in the even-even core. 相似文献
