An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

The 2H‐1‐benzo/naphthopyran‐2‐one‐4‐yl (un)substituted phenyl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazoles has been synthesized by the oxidative cyclization of benzoic acid hydrazides formed in situ by the condensation of the respective 2H‐1‐benzo/naphthopyran‐2‐one‐4‐carboxaldehyde and (un)substituted monobenzoyl hydrazide in moderate yields. Also, spiro[indoline‐thiozolidine]‐2,4′‐diones has been syhthesized in a similar way from 3‐phenyl‐spiro[3H‐indoline‐3,2′‐thiozolidine]‐2,4′‐(1 H)dione monohydrazide and (un)substituted benzaldehydes.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of 3,4‐dihydroxy benzoic acid ( 1 ) has been studied in the presence of 6‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazine‐3‐thione‐5‐one ( 2 ) in aqueous solution. The oxidation mechanism of 1 and its reaction in the presence of 2 was offered. It was confirmed that 1 is converted to 7H‐thiazolo[3,2‐b]‐1,2,4‐triazin‐7‐one derivative 5 through Michael addition reaction of 2 to anodically generated o‐benzoquinone. The results of the research were used for electrochemical synthesis of 5 in an undivided cell in good yield and purity.  相似文献

The one‐step cyclocondensation of substituted isoflavones (=3‐phenyl‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐ones) with cyanoacetohydrazide in the presence of KOH afforded a mixture of 1‐amino‐5,6‐diaryl‐3‐cyano‐1H‐2‐pyridin‐2‐ones and 6,7‐diaryl‐4‐cyano‐3‐hydroxy‐1H‐[1,2]diazepines.  相似文献

A facile method for the synthesis of 2,3‐dihydro‐3‐methylidene‐1H‐isoindol‐1‐one and its derivatives carrying substituent(s) at C(5) and/or C(6) has been developed. The reaction of 2‐formylbenzonitrile ( 1a ) with dimethyloxosulfonium methylide, generated by the treatment of trimethylsulfoxonium iodide with NaH in DMSO/THF at 0°, resulted in the formation of 2,3‐dihydro‐3‐methylidene‐1H‐isoindol‐1‐one ( 2a ) in 77% yield. Similarly, six 2‐formylbenzonitriles carrying substituent(s) at C(4) and/or C(5), i.e., 1b – 1g , also gave the corresponding expected products 2b – 2g in comparable yields.  相似文献

The general ‘on‐solvent’ PASE approach was found to be medicinally relevant for 4H,5H‐pyrano[4,3‐b]pyran‐5‐one and 4,6‐dihydro‐5H‐pyrano[3,2‐c]pyridine‐5‐one scaffolds. Ammonium acetate‐catalyzed multicomponent reaction of aldehydes and two different C–H acids in the presence of small amounts of EtOH results in fast (3 – 15 min) and efficient formation of scaffolds, promising for many diverse oriented medical applications.  相似文献

The existence of polymorphism in parent indazolin‐3‐one (=1,2‐dihydro‐3H‐indazol‐3‐one; 1 ) is reported as well as an X‐ray and NMR CPMAS study establishing that its 7‐nitro derivative 2 exists as the 3‐hydroxy tautomer. Absolute shieldings calculated at the GIAO/B3LYP/6‐311++G(d,p) level were used to determine the tautomeric oxo/hydroxy equilibrium in solution, i.e., always the 1H‐indazol‐3‐ol tautomer predominates.  相似文献

A simple and efficient synthesis of 4‐aryl‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐benzo[h]pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinoline‐5,10‐diones has been accomplished by the one‐pot condensation reaction of 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐amine, aldehydes and 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione in water in the presence of diammonium hydrogen phosphate.  相似文献

The one‐pot synthesis of 4‐aryl‐1,4‐dihydro‐2‐thioxo‐2H‐3,1‐benzoxazine‐4‐acetic acid derivatives 2 was achieved in good yields by the reaction of aryl(2‐isothiocyanatophenyl)methanones 1 with lithium enolates of acetates and tertiary acetamides. (2E)‐1‐(2‐Isothiocyanatophenyl)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐one ( 3 ) gave 1,4‐dihydro‐4‐[(1E)‐2‐phenylethenyl]‐2‐thioxo‐2H‐3,1‐benzoxazine‐4‐acetic acid derivatives 4 in good yields as well.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of trans isomers of 4‐aryl‐3‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydro ‐ 2H ‐ pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitriles via three‐component condensation reaction of an aldehyde, 3‐amino‐5‐methylpyrazole and ethyl cyanoacetate in acetonitrile has been developed under microwave irradiation. 2‐Aryl‐2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐pyran‐4‐ones were prepared in one step by cyclocondensation of 1,3‐diketone dianions with aldehydes. The use of HCl (10%) for the aqueous workup proved to be very important to avoid elimination reactions of the 5‐aryl‐5‐hydroxy 1,3‐diones formed as intermediates. The TiCl4‐mediated cyclization of a 2‐aryl‐2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐pyran‐4‐one with 1,3‐silyloxybuta‐1,3‐diene resulted in cleavage of the pyranone moiety and formation of a highly functionalized benzene derivative.  相似文献

A convenient one‐pot method for the preparation of (4Z)‐4‐(arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐2‐thiones 2 and 3 from ethyl (2Z)‐3‐aryl‐2‐isothiocyanatoprop‐2‐enoates 1 , which can be easily prepared from ethyl 2‐azidoacetate and aromatic aldehydes, has been developed. Thus, these α‐isothiocyanato α,β‐unsaturated esters were treated with organolithium compounds, including lithium enolates of acetates, to provide 5‐substituted (4Z)‐4‐(arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐2‐thiones, 2 , and 2‐[(4Z)‐(4‐arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐2‐thioxo‐1,3‐oxazolidin‐5‐yl]acetates, 3 .  相似文献

A simple synthesis of medicinally important cis‐2‐methyl‐4‐azapan‐2‐one‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinolines/cis‐9‐(2‐methyl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinolin‐4‐yl)‐9H‐carbazole was reported. Multicomponent one pot synthesis with anilines and N‐vinylcaprolactam/N‐vinyl carbazole via imino Diels‐Alder reaction by using antimony trichloride as catalyst and acetonitrile as solvent was employed. NMR technique (2D) was used to study the regio‐ and stereo‐chemistry of newly synthesized compounds. The cis diastereo‐selectivity of the products was predicted by COSY and NOESY studies.  相似文献

The 2‐hydroxy‐3,5,5‐trimethylcyclopent‐2‐en‐1‐one ( 1 ) was synthesized in 42% yield by rearrangement of epoxy ketone 10 on treatment with BF3⋅Et2O under anhydrous conditions. Intermediate 10 was available from the known enone 8 , either via direct epoxidation (60% H2O2, NaOH, MeOH; yield 50%), or via reduction to the corresponding allylic alcohol 14 (LiAlH4, THF), followed by epoxidation ([VO(acac)2], tBuOOH) and reoxidation under Swern conditions, in 37% total yield.  相似文献

A new biodegradable starch graft copolymer, starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one), was synthesized through the ring‐opening graft polymerization of 1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one onto a starch backbone. The grafting reactions were conducted with various 1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one/starch feed ratios to obtain starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) copolymers with various poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) graft structures. The microstructure of starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) was characterized in detail with one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR spectroscopy. The effect of the feed composition on the resulting microstructure of starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) was investigated. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Heptalenecarbaldehydes 1 / 1′ as well as aromatic aldehydes react with 3‐(dicyanomethylidene)‐indan‐1‐one in boiling EtOH and in the presence of secondary amines to yield 3‐(dialkylamino)‐1,2‐dihydro‐9‐oxo‐9H‐indeno[2,1‐c]pyridine‐4‐carbonitriles (Schemes 2 and 4, and Fig. 1). The 1,2‐dihydro forms can be dehydrogenated easily with KMnO4 in acetone at 0° (Scheme 3) or chloranil (=2,3,5,6‐tetrachlorocyclohexa‐2,5‐diene‐1,4‐dione) in a ‘one‐pot’ reaction in dioxane at ambient temperature (Table 1). The structures of the indeno[2,1‐c]pyridine‐4‐carbonitriles 5′ and 6a have been verified by X‐ray crystal‐structure analyses (Fig. 2 and 4). The inherent merocyanine system of the dihydro forms results in a broad absorption band in the range of 515–530 nm in their UV/VIS spectra (Table 2 and Fig. 3). The dehydrogenated compounds 5, 5′ , and 7a – 7f exhibit their longest‐wavelength absorption maximum at ca. 380 nm (Table 2). In contrast to 5 and 5′, 7a – 7f in solution exhibit a blue‐green fluorescence with emission bands at around 460 and 480 nm (Table 4 and Fig. 5).  相似文献

(3α,5α)‐3‐Hydroxy‐C‐homopregnane‐11,20‐dione ( 3 ) was prepared in eleven steps from the commercially available pregn‐4‐ene‐3,11,20‐trione ( 4 ) via the 11‐oxo‐13‐formyl‐12,13‐secopregnane intermediate 11 (Scheme 2). Subjection of this secopregnane to an intramolecular aldol condensation afforded the α,β‐unsaturated key intermediate C‐homopregn‐12‐en‐11‐one 12 .  相似文献

A convenient approach to 2,2′‐(1,4‐phenylene)bis[1‐acetyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐4H‐3,1‐benzoxazin‐4‐one] derivatives 4 was explored employing the one‐pot condensation of anthranilic acids (=2‐aminobenzoic acids) 1 with terephthalaldehyde (=benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxaldehyde; 2 ) under ultrasound‐irradiation conditions (Scheme 1). The reactions proceeded smoothly in the presence of excess Ac2O in the absence of any other catalyst and solvent to afford the respective products in high yields.  相似文献
