In this study, Ag, Ni2+, and Fe2+ immobilized on hydroxyapatite‐core‐shell γ‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles (γ‐Fe2O3@HAp‐Ag, γ‐Fe2O3@HAp‐Ni2+, and γ‐Fe2O3@HAp‐Fe2+) as a new and reusable Lewis acid magnetic nanocatalyst was successfully synthesized and reported for an atom economic, extremely facile, and environmentally benign procedure for the synthesis of highly functionalized tetrahydropyridines derivatives 4a‐t is described by one‐pot five‐component reaction of 2 equiv of aldehydes 1 , 2 equiv of amines 2 , and 1 equiv of methyl acetoacetate 3 in EtOH at room temperature in good to high yields and short reaction time. The presented methodology offers several advantages such as easy work‐up procedure, reusability of the magnetic nanocatalyst, operational simplicity, green synthesis avoiding toxic reagents and solvent, mild reaction conditions, and no tedious column chromatographic separation.  相似文献

An efficient strategy for the synthesis of benzamides from acetamides and aryl iodides using 1 mol% Pd (OAc)2 as catalyst and Cr (CO)6 as CO‐precursor is described. This new synthetic methodology displays high functional group tolerance on both substrates and avoids the need for ligands, reducing agents, or other additives. The corresponding products were obtained in good to excellent yields at atmospheric pressure under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

A facile and efficient protocol has been developed for synthesis of 1,4‐disubstituted 1,2,3‐triazoles in good to excellent yields using Cu(OAc)2·H2O (0.5 mol%)/NH2OH·HCl (0.5 mol%)/CH3COONa (1.0 mol%) as the catalyst system. The presence of CH3COONa (2 equiv) could ensure the in situ generation of Cu2O as the active catalyst instead of CuCl from Cu(OAc)2·H2O (1 equiv)/NH2OH·HCl (1 equiv). This protocol could be carried out in water under mild conditions.  相似文献

A mild and efficient method for the one‐pot synthesis of substituted dihydropyrrol‐2‐one derivatives is described via four‐component domino reaction of amines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxyaltes and formaldehyde in the presence of 1‐methyl‐2‐oxopyrrolidinium hydrogen sulfate ([Hpyro][HSO4]) as ionic liquid catalyst. This facile approach proceeded smoothly in good to high yields and pure products are separated from the reaction mixture by simple filtration.  相似文献

A highly stereoselective vinylogous Mukaiyama Michael reaction (VMMR) leading to α‐keto phosphonate‐containing γ‐butenolides with two stereogenic centers is described. The presented transformation is catalyzed by a combination of a commercially available C2‐symmetric bisoxazoline (BOX) ligand and a copper salt and tolerates a variety of nucleophiles and electrophiles. The stereoselectivities of the reactions are good to excellent and the products are obtained in moderate to high yields.  相似文献

A facile one‐pot, three‐component protocol for the synthesis of novel spiro[3H‐indole‐3,2′‐thiazolidine]‐2,4′(1H)‐diones by condensing 1H‐indole‐2,3‐diones, 4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐amine and 2‐sulfanylpropanoic acid in [bmim]PF6 (1‐butyl‐3‐methyl‐1H‐imidazolium hexafluorophosphate) as a recyclable ionic‐liquid solvent gave good to excellent yields in the absence of any catalyst (Scheme 1 and Table 2). The advantages of this protocol over conventional methods are the mild reaction conditions, the high product yields, a shorter reaction time, as well as the eco‐friendly conditions.  相似文献

A novel straightforward synthesis of 3‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)coumarins (=3‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐ones) 6 via domino Knoevenagel condensation, Pinner reaction, and 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of substituted salicylaldehydes (=2‐hydroxybenzaldehydes), malononitrile (propanedinitrile), and sodium azide in H2O is reported (Scheme 1 and Table 2). Nanostructured palladium pyrophosphate (Na2PdP2O7) catalyst was synthesized and well characterized by using different techniques (TGA, XRD, SEM, TEM....). This nanocatalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the synthesis of biaryl compounds via Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling to produce their corresponding products in good to excellent yields under mild conditions. The catalyst is recyclable and was recycled for four runs for the reaction of 4‐bromoacetophenone with phenylboronic acid without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A novel super acidic magnetic nanoparticle as catalyst was successfully synthesized. The preparation of this dendrimer sulfonic acid functionalized γ‐Fe2O3 magnetic core‐shell silica nanoparticles as a new recoverable and heterogeneous nanocatalyst was described. The new catalyst was characterized using various techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), and thermo gravimetric synthesis (TGA). Moreover, we have examined the catalytic activity of the catalyst for one‐pot, efficient and facile synthesis of 2‐hydroxy‐1,4‐naphthoquinone derivatives via a three‐component condensation reaction of 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione, aromatic aldehydes and aniline derivatives. High yields of products, short reaction times, waste‐free, mild, ambient and solvent‐free reaction conditions are advantages of this protocol. Also, the catalyst can be easily recovered by an external magnetic and reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Bis‐ligated, homoleptic magnesium complexes 1–3 were synthesized through the reaction of 1 equiv. dibutyl magnesium with 2 equiv. β‐ketiminato ligands bearing different substituents on the nitrogen atom and 8 position on benzocyclohexanone. All of the complexes were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and X‐ray crystallography. Complexes 2 and 3 adopted distorted tetrahedral geometry around Mg, by chelating of two ancillary ligands, while complex 1 adopted a dimeric structure with penta‐coordination around Mg. These complexes can be used as efficient catalysts for the ring‐opening polymerization of L‐lactide, ε‐caprolactone, δ‐valerolactone (δ‐VL) and trimethylene carbonate in the presence of alcohol as a co‐initiator. With the increasing steric bulk of the ancillary ligands, the catalytic activity of Mg complexes was improved significantly. Particularly, complex 3 having the largest steric hindrance showed excellent catalytic performance for the polymerization of δ‐VL. It could polymerize 800 equiv. δ‐VL in 10 min, and produce polyvalerolactone with narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn < 1.2) at 35°C or higher temperature. No transesterification side reaction was observed. Moreover, complex 3 exhibited good tolerance to excessive alcohol and an immortal polymerization characteristic. The mechanism studies by in situ NMR demonstrated a coordination‐insertion process. Besides, it revealed that the steric bulky substituents in the active species derived from the complex and alcohol prevented the metal center from deactivation.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of novel mono and bis‐1,2,3‐triazoles 3′‐azido‐2′‐deoxythymidine (AZT) derivatives via copper(I)‐catalyzed 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction is described. Starting from AZT and terminal alkyne derivatives, mono and bis‐1,2,3‐triazole AZT derivatives are regioselectively obtained in good yields under mild conditions using CuSO4·5H2O and sodium ascorbate as a catalyst system, and t‐BuOH/H2O (1:1, v/v) as a co‐solvent. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by IR, HR MS and NMR.  相似文献

A novel and efficient method for the preparation of 1,3‐dihydro‐3‐oxo‐2‐benzofuran‐1‐carboxylates 4 under mild conditions has been developed. Thus, the reaction of [2‐(dimethoxymethyl)phenyl]lithiums, generated easily from 1‐bromo‐2‐(dimethoxymethyl)benzenes 1 , with α‐keto esters gives the corresponding 2‐[2‐(dimethoxymethyl)phenyl]‐2‐hydroxyalkanoates 2 . The TsOH‐catalyzed cyclization of these hydroxy acetals is followed by the oxidation of the resulting cyclic acetals 3 with PCC to give the desired products in satisfactory yields. The reaction of [2‐(dimethoxymethyl)‐4,5‐dimethoxyphenyl]lithium with (MeOC?O)2, followed by treatment with NaBH4 or organolithiums, affords 2‐[2‐(dimethoxymethyl)‐4,5‐dimethoxyphenyl]‐2‐hydroxyalkanoates 6 , which can similarly be transformed into the corresponding 1,3‐dihydro‐3‐oxo‐2‐benzofuran‐1‐carboxylates 7 in reasonable yields.  相似文献

Unnatural amino acids extend the pharmacological formulator's toolkit. Strategies to prepare unnatural amino acid derivatives using Lewis acid‐activated allylsilane reactions are few. In this regard, we examined the utility of allylsilanes bearing an amino acid substituent in the reaction. Diastereoselective addition of methyl 2‐(N‐PG‐amino)‐3‐(trimethylsilyl)pent‐4‐enoate and methyl (E)‐2‐(N‐PG‐amino)‐3‐(trimethylsilyl)hex‐4‐enoate (PG=protecting group), 2 and 13 , respectively, to aromatic acetals in the presence of Lewis acids is described. Of those examined, TiCl4 was found to be the most effective Lewis acid for promoting the addition. At least 1 equiv. of TiCl4 was required to achieve high yields, whereas 2 equiv. of BF3?OEt2 were required for comparable outcomes. Excellent selectivity (>99% syn/anti) and high yield (up to 89%) were obtained with halo‐substituted aromatic acetals, while more electron‐rich electrophiles led to both lower yields and diastereoselectivities.  相似文献
