Isobaric expansibilities P and isothermal compressibilities T have been determined at 25 and 45°C for binary mixtures of ethylbenzene + n-tetradecane and + n-hexadecane and the corresponding excess functions (V E /T)P and (V E /P)T have also been obtained. With these data and supplementary literature values, the following second order mixing properties are also reported at 25°C: S E , (V E /P)T, CV and (VT). All mixing quantities have been compared with the results obtained at 25°C by using the Prigogine-Flory-Patterson theory of liquid mixtures. The predicted values suggest that the ability of ethylbenzene as a breaker of the pure n-Cn orientations is similar to what we found for toluene and higher than for p-xylene.  相似文献

We present a series of new inhibitors of the association between nuclear factor kappa B (NF-B) and the corresponding B site in DNA. They were designed using the lead compound 15-deoxy-12,14 -prostaglandin J2 (PGJ2), which is a natural product with demonstrated inhibitory efficiency for this system. First, the binding mode of PGJ2 to NF-B was unraveled by GOLD docking calculation. Subsequently, substitutions were made to PGJ2 to optimize its association with NF-B. Care was taken not to strongly increase the reactivity of the new compounds, and to keep the overall shape, size and hydrophilicity of the lead compound, which should render them a similar bioavailability. Molecular mechanics calculations were performed to decide on the suitability of the substitutions, and to evaluate the energies of association with NF-B. Density functional theory calculations were performed also to study the overall reactivity of the substituted drugs towards NF-B. Important general conclusions were obtained, concerning the improvement of these natural inhibitors; namely, a set of rational methodologies were deduced to improve the association between the PGJ2 derivatives and NF-B, and their efficiency demonstrated by generating a set of substituted complexes, some of them with a very much increased affinity for NF-B, opening new doors to enlarge the therapeutic capabilities of this class of drugs.  相似文献

The heat capacity of high-purity indium has been determined by adiabatic-shield calorimetry in the range 300 to 1000 K. Values of thermodynamic functions have been calculated andC p (1000 K), [H° (1000 K)– (298.15 K)], and [S° (1000 K)–S° (298.15 K)] are (27.11±0.15) J K–1 mole–1, (22873±70) J mole–1, and (41.567 ±0.125) J K–1 mole–1, respectively. The enthalpy of fusion is (3283±7) J mole–1 and the melting temperature (429.77±0.01) K. The premelting heat capacity is compatible with the presence of a mole fractionx 1·10–6 of a liquid-soluble/solidinsoluble impurity in the sample.
Zusammenfassung Die Wärmekapazität von hochreinem Indium wurde im Bereich von 300 bis 1000 K durch adiabatische Schildkalorimetrie bestimmt. Die Berechnungen der thermodynamischen Funktionen:C p (1000 K), [H° (1000 K)–H° (298.15 K)] und [S° (1000 K–S° (298.15 K)] ergab 27.11±0.15 J K–1 Mol–1, (22 875±70) J Mol–1, bzw. (41.567±0.125) J K–1 Mol–1. Die Schmelzenthalpie beträgt (3283±7) J Mol–1 und die Schmelztemperatur (429.77±0.01) K. Die Vorschmelz-Wärmekapazität ist mit der Gegenwart einer Molfraktionx1×10–6 einer flüssig-löslich/fest-unlöslichen Verunreinigung in der Probe vereinbar.

Résumé La chaleur spécifique de l'indium de haute pureté a été déterminée entre 300 et 1000 K par calorimétrie adiabatique. Les valeurs des fonctions thermodynamiques suivantes ont été calculées:C p (1000 K)=(27.11±0.15) J K–1mol–1, [H° (1000 K)–H° (298.15 K)]= (22 875±70) J mol–1 et [S° (1000 K)–S° (298.15 K)]=(41.567±0.125) J K–1 mol–1. L'enthalpie de fusion est (3283±7) J mol–1 et la température de fusion (429.77±0.01) K. La chaleur spécifique de pré-fusion est compatible avec la présence d'une fraction molairex1×10–6 d'une impureté dans l'échantillon, soluble dans le liquide, insoluble dans le solide.

Experimental data are presented on the kinetics and mechanism of PbO2 decomposition at heating rates varying from 0 to 2.5 · 103 °/sec. The studies were carried out with a time-of-flight mass spectrometer MSKH-4, a Paulik-Paulik-Erdey derivatograph and an X-ray diffractometer DRON-0.5At low heating rates (0 to 0.2 °/s) oxygen is evolved in four stages: PbO2 PbO1.56 PbO1.44 PbO. At extremely high heating rates (2 · 102–2.5 · 103 °/s) the number of stages is reduced to two: PbO2 PbO1.4 PbO. An attempt is made to connect the observed change in the decomposition mechanism of PbO2 with the crystal structure formation of the lead oxides.
Zusammenfassung Versuchsergebnisse bezüglich der Kinetik und des Mechanismus der Zersetzung von PbO2 bei Aufheizgeschwindigkeiten zwischen 0 und 2.5 · 103°/s werden mitgeteilt. Die Untersuchungen wurden mittels eines time-of-flight Massenspektrometers MSKH-4, eines Derivatographen des Typs Paulik-Paulik-Erdey und eines Röntgendiffraktometers DRON-0.5 durchgeführt.Bei niedrigen Aufheizgeschwindigkeiten (0 bis 0.2 °/sec) wird Sauerstoff in vier Stufen entwickelt: PbO2 PbO1.56 PbO1.44 PbO. Bei extrem hohen Aufheizgeschwindigkeiten (2 · 102 – 2.5 · 103°/s) wird die Zahl der Stufen auf zwei herabgesetzt: PbO2 PbO1.4 PbO. Es wird versucht die beobachtete Ánderung in dem Zersetzungsmechanismus von PbO2 mit der Kristallstrukturbildung der Bleioxide in Verbindung zu bringen.

Résumé On présente des résultats expérimentaux concernant la cinétique et le mécanisme de la décomposition de PbO2 pour des vitesses de chauffage allant de 0 à 2.5 · 103°/s. Les études ont été effectuées à l'aide d'un spectromètre de masse du type MSKH-4, d'un Dérivatograph du type Paulik-Paulik-Erdey et d'un diffractomètre des rayons X du type DRON-0,5.Aux faibles vitesses de chauffage (0 à 0.2°/s) l'oxygène se dégage en quatre étapes: PbO2 PbO1.56 PbO1.44 PbO. Aux vitesses de chauffage très élevées (2 · 102 à 2.5 · 103°/s) le nombre des étapes se réduit à deux: PbO2 PbO1.4 PbO. On essaye de relier le changement observé dans le mécanisme de décomposition de PbO2à la structure cristalline des oxydes de plomb.

The Piloyan activation energiesE, as well as the initial exotherm temperaturesT D, are determined for sixN-monoalkyl- and fiveN,N-dialkyl-2,4,6-trinitroanilines. By comparison withR f-factors, orR M-functions of paper chromatography, the molecular-structural dependences ofE andT D are studied for these compounds. Relationships are also found between the termE · T D –1 and theR M-functions. The effects are discussed of the introduction of the 6-nitro group into the TV-substituted 2,4-dinitroanilines, and of the introduction of the 4-nitro group into the 2,6-dinitro analogues, upon the thermal stabilities of the resulting 2,4,6-trinitroanilines.
Zusammenfassung Die AktivierungsenergienE nach Piloyan und die Anfangswerte der ExothermenT D der sechsN-monoalkyl- und fünfN,N-Dialkyl-2,4,6-trinitroaniline wurden bestimmt. Unter Berücksichtigung des Vergleichs mitR f-Faktoren oderR M-Funktionen der Papierchromatographie wurden die molekularstrukturellen AbhÄngigkeiten der WerteE undT D dieser Verbindungen untersucht. ZusammenhÄnge wurden auch zwischen dem AusdruckE · Tw D –1 und denR M-Funktionen gefunden. Der Einfluss der Einführung der 6-Nitrogruppe in dieN-substituierten 2,4-Dinitroaniline, sowie der Einfluss der Einführung der 4-Nitrogruppe in 2,6-Nitroanaloge auf die ThermostabilitÄt der resultierenden 2,4,6-Trinitroaniline werden erörtert.

En se référant aux facteursR F ou aux valeurs des fonctionsR M en Chromatographie sur papier, on a étudié la dépendance entre les valeurs deE et deT D sur les caractéristiques moléculaires-structurales de ces composés.On a également trouvé des rapports entre le termeE · T D –1 et les fonctionsR M. On discute l'influence de l'introduction du groupe 6-nitro dans les 2,4-dinitroanilinesN-substituées ainsi que l'influence de l'introduction du groupe 4-nitro dans les 2,6-dinitro analogues sur la stabilité thermique des 2,4,6-trinitroanilines qui en résultent.

The kinetics and mechanism of the thermal decomposition of pyrite were examined by the method of quasi-isothermal and quasi-isobaric thermogravimetry (Q-TG). It emerged that by means of this technique the overlapping partial processes of the complicated oxidation and decomposition reactions of pyrite can be separated and studied independently from one another. It was found that the partial reactions FeS2=FeS +S and Fe2O3–x(SO4)x=Fe2O3+SO3 are endothermic processes taking place quasiisothermally and leading to equilibrium, while the oxidation FeS+O2=Fe2O3–x(SO4)x is an exothermic process which takes place in an oscillating manner in a rather broad temperature interval.
Zusammenfassung Autoren untersuchten die Kinetik und den Mechanismus der thermischen Zersetzung von Pyrit durch quasi-isotherme und quasi-isobare Thermogravimetrie (Q-TG). Es stellte sich heraus, daß sich überlagernde Teilprozesse der komplizierten Oxydations- und Zersetzungsprozesse von Pyrit mit Hilfe dieser Technik absondern und unabhängig voneinander untersuchen lassen. Es wurde festgestellt, daß die Teilreaktionen FeS2=FeS+S und Fe2O3–x(SO4)x=Fe2O3+SO3 endotherme Prozesse sind, die quasi-isotherm verlaufen und zu einem Gleichgewicht führen, während die Oxydation FeS+O2=Fe2O3–x(SO4)x ein exothermer Prozeß ist, der oszillierend in einem ziemlich breiten Temperaturintervall verläuft.

The anharmonic contribution to the heat capacity of any chalcopyrite semiconductor AIBIIIC 2 VI or AIIBIVC 2 V is evaluated. It is shown that the degree of lattice anharmonicity decreases with increasing atomic weight of the constituent atoms of the compounds, and there is no essential difference in the degree of lattice anharmonicity of the two groups of compounds. Except for CdGeAs2, the trend in the Grüneisen constants is the same.
Zusammenfassung Der anharmonische Beitrag zur Wärmekapazität verschiedener Halbleiterverbindungen AIBIIIC 2 VI und AIIBIVC 2 V vom Chalkopyrit-Typ wird bestimmt. Es wird gezeigt, dass die Gitteranharmonizität mit steigender relativer Atommasse der Bestandteile der Verbindungen abnimmt und dass keine wesentlichen Unterschiede in der Gitteranharmonizität beider Gruppen von Verbindungen bestehen. Der Trend der Grüneisen-Konstanten ist der gleiche, ausgenommen bei CdGeAs2.

The calculation of two-temperature transport coefficients in an argon–hydrogen plasma at atmospheric pressure is performed using a new theory of two-temperature transport properties recently presented. The latter takes into account the coupling between electrons and heavy species, coupling neglected in the already existing theories of Devoto and Bonnefoi. Transport coefficients are calculated at two-temperatures, the kinetic temperature of electrons Te being different from that of heavy species Th. This paper is divided into two parts. The first one is related to elastic processes and its aim is to compare the results obtained with this new theory for viscosity , translational thermal conductivities tr e and tr h and electrical conductivity with the previous results of Bonnefoi. The composition is calculated with the modified equilibrium constant of van de Sanden et al. and the most recent interaction potential are discussed. As it could be expected the electron translational thermal conductivity and the electrical conductivity calculated when taking into account or not the coupling between electrons and heavy species show non-negligible discrepancies. Besides this comparison, the results also show the drastic influence of the non-equilibrium parameter =Te/Th on the values of , , tr e, and tr h.  相似文献

The complexes (R3NHVO(OH)Cl2)2 and (R3RNVO(OH)Cl2)2 prepared by drying in vacuo the organic solutions from the extraction into benzene of aqueous vanadyl chloride solution with trioctylamine (TOA, R3N) and trioctylmethylammonium chloride (TOMAC, R3RNCl), were studied by thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis under an atmosphere of nitrogen, and the products of their thermal decomposition, such as volatile matter and residues, by gas chromatography. X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. It was found that the complexes with TOA and TOMAC thermally decompose to V2O3 at 200–300° by cracking of the compounds R3NHVO(OH)Cl2 and R3RNVO(OH)Cl2 formed via dissociation of the complexes at about 150°.
Zusammenfassung Die Komplexe (R3NHVO(OH)Cl2)2 und (R3RNVO(OH)Cl2)2 wurden hergestellt, indem benzolische und wässrige Vanadylchlorid-Lösungen mit Trioctylamin (TOA, R3N) und Trioctylmethylammoniumchlorid (TOMAC, R3RNCl) extrahiert und die erhaltenen Lösungen im Vakuum eingedampft wurden. Die Komplexen wurden in Stickstoffatmosphäre mittels TG und DTA untersucht und die thermischen Zersetzungsprodukte, und zwar sowohl die flüchtigen Verbindungen als auch die Rückstände, gaschromatographisch bzw. röntgendiffraktometrisch und IR-spektroskopisch bestimmt. Es wurde festgestellt, daß die Komplexe mit TOA und TOMAC bei 150° in die Verbindungen R3NHVO(OH)Cl2 und R3RNVO(OH)Cl2 dissoziieren, die bei 200–300° thermisch zu V2O3 zersetzt werden.

The kinetics of 2,2-bipyridyl catalyzed Cr(VI)–I reaction has been studied. The order with respect to Cr(VI) is one and fractional with respect to bipyridyl. The order in [I] changes from unity to zero. Plots of 1/kobs vs. 1/[bipy] and 1/kobs vs. 1/[I] are straight lines with positive slopes and intercepts.

[Cu(-C2H2)2]+, [Cu(-CCH2)2]+ and [Cu(-C2H2) (-CCH2]+ complexes have been studied by the ab initio double-zeta basis set method. It has been established that all calculated compounds are stable to decomposition into two C2H2 molecules and Cu+ cation and into one C2H2 molecules and the respective monocomplex. Calculation results suggest the possibility of intramolecular acetylene-vinylidene rearrangement in the coordination sphere of Cu+.

The multi-step dehydration and decomposition of trivalent lanthanide adipate hydrates has been investigated by TG, DTG and DTA, together with infrared study of these compounds and the corresponding intermediate decomposition products. X-ray diffraction data for adipate complexes of general stoichiometry Ln2(C6H8O4)3· 10H2O, where Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu are also reported.
Zusammenfassung Die in mehreren Schritten verlaufende Dehydratisierung und Zersetzung von Adipat-Hydraten der dreiwertigen Lanthanide wurden mittels TG, DTG und DTA untersucht. Diese Verbindungen und bei deren Zersetzung auftretende Zwischenprodukte wurden auch infrarotspektroskopisch charakterisiert. Post-irradiation luminescence of irradiated, finely dispersed polycrystals of CaO is shown to result from the tunneling recombination of radiation-induced F s + - and V- centers. The temperature dependence of the rate constant of this tunneling recombination in the temperature range of 85–180 K is determined from the data on thermally stimulated luminescence.

Summary In the present study, a new approach for the determination of ', that is, radical substituent parameter, has been described. The technique is based on two equations, one reported byYamamoto andOtsu and the other byStreitwieser andPerrin. The system used for the determination of the radical substituent parameter (') was Ce(IV) — substituted toluenes — acrylonitrile system. To explain inhibition, it has been suggested that the reaction scheme involves initiation of polymerization by Ce(IV) and termination by primary radical of the substrate. The kinetic expression based on the reaction scheme formulated could explain the unusual observation of a negative intercept found in the plot of [M]/R p versus 1/[M]. Whereas a plot of log /0 against + did not give a straight line, a good linear plot with zero intercept was obtained when log /0 was plotted against (+ + '). This proves the validity of ' values which have been determinded.  相似文献

Several types of hydroxy groups that differ in their chemical shifts are tentatively attributed to different types of coordination of OH groups to aluminium atoms.

The adsorption of NO on SnO2 has been studied in the temperature range from 0 to 86°C, at pressures from 0.4 to 3.5 Torr. The adsorption isotherms are described by the Freundlich equation. The rate of adsorption obeys the Roginskii-Zeldovitch equation and decreases with increasing temperature. The reduction of SnO2 with carbon monoxide results in a drop in the adsorption rate and in the amount of adsorbed NO.

Self-consistent-field and configuration-interaction studies were performed on borazine, using a double-zeta basis set augmented by six diffuse -functions. Low-lying singlet and triplet states of the A 1 , A 2 and E species were calculated, corresponding to * excited valence and Rydberg states. A selection out of singly and doubly excited configurations relative to a set of reference configurations was made for each species. Calculated vertical excitation energies (in eV) are 7.12 for 1 A 2(V), 8.45 for 1 E (3p-R), 8.57 for 1 A 1(V), 8.9 for 1 E(V-R), 9.55 for 1 E(3d-R), 6.98 for 3 A 1(V), 7.27 for 3 E(V), 7.82 for 3 A 2(V), 8.30 for 3 E(3p-R), and 9.5 for 3 E(3d-R), where V and R refer to valence or Rydberg character. The results are compared with experimental excitation energies, previous ab initio studies of borazine, and with recent ab initio studies of benzene.Dedicated to Professor Dr. H.
