Some physicochemical and biological properties of a new branched cyclodextrin, 6-O--(4-O--d-glucuronyl)-d-glucosyl--cyclodextrin GUG--CyD) were investigated. Further, theinteraction of GUG--CyD with several drugs was studied by the solubility and spectroscopic methods, and compared with those of parent -CyD and 6-O--maltosyl--CyD(2--CyD).The hemolytic activity of GUG--CyD on rabbit erythrocytes was lower than those of -CyD and 2--CyD. GUG--CyD and 2--CyD showed negligible cytotoxicity on Caco-2 cells up to at least 0.1 M. The inclusion ability of GUG--CyD to neutral and acidic drugs was comparable to or slightly smaller than those of -CyD and 2--CyD, probably because of a steric hindrance of the branched sugar. On the other hand, GUG--CyD showed greater affinity for the basic drugs, compared with -CyD and 2--CyD, owing to the electrostatic interaction of its carboxylate anion with positive charge of basic drugs. Thus GUG--CyD may be useful as a safe solubilizing agent particularly for basic drugs.  相似文献

New triterpene glycosides have been isolated from the epigeal part ofClimacoptera transoxana (Iljin) Botsch. — copterosides E and F. Zusammenfassung Aus Weihrauch konnte neben den bekannten Säuren 11-Keto--boswellinsäure-acetat isoliert werden. Der Neutralteil enthältepi-- undepi--Amyrin und deren Acetate, - und -Amyrenon, sowie Viridiflorol. Die Anwesenheit von Triterpenen mit 9(11), 12-Dien-Struktur konnte nachgewiesen werden. Einige chemische Reaktionen dieser Substanzen werden beschrieben.
From incense 11-keto--boswellic acid acetate could be isolated amongst other known acids. The neutral fraction containsepi-- undepi--amyrin and their acetates, - and -amyrenone, and viridiflorol. The presence of triterpenoids with 9(11), 12-diene structure could be proven. Some chemical reactions of these substances are described.

Summary 1. A new glycoside neorobinin has been isolated from the seeds ofCheiranthus allionii. On the basis of the results of chemical and spectroscopic investigations, the structure of kaempferol 7--L-rhamnofuranoside-3-(-D-galactofuranosyl-6--L-rhamnofuranoside) has been proposed for it.2. The reaction of benzylidene-2-naphthylamine with ethyl -(3-ethyl)--oxopropionate under various conditions gave the ethyl ester of -(2-naphthylamino)benzyl--(3-pyridyl)--oxopropionic acid, 1-(3-pyridyl)-3 phenylbenzo[f]quinoline, ethyl ester of 1-(3-pyridyl)-3-phenylbenzo[f]quinoline-2-carboxylic acid, and N-(2-naphthyl)amide of -(3-pyridyl)--oxopropionic acid. It has been shown that the products of the reaction of benzoxazolone (I) and 6-chlorobenzoxazolone (II) with , -dichloropropionyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine are, respectively, 3-[-(N-benzoxazolonyl)--chloropropionyl] benzoxazolone and 3-[-(N-6-chlorobenzoxazolonyl)--chloropropionyl]-6-chlorobenzoxazolone. A possible explanation of the fact that in the reaction of I and II in the presence of triethylamine only the chlorine atom in the -position of derivatives of , -dichloropropionic acid takes part, is that the chlorine in the -position is deactivated through enolization.  相似文献

Deuterium relaxation times ofd- andl--d-tryptophan included in -cyclodextrin derivatives were directly measured by deuterium NMR spectroscopy. The results showed that the molecular motion of the tryptophan molecule was strongly restricted even in the cavity of unmodified -cyclodextrin and the additional recognition groupings — ammonium and carboxylate — on -cyclodextrin did not affect the molecular motion of tryptophan, though the association constants were significantly enhanced.Deceased on March 22, 1987.  相似文献

Previously unknown symmetrical and unsymmetrical , '-dialkoxytetracarbocyanine and , '-dialkoxypentacarbocyanine dyes have been synthesized by the condensation of -alkoxy-substituted hexamethine and octamethine hemicyanines with quaternary salts of -alkoxypropenyl derivatives of heterocyclic bases. Tetracarbocyanines with a symmetrical structure have also been obtained by the direct interaction of quaternary salts of -alkoxypropenyl derivatives of heterocyclic bases with malonaldehyde dianil.  相似文献

Conclusions -Chloro--alkthiobutyric acid derivatives were obtained by the addition of methylsulfenyl chloride and-chloroethylsulfenyl chloride to crotonie acid and its derivatives, which isomerize quite rapidly to-alkthio--chlorobutyric acid derivatives. Four triterpene glycosides were isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel (Ranunculaceae). Two new glycosides, chinensiosides A (1a) and B (2), were identified as 3-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid and 3-O-{-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-[-D-glucopyranosyl-(14)]--L-arabinopyranosyl}-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid. The other two glycosides were identified as previously known hederasaponin C (3) from Hedera helix and glycoside III (4) from Pulsatilla cernua.  相似文献

In a continuation of investigations of proanthocyanidins of the roots ofRhodiola pamiroalaica, we have isolated proanthocyanidins RP-3 and RP-4. Crystal structure refinement was performed of the metastable modification of glycine (space gr. P21, a = 5.092(2) , b = 6.273(3) , c = 5.384(3), = 113.17(4)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0274). The crystals were obtained by a new method (not described in the literature): they were precipitated from a water solution with the addition of glacial acetic acid. The crystal structure of the glycine modification [space gr. P21/n, a =5.106(1) , b = 11.979(5) , c = 5.463(2) , = 111.75(2)°:, Z =4] was refined for comparison. Transition from the to the modification in a damp atmosphere was revealed, resulting in the formation of a strongly strained crystal of a mosaic structure. The orientation of the crystallographic axes in the newly formed crystal of the modification relative to the axes in the initial crystal of the modification was determined. It is shown that as in glycine, the lengths of the intramolecular C—O bonds in the modification are fairly similar [1.248(2) and 1.253(2) ] and the previously found significant difference between them is most likely due to the errors of the photomethod. A comparative analysis of the crystal structures of the and glycine modifications (glycine zwitterion packings and structure of intermolecular hydrogen bond networks) was performed. Data of the analysis are used to discuss the properties of the glycine modifications, the possible reasons for the stability of the modification in dry air, the difficulties of crystal growth from solutions, and the ease of crystallization of the modification under various conditions.  相似文献

Menthone on reduction with sodium dithionite,showed a good amount of mentholformation in the water/DMF system, withincreasing -cyclodextrin (-CD)concentration from 47.0% for 0.1 equivalent of-CD to 93.5% for 1 equivalentof -CD. Increasing hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin(HP-CD) gave higher menthol/neomenthol (M/N) ratiosfrom 2.8 to 3.5. In the case of pulegone,increasing -CD showed an increase in the formationof menthols in thewater/DMF system from 13.3% for 0.1 equivalent of-CD to 78.1% for 1equivalent of -CD with greater proportions ofneomenthol and neoisomenthol.However, HP-CD which showed only marginalenhancement in the formationof menthol from menthone (32.1–41%), exhibiteda greater proportion of mentholformation in the case of pulegone (55.1%).However, the phase-transfer capabilityof HP-CD was not found to be significant.  相似文献

Summary. (RS)-2-tert-Butyldimethylsilyl-1,2-thiazetidine-3-acetic acid 1,1-dioxide prepared from (RS)-S-benzyl--homocysteine was condensed via DCC/NHS with various L-amino acid esters or dipeptide esters yielding N-silylated -sultam peptides. A -sultam active ester was isolated as an intermediate. Desilylation with TBAF in THF yielded stable N-unsubstituted products, and deprotection of the benzyl esters was achieved by catalytic hydrogenation. (S)-S-Benzyl--homocysteine was obtained by fractional crystallization of the brucine salt of the racemate and transformed into benzyl (S)-1,2-thiazetidine-3-acetate, which was on the other hand synthesized by an enantiospecific route from -benzyl Boc-L-aspartate. Some -sultam peptides were prepared from the (S)-enantiomer, and finally some -sultam peptides containing D-Ala units were obtained.  相似文献

Summary Ozonation of 7-methyl (or 7-phenyl) cholest-5-ene-3,7-diol 3-TBDMS ether afforded the corresponding 5,6-epoxy derivatives. The same product was formed byMCPBA oxidation. The reaction of 7-phenylcholest-5-ene-3,7-diol with CrO3 yielded 3,7-dioxo-6,7-seco-7-phenylcholest-4-ene-5-carboxaldehyde. An analogous B-seco aldehyde was obtained from 7-methylcholest-5-ene-3,7-diol in addition to 7-methylcholesta-4,6-dien-3-one.Jones oxidation of 7-phenylcholest-5-ene-3,7-diol or B-seco-aldehyde gave 3,7-dioxo-6,7-seco-7-phenylcholest-4-en-6-oic acid isolated as its methyl ester upon treatment with diazomethane.

DurchJones-Oxidation von 7-Phenyl-cholest-5-en-3,7-diol oder B-seco-Aldehyd erhält man 3,7-Dioxo-6,7-seco-7-phenylcholest-4-en-6-carbonsäure, die nach Behandlung mit Diazomethan als ihr Methylester isoliert wurde.

The corresponding 2,3-diphenyl[3,2-a]pyrimidinium salts were obtained by the condensation of 4,5-diphenyl-2-aminothiazole perchlorate with -diketones, -chlorovinyl ketones, -chlorovinyl aldehydes, and 1,1,3,3-tetraethoxypropane. The PMR spectra were used to prove the structures of the compounds obtained, particularly to select the structures of the isomeric salts obtained in the condensation with unsymmetrical -diketones, -chlorovinyl ketones, and -chlorovinyl aldehydes. The protolysis constants of -(1-uracilyl)propionitriles and -(1-uracilyl)propionic -amino--(1-pyrimidyl)propionic, and -amino--(1-pyrimidyl)butyric acids (willardiine analogs) were determined.
